We're hiring a Cherish Support Officer in Scotland to join our team as part of the Cherish project.
You’ll be responsible for the content and delivery of our support and advice, and our grant assessments, in collaboration with the wider Church Engagement team. You’ll give presentations to church volunteers, helping them to care for their historic church buildings. You’ll build local connections and partnerships, and contribute to sector forums.
We are looking for someone who will respond quickly to enquiries, in a friendly and professional manner. You should love interacting with volunteers, be positive and upbeat, and have excellent written and spoken English. We also want you to feel confident about managing a busy workload against deadlines.
Location: Home based in Scotland with travel throughout the country or region and occasional travel to the National Churches Trust offices in London.

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups. You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week).
Your key responsibilities will include:

We have a highly skilled team of 30 full-time employees in Malawi implementing this work, based out of two offices in the Northern Region. Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Managing the fundraising strategy and donor relations with oversight of the fundraising office
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the charity’s income generation strategy, ensuring targets are achieved.
- Align the fundraising strategy with the communications and marketing strategy.
- Act as the organizational expert on income generation, leading the team to expand all relevant fundraising streams.

About The Role
My Recovery is a platform that provides our beneficiaries with a single source to access Recovery support tools.
The post holder will manage the day to day delivery and co-ordination of our My Recovery platform ensuring content planning, programming and commissioning to deliver an engaging and effective experience for users both existing and new beneficiaries.
Deliver product enhancements & developments for My Recovery, liaising with Eclipse platform team sand external agencies/providers (Giant, OLM & JustGo)
Support the evaluation on going (both Analytics and user research)

About You

The Network Lead plays a central role in helping us achieve our vision to end the need for food banks in the UK. This is a varied, proactive and fast-paced role that involves representing the Trussell Trust on policy and public affairs in the region/nation, the leadership of a dynamic team of area managers that supports the network of food banks in the region/nation to deliver emergency food, and the coordination of projects and partnerships to support the food banks in our network to reduce the need for their services locally.

About the Role
There are 1.4 million primary-aged children growing up in poverty in the UK, and we are currently only working with a fraction of them. We have grown rapidly over the last few years and are now looking to grow our Fundraising team to the next level.
The Fundraising and Communications Officer will work as part of the Fundraising team to deliver Learning with Parents’ fundraising strategy. Their primary focus will be strengthening our existing funding pipeline through prospects research and managing the donor database. They will also be responsible for drafting compelling applications and reports for new and existing donors. They will develop and adapt our fundraising resources and provide wider support to the team.

About this exciting opportunity
Working as part of a multi-agency team, you will provide person-centred support to a caseload of service users who will either be serving community sentences or being released from prison. You will undertake assessment and action planning with individual service users, create a safe and trusting environment, using trauma-informed practice to successfully facilitate a supportive and constructive relationship with service users, plus deliver a range of interventions to service users which contribute towards achievement of prescribed outcomes.

- Experience working with partner agencies either as part of a multi-agency team working towards common objectives or negotiating to establish links to further the aims of a project
- L3 in Advice and Guidance or equivalent
- The ability to assess clients’ needs and provide tailored, client-led support through action planning and interventions involving advice, guidance, advocacy, and coaching
- An ability to work sensitively with clients applying trauma-informed strategies
- Impressive IT, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Gan weithio fel rhan o dîm aml-asiantaeth, byddwch yn darparu cymorth sydd wedi’i ganolbwyntio ar yr unigolyn i lwyth achosion o ddefnyddwyr gwasanaeth a fydd naill ai'n cyflawni dedfrydau cymunedol neu'n cael eu rhyddhau o'r carchar. Byddwch yn ymgymryd â chynllunio asesu a gweithredu gyda defnyddwyr gwasanaethau unigol, yn creu amgylchedd diogel ac ymddiriedus, gan ddefnyddio ymarfer trawma-gwybodus i hwyluso perthynas gefnogol ac adeiladol gyda defnyddwyr gwasanaeth, ynghyd â darparu ystod o ymyriadau i ddefnyddwyr gwasanaethau sy'n cyfrannu tuag at gyflawni canlyniadau rhagnodedig.
Byddwch hefyd yn datblygu a chynnal perthnasoedd gweithio cadarnhaol gydag asiantaethau allanol, gan gynnwys y gwasanaeth prawf, carchardai, partneriaid, ac eraill a fydd yn cynorthwyo i sicrhau canlyniadau rhagnodedig i ddefnyddwyr gwasanaethau, gan sicrhau eich bod yn gweithio tuag at dargedau a chanlyniadau cytundebol o fewn amserlenni y cytunwyd arnynt.
