About You
With recent professional experience as a charity legacy officer or Wills and Probate solicitor you’ll possess detailed and up to date knowledge of relevant legal and tax matters and will have a sound understanding of charity legacy administration. About the Role
This role is an exciting chance to be a part of a small but ambitious team and busy programme.
With responsibility for non-contentious files you’ll work with colleagues inside and outside the Legacy Team, and external parties, to protect the charity’s largest income stream and reputation through careful legacy case management. About the role
Our moderators manage Facebook groups of up to 18,000 virtual challenge participants. You will be working with some of the biggest names in the sector, supporting them to raise five and six figure sums.
This role is perfect for skilled fundraisers who can provide excellent supporter care, and is best suited as an additional source of income (the majority of our team are freelancers and consultants). You must be able to begin moderation at 9am (or earlier), wrap up by 9pm and adhere to our sub-three hour response time.
As a Fundraising Group Moderator, you would be responsible for:

Our moderation takes place between 9am and 9pm, Monday-Sunday. Different challenges have different requirements and whilst you need to be on hand to monitor the group during 9am-9pm, the role does allow for a great deal of personal flexibility.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' professional fundraising experience. They will understand the importance of stewarding relationships and be committed to always acting in the best possible way for the charities we work so hard to support.
Full training will be provided alongside regular one to one and team catch ups.

About the Role
This role will be pivotal in growing the Help for Heroes email supporter base driving income and engagement from different audiences. It’s an exciting chance to be a part of a rapidly growing Individual Giving programme, to working with internal and external stakeholders to produce digital campaigns with advocacy and campaigning at the heart of what you do.

The High Value Officer for our Fundraising team will focus and lead on supporting the Trusts and Major Donor teams with postal and electronic mailings; keeping the CRM up to date; supporting the Prospects Research Manager with initial research, identifying new opportunities and sources of funding; streamlining administrative systems and processes; creating purchase orders and invoices; supporting the Special Events Officer with setting up webinars.
This is a great junior role, offering opportunities in several High Value fundraising teams. You will get to use your administrative skills across a range of activities and also develop your research skills when looking at prospects and supporting the Corporate team in their due diligence work.
You will:
1. Support the team with various CRM system processes, and ensuring records are accurately updated.
2. Support the Prospect Research Manager to identify new opportunities and sources of funding.
3. Streamline and managing electronic folders
4. Create purchase orders and invoices
5. Support the Trust and Major Donor teams with mailings (postal and electronic).
You will have good organisation and administrative skills. Having good time managements skills and being able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be key to making a success of this role. You will also have excellent IT skills.

WasteAid is currently looking for an Interim Deputy Director of Programmes, a crucial role responsible for ensuring the effective management and delivery of WasteAid's global initiatives, providing leadership, capacity building, and support to the international programmes team.
As a member of the Senior Management Team reporting to the Director of Programmes, the Deputy Director will lead and supervise the programmes team. Key responsibilities include resource mobilisation, ensuring programme quality and accountability, and overseeing performance management. The successful candidate will actively participate in in-country programme management, coordination, and strategic meetings alongside the Director of Programmes and country team members. Collaboration with Finance colleagues will be essential for timely budget development, financial planning, and cost management. Additionally, the Deputy Director will support the Director of Programmes in engaging with donors, partner organisations, and external stakeholders to strengthen WasteAid's representation. Regular field visits to support programme teams will also be part of the role.
We are seeking a well-rounded programme professional with significant experience in managing complex international development programmes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, particularly within multidisciplinary teams and diverse cultural contexts. You should excel in providing oversight for a varied portfolio of complex, donor-funded projects and possess strong diplomatic and coordination skills, enabling you to build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
This is a fully remote, UK-based interim contract lasting approximately 6 months, with the potential to extend to a permanent position depending on both parties' interests. The role is full-time, but part-time (4 days a week) might be considered. Eligibility to work in the UK is required, and some international/national travel may be requested.

Key responsibilities:
- Introduce new visitors to the RSPB by working with the Visitor Experience Manager to create a range of new and exciting events. These new events will sit alongside our current programme of events and will enhance our visitor offer and drive footfall.

We are looking for a new member to join our legacy and in-memory team, within its Individual Giving department. This role will help to manage and test legacy marketing campaigns with the aim to grow the size of the charity’s legacy Enquirer and Considerer base using various channels such as social media, direct mail and telemarketing. This role will also work on recruiting enquiries about the charity’s Pet Promise scheme and recruit new in-memory and tribute fund supporters. Although the role is strongly weighted to legacy marketing, the post-holder will also manage Woodgreen’s mid-value programme, creating a brilliant opportunity for an existing legacy fundraiser to broaden their professional remit.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, able to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. They will need to make decisions based on sound evidence, and will always demonstrate an attitude to learn-and-adapt campaigns. You will;
- Provide expertise and collaborate with the Senior Donor Development Manager – Engagement and Legacy to develop legacy marketing acquisition and mid-value programme strategies.
- Plan and project manage the annual operational plans, managing direct marketing campaigns from end to end using a mix of offline and online channels, which includes telemarketing, direct mail and social media/PPC to grow the existing legacy pipeline.
- Manage the services of multiple suppliers for the planning, creative, media, print and distribution, producing comprehensive written briefs with verbal discussions to ensure the output meets requirements.
- Build relationships and work closely with internal colleagues across the organisation to leverage ‘piggy-backing opportunities’ as well as helping to champion legacy giving across the charity
- Work with the Database Team to deliver end of campaign results analysis, ensuring reporting data is correct and highlight key observations and recommendations for future activity or further insight requirements.
- Manage a six-figure expenditure budget, allocating budget to channels and products
You will have;
- Experience of planning and managing legacy acquisition campaigns to recruit individual supporters ideally using telemarketing, direct mail and social media/PPC.
- Experience of effective management of multiple key suppliers, ensuring service is to agreed standards
- Experience of effective expenditure budget management
- Experience of prioritising and managing multiple campaigns

The starting salary for this position is £34,730 - £42,446 per annum depending on experience. In addition to this you will receive;
