WorldSkills UK is seeking a dynamic Network Member Manager to support and expand the growing network of institutions that are part of our award-winning Centre of Excellence. Role purpose
The Centre of Excellence is WorldSkills UK’s cornerstone programme aimed at raising the standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across TVET. As Network Member Manager, you will be at the heart of the programme joining a vibrant and diverse team, working closely with member institutions to deliver impactful, sustained engagement and provide strategic support.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Programme management and reporting:
• Establish and maintain an account management framework to encourage member participation in the Centre of Excellence’s core offerings.
• Track and report on member engagement metrics, leveraging data insights to drive retention, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Regularly evaluate and refine the member engagement framework to meet evolving needs, including offering tailored training and development solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and leadership that provide insights into programme outcomes, trends, and impact. These reports will inform partners and stakeholders, highlighting the Centre’s achievements and demonstrating value to support continued engagement.
Member engagement and relationship management:
• Build effective working relationships with senior leaders from across the membership, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing support.
• Develop and execute a robust engagement strategy to ensure that institutions gain maximum value from their membership.
• Oversee the enrolment and validation of new members, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring alignment with programme requirements.
• Conduct regular needs assessments and check-ins with members to ensure alignment with the Centre’s objectives and identify opportunities for enhanced engagement.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration opportunities within the network to foster partnerships and shared learning.
• Lead the annual recognition review, coordinating judging panels and planning events to showcase and reward excellence across the network.
Member communication and support:
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to keep members informed about events, training opportunities, and programme updates.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly, providing resources and guidance to support their full engagement with the Centre.
• Lead promotional activities to boost member engagement and manage the creation of impactful content for publications, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct and share impact studies that demonstrate the benefits of the Centre’s programmes, helping to raise the profile of WorldSkills UK across various platforms.

This role is office based (as above) but with flexible hybrid working. It is expected the postholder will attend the office at least once or twice a week.

The Training Officer (Accreditation) is critical to the work of the College, as you will provide services to both trainees and Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR)/portfolio applicants, supporting them in completing their training programmes and specialist registration.
As Training Officer (Accreditation), you will develop a thorough understanding of the RCEM Curriculum and CESR processes, ensuring that all trainees and applicants receive high-quality support and advice in line with continuous developments and changes to College standards and GMC regulation. This is an important role for the College as you will contribute to the efficient regulation and support of specialist training in Emergency Medicine.
Responsible for facilitating and processing Certification for the Completion of Training (CCT), Specialist Registration and CESR applications, including formal notifications to the GMC and coordination of CESR panel reviews, you will provide documentation for GMC CCT Quality Assurance audits and maintain detailed records relating to the CESR process.
Reporting to the Training Manager, you will lead on the recruitment, induction, training and monitoring of CESR evaluators, developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, trainee doctors, Health Education regions, deaneries and lay members.
Degree qualified or with equivalent experience, you should have an extensive background in administering training programmes and complex processes, and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software packages. You should also be capable of collating and analysing complex data and be able to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
With excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, you will be at ease drafting correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and other documents, ensuring accuracy and clear presentation.

The Events Assistant[CF1] is a crucial role at the College as you will help and support colleagues in the delivery of events, from administrative assistance in planning the events, to the production of event documentation, branding or collateral, in addition to liaising with events stakeholders, including speakers, programme leads and delegates.
As Events Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support for online event registration, delegate bookings, delegate communications and associated queries. You will be the first point of contact for event queries, so maintaining a good knowledge of College events and other relevant activities is essential.
Assisting in the research and promotion of opportunities for sponsorship for all events, you will distribute sponsorship packages, confirm sponsorship acquisitions and ensure requirements are fulfilled onsite. Chief Operating Officer

Resolve Poverty is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to support the growth and development of the organisation as we embark on our four-year strategy.
About the role
This exciting new internal and external facing role will support the realisation of Resolve Poverty’s ambitious four year strategy as the organisation seeks to have impact nationwide.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the senior leadership team, alongside the CEO and Head of Policy. The COO will work closely with the CEO and manage key internal operations and functions’ including Human Resources (liaising with our external HR consultant) , IT and administration. This will include establishing new systems and processes as required and ensuring the smooth delivery of existing ones.
Externally, the COO will oversee Resolve Poverty’s existing programmes, with a remit to grow those programmes and secure funding to pilot new programme initiatives focussed on promoting the financial wellbeing of low income households.
Additionally, the COO working with the CEO will support governance functions, including reporting to the board and overseeing the organisation’s finances.
The role comes with line management of Resolve Poverty’s programmes team and Finance and Administration Officer.

Your role:
The Grantmaking Operations team sits within the Fund’s Operations department and is primarily focused on ensuring that resources are reaching frontline activist organizations. The team seeks to hire a Grants Specialist who will report to the Managers of Grantmaking Operations and manage the Fund’s most complex grantmaking programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
Grantmaking
- Manage due diligence and enhanced grantmaking protocols for a highly complex and high-volume portfolio of grants spanning 50+ countries.
- Inform the development and implementation of grantmaking plans, ensuring they are robust and responsive to changing contexts and needs.
- Research compliance and financial regulation for various country contexts as needed and flag potential areas of risk to the Manager of Grantmaking Policy and Models.

The Regional Director will be responsible for providing strategic and practical insights and follow-through to position and grow IRRI in Africa. The Director will ensure a strong reputation for IRRI in relation to our capability to bring big solutions to issues critical for Africa like rural poverty, resilience and sustainability, nutrition/health and national economic advancements.

Overview

- Assisting with the recruitment and HR processes for staff and volunteers in the charity, including ensuring that information in the database is kept accurate and up to date.
- Setting new staff up with computers and relevant email, file and software access, including liaising with IT and technical support where appropriate to ensure that devices are optimised.
- Management of the day-to-day office budget, including taking inventory of office supplies and ordering materials where necessary.
- Scheduling, coordinating, arranging and supporting meetings including minuting and preparation of appropriate documents and office space.
- Office space management, including office health and safety e.g. ensuring equipment is maintained to a good standard and regularly tested.
To be considered for this post, you will have:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant within the not-for-profit sector.
- Proved experience of diary and agenda management.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Established relationship management skills.
