About the Role
The Retail & E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for creating a seamless digital shopping experience and online customer journey that creates loyalty through best- in-class customer service and by providing a range of gifts that meet the needs of current and future members and supporters. They will effectively manage the performance of the retail operations, ensuring net profit is maximized in line with Mothers’ Union strategic objectives and values. This role will have a particular focus on developing new customer channels and will need a strong understanding of digital marketing and using data and insight to grow sales.
About you
You are an experienced retail professional with a proven track record of delivering growth of retail sales across multiple channels. Working knowledge of managing a shopify retail business is essential along with experience in retail buying. Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

About the Role
Chance UK has been delivering early-intervention services across London since 1995. Our longest running programme is our mentoring service where Mentors pick the child up from home and run a 1:1 session in the community, once a week for 2 hours. They use the solution-focused approach to work on building the child’s self-esteem and confidence, set goals and explore new places.
In addition, we are growing a range of community based groups running after school as well as some workshops delivered in schools which will support children with developing social and emotional skills and resilience through activities or skills development.
The balance between 1:1 work and group delivery will change according to services commissioned so the post holder will need to be flexible accordingly.
We are ideally looking for someone for this role who is in easy proximity to South London as we have a number of children South of the river that need support.

About the Role
As the Financial Controller you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and report into the Chief Executive Officer. You will lead a small team and manage the relationship with our existing outsourced finance team, payroll provider and auditors to deliver high quality professional finance services to the charity. You will be responsible for the financial systems and processes and ensuring the quality and timeliness of work delivered.
Galop has gone through a period of rapid growth and you will be continuing the work to align its financial practices to its new operating model. Your financial analysis and reporting skills will be exceptional and you’ll have the ability to manage people setting clear goals and priorities for your team whilst providing support and challenge where needed.
You will work closely with other teams to establish regular, clear, and consistent channels of communication at all levels within the organisation. Superkidz Community Trust was founded in 2001 and over the years, has provided children and young people with a safe space to play and to interact with adults who have the time to listen to them. The Manager will:
· Be an integral member of the team delivering Superkidz day to day activities and groups.
· Following consultation with staff service users and the Board prepare a strategy, financial and operational plan that best delivers impact in line with the TGIM theory of change. This should include locations, staffing, activities, income generation and should be fully costed.

You’ll support our People Business Partners, and work with the People Operations Lead to practise a range of HR generalist skills to support line managers and colleagues, and to ensure consistent best practice, and develop our recruitment profile and brand.

You’ll work with the wider People & Culture team to play a key role in building and delivering our people strategy, and contribute to the development and the continual development and improvement of policies and practices to ensure we are supportive of all communities in our work, and to the development of work that betters the experience of all employees at Parkinson’s UK.
What you’ll do
You’ll provide high quality specialist advice, assisting managers on a variety of HR functions including recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, employee wellbeing support, and workforce planning and resourcing. With coaching from the People Operations Lead you’ll provide guidance, support and data to managers, enabling them to effectively lead and develop their teams.

- Proven experience of effectively managing a range of employee relations case work, and experience of managing a wide range of recruitment campaigns from start to finish
- Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to support managers to deliver effective and fair ER processes

Your new role
We need a dynamic, innovative and driven lottery administrator curious about data, and passionate about using data to solve problems. You will have an excellent knowledge of relational databases and be experienced in importing, selecting, analysing and validating large data sets.
Responsible for all administration of the St Christopher’s monthly lottery, you will help grow our lottery donors with accurate and efficient data entry and timely report production. Working with the Individual Giving Manager you will ensure full compliance with all Gambling Commission and other regulatory regulations.

Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:
- To help us grow our lottery income from £.5m to £1m, using multiple channels: face to face, telemarketing, direct mail, email and paid social.
- Work with colleagues across the fundraising team to support the development of an excellent stewardship strategy, to grow the number of regular donors and lottery players.
- To provide excellent support care to all our donors using the appropriate method of communication and in accordance with their wishes.

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative, engaging and resourceful Administrator who can support the Youth Engagement Team at Ocean Generation to deliver our brand of Ocean Intelligence to young people across the globe. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Admin:
• Supporting with the day-to-day tasks of the Youth Engagement Team, including managing the youth inbox, booking co-working space, sourcing and purchasing materials, generating certificates for participants, etc.

Purpose of The role
Habitat GB is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Advocacy to lead our efforts in advocating for policy change within the UK government (in particular targeting the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) to prioritise housing in international development. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in supporting Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy agenda which aims to promote equitable access to adequate housing worldwide, focusing on informal settlements in the Global South.
