About us
Who we are
St Paul’s is a vibrant, dynamic and ambitious church at the heart of the international city of Cambridge, with a vision to be a place of radical welcome and hospitality. The large, adapted church building has become a hub for community activity, encounter and prayer. Our life is structured around four areas: congregation, compassion, culture and commerce. We are a small but ambitious Christian community, a place of welcome and service to the most vulnerable, a creative arts community, and a space for hire.
Our culture and values
We are a church that seeks to be a place of welcome and refuge, a place where all can encounter the overwhelming and all-embracing love of God. To that end we serve three community meals a week, are a Foodbank distribution point, offer a programme of activities and events, and gather to worship God Sunday by Sunday.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We are a member of Inclusive Church (https://www.inclusive-church.org/) and seek to enable all to flourish in our organisation.
We have a staff and volunteer handbook and a Code of Conduct, which we expect all to adhere to.
