About the role
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team. You will support impact measurement and evaluation across a suite of over 20 Young Enterprise programmes and services, plus fundraising, marketing, volunteering and alumni activity. You will be involved in collating learning from across Young Enterprise, including leading on data collection through our existing systems, analysis and disseminating findings through various means including our internal evidence hub, external reports, senior leadership updates and internal project reports.
This is a fast-moving role which will require you to have a flexible approach. You will be able to work independently on impact and evaluation tasks (with guidance from the Head of Impact and Insights) while working closely with colleagues from a range of teams and functions across the charity. The ability to manage your workload across multiple projects is a key part of this role, as well as thinking broadly and creatively about improving and embedding good impact practice at Young Enterprise as an integral part of our upcoming Transforming Futures strategy (2024-2030).

The role
The Senior Network Fundraising Manager is a new and vital role, created to maximise income generation across FareShare’s national team and 18 Network Partners. This role is integral to driving collaboration and establishing a strategic approach to fundraising across multiple sites.
FareShare has a vibrant national fundraising department that has consistently grown the organisation’s new and existing income streams in recent years. As we have grown, so have our regional delivery partners, who are independent charities, each investing in their own fundraising to sustain larger operations. The Senior Network Fundraising Manager will join FareShare’s Fundraising Leadership Team to enhance these efforts through strategic collaboration and clearly defined ways of working to maximise opportunities across our income streams.
Central to this role is the development and co-design of a strategic plan for fundraising across FareShare and our Network Partners. This plan will ensure we are better equipped for income generation, adopting consistent ways of working and a co-ordinated approach, which avoids overlapping our respective audiences and keeps the supporter at the heart of our decision making.
The Senior Network Fundraising Manager will facilitate and coordinate fundraising activities across multiple partners. This requires involving and inspiring key stakeholders, managing conflicts, setting clear expectations and responsibilities and driving continuous improvements to the way we work together. The role will ensure that the tools, frameworks, resources, monitoring and evaluation methods, and relationships are in place to successfully share information, champion successes and build new funding opportunities across FareShare and our Network Partners.

You will have a strong track record in income generation, and experience or understanding of organisations working together in a federative structure. Forcesline is SSAFA's frontline telephone service handling both day-to-day and more complex enquiries from the Armed Forces community.
This role is responsible for the management and development of the Forcesline service and will also act as point of contact for the Veterans Gateway. The Ukraine Humanitarian appeal raised £426 million and helped an estimated 6.9 million people in Ukraine and neighbouring countries. The Grants Manager is integral in working closely with DEC colleagues and members to build and sustain, a solid understanding of the evolving humanitarian context. The Grants Manager will maintain strong oversight of the DEC funded programme including the reporting cycle, adaptive programming and facilitate strong and relevant engagement with DEC member charities and local partners and external briefings over the duration of the response.
Key responsibilities:
Communication and Collaboration
