Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Building Support Administrator to oversee the development and optimization of buildings within the Hackney cluster of a strategic funded programme. This cluster of churches in the Catholic tradition are working collaborative on a new mission project in the North-East Hackney area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings are maintained to the highest standards and provide ongoing support to the local clergy.
You will be supporting churches in the Hackney area, working one day per week at St James Clapton with the remaining hours supporting other local churches.
Job responsibilities
Administrative

Oversee maintenance of all equipment and buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulation e.g. photocopiers, boiler servicing, gas and electrical safety.

Maintain building related records & liaise with Building Development Consultants.

Administer Church bookings – including managing the bookings diary, dealing with enquiries, taking and confirming bookings on a selective basis depending on the suitability of the event/group. Invoice all bookings and record payments.

Act as main contact point with tenants of church properties. Ensure we meet our landlord obligations, rent and utilities payments are collected on time, contracts are kept up to date and renewed as necessary

Maintain a close relationship with all users of our buildings and resolve any problems they may have

The Head of Fundraising is an exciting new role developed for the Society to increase fundraising and develop additional income streams to enhance the sustainability of the Society. Person Specification
The Head of Fundraising will have substantial fundraising and management experience, a talent for building relationships and a proven track record in securing funds from statutory sources, foundations, trusts and major donors. They will be a key contact for grant giving organisations, personal donations and legacies. Further Information
This post is an initial 2.5-year (30 month) full-time contract which will be extendible subject to funding. There will be a short probationary period during which time your skills and suitability for the position will be assessed. Development of fundraising for the Transformation Plan will be the immediate priority. A lot of work has already been undertaken by the Society in preparing for an NLHF application as part of this, but the skill and experience of this post will ensure it has the maximum chance of success. This will include liaising with others, including NLHF staff and our consultants, the More Partnership.
The tasks and role will develop in line with the requirements in that application and the implementation of the Transformation Plan and will be reviewed after the submission of the initial NLHF bid. However, the core responsibilities will remain the development and delivery of successful fundraising strategies, increasing income to the Society.

Sutton Carers Centre works in partnership to help improve and maintain the quality of life for these Young and Adult Carers living, working, studying or caring in the London Borough of Sutton.
We are looking to recruit to a key and rewarding role in our charity. The members of our team are highly skilled, passionate and committed, so we are looking for an experienced administrator who can support them. The successful candidate will be skilled in office administrative functions, to ensure the delivery of an efficient, friendly and smooth-running Centre as well as office co-ordination and support services. The post-holder will have experience of developing, maintaining and improving systems in an office environment. About the role
Location: This is a community-based role with home working which will require travel within the Bath and North East Somerset area. There may be the need for some travel within the wider Swindon, Wiltshire and Dorset area.
Contract: Fixed term contract - 9 months until end Sept 2025 to cover maternity leave

Our goal is to reach out to people affected by dementia from all communities and support their needs within their own community. We are looking for someone on a 2 year fixed term contract to support CCT, as we engage in a programme of significant digital change, with our core information management systems under active review and development. The complaint processing of personal data is fundamental to delivering our business objectives and will be a crucial deliverable for our Digital Transformation Programme.
The Compliance officer will be instrumental in ensuring CCT complies with best practice in relation to the storage and use of people’s personal information, ensuring compliance with the relevant GDPR regulations and will also be responsible for ensuring that the CCT’s policies and procedures are compliant with the relevant Government Functional Standards as well as following good practice in relation to its governance policies and procedures.
The post holder will work with every team, at all levels across CCT, to help embed a risk-based approach to data protection and decision-making, championing both the intent of data protection law and effective operational outcomes; adopting best recommended practice where there is ambiguity about minimal compliance requirements.

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

About the role
As an Engagement and Assessment Worker, you will be the first point of contact for someone who comes to Crisis for help to prevent or end their homelessness. You will:
