The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager to join their team in London, Delhi or Accra. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution.
The role is critical in understanding and learning from the difference which CAF makes. By streamlining and managing data processes and systems, leading on data analysis and reporting from across CAF’s portfolios, tracking performance at an organisational, portfolio, and grants level, we will build a foundation for learning and insights, and drive maximum impact as CAF delivers an ambitious and exciting strategy.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience;
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills and experience.
- Demonstrable experience synthesizing learning from large volumes of data and communicating these in a clear and structured manner.
- Extensive experience managing data throughout the programme cycle from data collection design to final reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel and Powerpoint.

- Solid experience managing MEL frameworks (including Theories of Change and results frameworks) and implementation of MEL for large international projects and programmes.

We are looking to recruit an Advocacy and Campaigns Manager to drive and deliver the implementation of impactful advocacy and campaigns, which actively engage Embrace supporters and UK Christians and church leaders to amplify the voices of our partners and bring about change for their contexts in the Middle East.
Main responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to develop and deliver impactful and engaging campaigns into the political sphere with a view to seeing policy and practice changes that will benefit Embrace’s partners and the communities they serve.
- Project manage the delivery of Embrace’s advocacy campaigns strategy for justice and inclusion in the Middle East.
- Work with the Partnership Managers and Church Engagement Team to maintain a nuanced and well-informed understanding of relevant policy, political, theological, church-related and development issues in the region and in the UK.
- Represent Embrace and build strong relationships with advocacy personnel within our Partners and wider sector groups.
- Support the Charity in every way possible to fulfil its vision and charitable aims.
Suitable candidates will possess substantial experience in policy development and engagement within the political system, demonstrating a proven ability to mobilise UK Christians for advocacy and change. You will have project management expertise, particularly in crafting and launching advocacy initiatives aimed at influencing key stakeholders and institutions, with a focus on establishing clear campaign objectives and ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery of campaign activities.
In the context of this role, a strong theological insight into regional issues is essential, enabling the candidate to navigate the interplay between political and theological matters when collaborating with churches. You'll be responsible for overseeing all data operations, ensuring smooth data collection, integration, and analysis. This includes managing a team of one, ensuring efficient processes for data selection, import and general CRM support. Your exceptional project management skills will be crucial, as you'll lead data-driven initiatives and implement agile methodologies for continuous improvement which will be pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that contribute to the charity's success and service delivery.
You’ll be creative and commercial in your approach, leveraging digital tools to maximise efficiency and return on investment. Leading on the review, recommendation and rollout of a new CRM into the future will play a large part of your role with automation and streamlining of enhanced processes and procedures in order to increase income generation impact, being the desired output.

About the role
We’re looking for an Insight Analyst with good SQL skills and great proactivity to join our Strategic Insights team. The primary focus of this role is to support Young Lives vs Cancer to use relevant, timely and accurate information to support decision making and drive innovation and impact. Working as part of the Strategic Insight team, this may include:
- Developing insight and learning with the aim of improving our impact.
- Working with colleagues within the Income & Engagement directorate to analyse data on supporters, and develop insight to ensure sustainable income.

The Research and Evaluation Manager is core to this work. You will be the research lead in the team – managing the research and evaluation activity that generates the strong evidence base we are known for.
About you
We would like someone who has been involved in the nitty gritty of evaluation research, balancing an interest in the technical sides of answering evaluation questions with an awareness of the practical challenges of doing so. It would be great if you had experience on the research commissioning side, but you could still have the right skills if you have only worked within a contracted research team.
We would like you to have good experience of qualitative research and secondary research. You need to be comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis, but you don’t need to be a quantitative specialist (as we have one of those).
We want you to have some experience working on policy-oriented research and developing policy recommendations. You need to be motivated by change, as well as understanding the problem. You will be a line manager in this role. Line management experience is a desirable attribute – but it is essential you can demonstrate that you have supported other people to deliver their work.

As a senior fundraising team member, you will take a strategic approach to leading the development and management of our Major Donor, Trusts and Legacy programmes to maximise income and meet annual targets. You will be accustomed to dealing with senior level figures in the corporate world and in managing the highest-level relationships between the Trust, the Charity, Trusts, legators and significant donors.
For this role, you will need
- Have successfully managed a high-value and diverse portfolio of major donors
- Good understanding of the fundraising process
- Ability to prepare written donor proposals, donor stewardship and the ability to plan and execute events related to the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors
- To work independently to plan and implement creative strategies to increase philanthropic gifts by creating bespoke cultivation and solicitation plans that utilise senior stakeholders effectively.
- Be able to build strong relationships and partner with key staff across Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust in line with our strategic ambitions.
-Experience working within a results-oriented environment, with a record of achieving personal KPIs and targets.
-Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills and proven experience managing or liaising with clients, customers, or charity donors.
- Excellent administration and organisation skills, demonstrating the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to work well as a team member and on my initiative.
