You will work alongside the Head of Research, Evidence and Learning to help improve the collection, management and analysis of data from THET’s programmes and external engagement. THET is experiencing an exciting time of growth, and you will play a critical role in improving learning within the organisation, ensuring that the impact of the work we do is accurately captured and analysed, helping us sustain and improve crucial Health System Strengthening and Health Workforce Strengthening initiatives across the globe.
You will play a leading role in the operation and improvement of our data capture and analysis tools, including our Salesforce-based programmes MEL portal. You will contribute to the development of a data strategy for the organisation, and associated process improvement. You will help to ensure the quality of data, and contribute to research, programmatic learning, advocacy and more. To be successful in this role, you will be a fast learner, get things done and excel in working across teams as well as managing a varied portfolio of work. You will be a strategic thinker with an ability to manage complex problems in situations with significant uncertainty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management and Analysis:
- Review and oversee data management processes, including storage and retrieval of data.
- Support the quality assurance of data across platforms, including data cleaning and audit, and providing input to the improvement of data collection.
- Lead on the development of data analysis reports as required, for programmes, research or advocacy.
- Contribute to the analytical design of research initiatives and knowledge products.
- Lead on the oversight and analysis of strategic data points over time. Create and maintain dynamic data visualisations.
2. Organisational Improvement
- Contribute to the development of a data strategy aligned with THET’s wider learning agenda.
- Identify issues and lead on the improvement of data related processes. Develop tools/guidance and engage in staff capacity building.
3. Programmes MEL Portal (Salesforce based)
- Ensure best practices are embedded across the use of the portal for quality, relevant data capture.
- Lead on the capacity development of staff and partners on use of the portal for data collection and extraction.
- Ensure the portal is fit for purpose, including interacting with service providers on troubleshooting and improvement.

The Role:
Reporting to the Deputy CFO FRAP, this is a pivotal finance role that oversees all financial activities within the Engagement Division, including ensuring solid financial governance and compliance with Oxfam’s statutory requirements and providing strategic financial advice to various stakeholders across the organisation to support decision making and the division’s operational objectives. About the Role
The Head of Unlawful Detentions is responsible for overseeing Reprieve’s work on unlawful detentions, which comprises detention cases in North East Syria (NES), advocacy work with families of detainees in NES, support to those repatriated from NES, and our Guantánamo and Life after Guantánamo Projects.
Background on Unlawful Detentions Work
Reprieve was one of the very first organisations allowed inside Guantánamo. Since then, we have secured freedom for more than 80 men illegally detained without charge or trial, and we continue to support some of these men through our Life After Guantánamo project.
Reprieve also advocates for the release and repatriation of foreign nationals detained in camps and prisons in NES. We aim to ensure that detained individuals are treated in line with international law, and not subjected to the death penalty, extrajudicial execution, arbitrary detention, torture, or rendition. We also advocate for and support clients and their children after their release from arbitrary detention.
Through our work we aim to challenge and change flawed ‘War on Terror’ narratives and legal and political frameworks – including in the UK, Europe and the US – that engender state-sanctioned discrimination and abuse, undermine the rule of law and human rights, and create two-tiered layers of citizenship rights for ethnic minorities in Western countries.
About You
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies using a dynamic approach in which each of Reprieve’s methodologies—casework, investigation, litigation, political and public engagement, support for and (where possible and appropriate) advocacy with affected communities—connect with one another to achieve positive outcomes in individual client’s cases and address structural rights violations.
You will be enthusiastic about working for an organisation with Reprieve's mission and vision. You will have a minimum of five years’ experience line managing busy and diverse teams. You have significant legal and casework experience and experience managing a complex portfolio of cases. You will also have substantial advocacy experience, an understanding of campaigning, strong writing skills, and excellent attention to detail.
You are a person with a high level of cultural competency, with direct lived or working experience with communities impacted by the so-called ‘War on Terror’ and/or relevant conflicts. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how racism and institutional discrimination affect our clients. In addition to being conversant in relevant legal systems, you are abreast of the domestic, regional, and geopolitical developments that impact on detention issues in the areas in which we work. Salary, contract and location
The role is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £59,226 per annum less any required deductions for tax and national insurance. Reprieve works across a number of jurisdictions; as such this is a role that may require work outside of core hours from time to time.

Main Purpose

The Young Women’s Keyworker will work with young women aged 15-24 to provide specialist 1:1 support to those referred into the service. The service is designed to be a “whole system” response to women and girls in the Criminal Justice System, so a key part of the role will include building relationships with statutory and VCS agencies, to support and encourage more young women to access the Minerva service, as well as setting up specialist referral pathways for young women in the community.
About You:
To be successful as the Young Women’s Keyworker you will:
Bring an in-depth knowledge of issues facing women offenders and those at risk of offending; both in and out of the Criminal Justice System. Have a strong understanding of the context and challenges facing vulnerable young women and girls, including the impacts of domestic violence, mental health, and sexual health.
Bring a significant experience of working with young women experiencing issues related to offending and experience of community engagement, advocacy and support work with young people and have proven practical experience of using motivational interviewing and coaching techniques with young women and girls, using a woman-centred approach to build trust and rapport. You will demonstrate the ability to work in partnership with relevant statutory and voluntary groups, developing and maintaining strong constructive working relationships.

Purpose of the job
The Head of Digital will be responsible for leading our digital, IT and information systems. They will also have oversight of AV and for the technical development of online education materials.
The post holder will lead the digital transformation of the organisation, continuously improving the effectiveness and impact of the Society. They will lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with business requirements. This will involve leading end to end delivery digital projects, including technology delivery and change management required to improve, implement and embed digital systems, IT infrastructures and processes.
Main responsibilities
- Project manage major digital projects and ensure relationships with external stakeholders and engagement with Members, Staff and Service Users are all managed effectively.
- Research solutions and make recommendations for the improvement of systems and infrastructure.
- Appoint suppliers of digital services and oversee the Institute’s relationships with them, ensuring they provide a high-quality service and value for money.
- Provide first line support to staff, responding to basic technical queries and issues, such as password resets, software installation, and troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.

What does the Global Grant Manager, Finance & Operations role involve?
The Global Grants Manager is a critical role at CPI, primarily focused on enhancing the operational efficiency and financial compliance of our grant funded programmes. Reporting directly to the Acting Global Director of People, Finance, and Operations, this position requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in finance and grants management, who will work closely with programmatic teams and partner with stakeholders across the organisation.
The role will involve working directly with large global funders, as well as directly with sub grantees and suppliers on CPI programmes. This role will also provide overall finance support to our Europe team in collaboration with our Global Senior Associate, Finance and Operations. Working closely with the MSI Senior Director, Africa you will have significant internal and external facing responsibilities ranging from ensuring compliance with MSI’s financial internal standards to representing MSI financial systems vis-a-via donors and strategic stakeholders.

To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills:
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and guide finance leadership across the continent and in regional support structure.
- SUN accounts (ideally), Vision XL and Excel skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and develop the skills of the team and inspire individuals and teams through situational leadership and by providing clear direction
To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following experience:
- 5 – 10 years proven experience of financial leadership within a complex, multi-regional business
- Experience of developing and successfully implementing different financial strategies, with demonstrable push to implement a standardization and simplification across a complex business.
- Experience of communicating a range of complex issues with the ability to convey an inspiring vision.
- An understanding of major policies/ issues that arise when implementing in Africa, strong knowledge of good business practices
- An international mind-set, with an understanding of social businesses, together with an appreciation for cultural differences
- Experience in working with social business preferably in a developing country.
- Experience in producing, delivering and presenting meaningful financial analysis and recommend appropriate actions to enhance organizational performance
- Experience in initiating, developing and maintaining relationships with their staff, peers and external stakeholders at a senior level
- Knowledge and experience of the region
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including with people who do not have a background in finance
Formal education/qualification
- Qualified accountant
- Degree-educated or equivalent
- Relevant post-graduate qualification e.g. MBA, MSc, MA (desirable)
- Knowledge of English (Required)
- French language knowledge preferred but not essential

Location: London Support Office (hybrid working, a minimum of two office days per week) or where any MSI country programme operates.
Full-time: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday (For UK based team members, for other locations the hours will be in line with national labour regulations)
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £66,200 - £86,700 per annum for UK based candidates. Discretionary bonus + benefits. For all other locations, the salary will be banded within the national context.
Salary band: BG 12
