About the role:
- Provide psychotherapy sessions on outreach to female clients
- Flexible approach to meeting vulnerable female clients
- Deliver specialised outreach psychotherapy to female clients in the five boroughs we operate - Hackney, Tower Hamlets, City of London, Newham and Redbridge. A day per borough.
- Work collaboratively with Street Outreach Response Teams and other specialist agencies
- Offer both formal psychotherapy sessions and informal support, adapting to clients' needs in terms of scheduling and locations.
- Conduct street shifts alongside the commissioned Outreach Service, introducing and promoting our service to potential clients
- Support individuals transitioning into emergency, temporary, or long-term accommodation
- Support women who are rough sleeping
- Support females’ rough sleepers who are placed into our Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP) during designated winter days/nights.
- Provide support for Housing First clients in their tenancies.
- Provide support to female clients in their hostel accommodation
- Take referrals from SORT and Providence Row.
- Promote the service to individuals currently rough sleeping through joint shifts with Reset (drug and alcohol treatment service).

As a Housing Support Worker, you will support people with a history of drug and/or alcohol issues who are living in supported housing projects.
You will assist with the daily running of the service and coordinate all aspects of the residents’ care, including referrals, move-in plans, assessments, support planning and case notes.
You will provide practical help and advice to support tenants to keep their tenancies and avoid eviction, including encourage individuals to develop practical skills such as shopping, cooking, and housework.
You will work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to provide a range of interventions to support recovery and help people achieve independent living in the community.
This is an entry-level role, and we understand that not all candidates will have direct work experience in a similar position. Whilst a passion for working with people affected by addiction or homelessness is crucial, you may also have:
- Experience of working with people with complex needs including challenging or negative behaviour, substance misuse and/or criminal offending backgrounds.
- An understanding of the harmful effects associated with drug and alcohol misuse and offending in relation to health, social welfare, housing, employability and personal relationships.
- Experience or an understanding of supporting people to develop their personal strengths and sustain their tenancy within a ‘supported housing’ environment.
- Experience of developing partnerships and working collaboratively with other organisations.
- Specialist harm reduction experience.
- A coaching / counselling / Health and Social Care qualification.
You will be required to work across Cheshire East covering Crewe, Middlewich, Macclesfield and Congleton, although you may have a regular base.
Shifts are on a rota basis covering weekends, evenings and public holidays.

This post is offered as fixed term contract for 12 months, or secondment for internal colleagues.
We have an exciting opportunity within the Bristol Street Outreach team as the Target Priority Group (TPG) Coordinator. The TPG is a cohort of clients with the most long-term and repeat periods of rough sleeping. Our belief is that rough sleeping is an intrinsically harmful and dangerous activity both for the individual and for the wider community. Therefore, we take a proactive and assertive approach to supporting people away from this activity. Our aim is to support people to recover from the effects of rough sleeping and move away from a street lifestyle permanently.
In the TPG Coordinator role you will provide focussed case coordination and management of this group, working creatively alongside partner agencies to provide clients with a viable long-term option of accommodation that will allow them to start their recovery from homelessness and journey to independence. You will:
- Oversee the case management of TPG Outreach Workers.
- Hold a small caseload of clients, delivering intensive casework to them.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Local Authority, other homeless services and housing providers.
- Raise the profile and awareness of the TPG to encourage a city-wide, multi-agency response to long-term and repeat rough sleeping.
- Have the opportunity to support the Service Manager in collating information for reporting to demonstrate the themes and issues the team and clients face.

Purpose of the role:
This role is a key component of the wider DAHA Homelessness & Supported Accommodation Project, funded to enhance support for vulnerable individuals. The primary responsibility is to upskill frontline professionals on domestic abuse, with a particular focus on supporting survivors facing multiple disadvantages. By addressing a critical gap in the homelessness sector, this role ensures that the needs of women and survivors of domestic abuse are better understood and supported, offering a more inclusive, trauma-informed approach to care and accommodation.
Key Duties – What you will be doing:
- Deliver a range of domestic abuse training to housing, homelessness, and domestic abuse professionals.
- Lead the delivery of training courses, ensuring effective and consistent execution.
- Collaborate with the DAHA Accreditation Manager to adapt and develop training materials.
- Work with Housing Programme Managers and specialists to create innovative and accessible training content.
- Support the evaluation of training programmes to assess their impact and identify improvements.
- Manage administrative processes to ensure CPD accreditation for training materials.
- Coordinate with the Business Support Officer to manage delegates and courses effectively.
- Provide regular updates to the Multiple Disadvantage & Homelessness Programme Manager, ensuring alignment with priorities and timelines.
- Communicate proactively with external partners and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Adhere to organisational policies, promoting equality, inclusion, and anti-discriminatory practices.

About You – Skills & Experience:
- In-depth understanding of domestic abuse, its dynamics, and its impact on survivors.
- Knowledge of the coordinated community response to domestic abuse and a commitment to partnership working to improve that response.
- Experience in safeguarding, particularly in the context of domestic abuse.
- Proven ability to work in partnership with both voluntary and statutory sector agencies to ensure effective collaboration.
- Experience in developing and adhering to organisational protocols, procedures, and best practice guidance.

Prospectus is pleased to be partnering an outstanding homelessness charity based in Canning Town, whose mission is to provide support to people who find themselves sleeping rough in East London. They do this by providing a safe and welcoming place to stay, and offering support through the provision of personalised support, educational and life skills opportunities. They are now a support worker, to join their Intensive Support Service.
As a Support Worker, you will work in the ISS, providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents with a background of rough sleeping and a range of medium to high needs. These will include entrenched drug and/or alcohol issues, mental health diagnosis and a range of offending backgrounds. You will be the principal provider of support for these residents in the ISS and will also work alongside other Support Workers. You will be responsible for promoting resident engagement and empowerment through the development of positive relationships with residents, enabling them to take control of their lives and make positive changes. Additionally, you will work closely with residents to create tailored support plans that meet their specific needs and enable them.
Due to the nature of the role, you will have experience in building relationships and supporting vulnerable, disadvantaged, or excluded client groups, as well as dealing with challenging behaviours within a similar setting to the homelessness sector. You will also be able to demonstrate a level of experience and understand the range of approaches appropriate to working with challenging behaviour including current drug /or alcohol use, antisocial behaviour, offending, substance misuse and complex needs, as well as experience of working with clients through a trauma-informed approach and understand statutory compliances and standards such health and safety, equal opportunities and data protection. To be successful, you will be naturally motivated, adaptable and a committed member of the team.

Do you want to play a key role securing and developing partnerships with a wide range of businesses to support St Mungo’s mission to end homelessness? Do you want to cultivate and grow a dynamic ambitious team?
St Mungo’s is looking for a talented Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager that can help significantly grow income, whilst supporting and building a high performing team. You will account manage a select group of high value partners and play a hands-on role in winning new multi-year six figure partnerships.

As the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager – you will be responsible for developing and delivering the implementation of our Corporate Partnerships strategy. You will lead and inspire your team of eight to secure and deliver compelling new partnership opportunities, whilst further developing and strengthening our current partnerships.
Whilst our main office is currently in Tower Hill, London, where you will work for at least 2 days per week, we are flexible and encourage a blended working pattern including working from home and across other London or St Mungo’s regional hub locations. About you
We are looking for an experienced leader to support the ambitious growth of our Corporate Partnerships programme and to ensure success in reaching and passing our Corporate income target for 25/26 (in excess of £2.6m). If you have the drive and ambition to significantly grow St Mungo’s Corporate Partnerships programme we encourage you to apply!
We are looking for someone with experience leading a highly-effective team within fundraising or sales. You will have proven success in leading a team to secure significant new partnerships, and will demonstrate where you have grown existing relationships.
- You will be a strategic and creative thinker who enjoys networking and has the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders both externally and internally.
- You will have line management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to identify areas of opportunity to increase income.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in supporting New Horizon Youth Centre’s mission by managing and growing a portfolio of valued corporate partners (>£20k) and supporters (<£20k). They will nurture these relationships to ensure meaningful, long-term support for our work with young people facing homelessness.
This will include organising volunteering days that inspire action, delivering lunch and learn sessions that deepen understanding of our cause, and finding creative ways for partners to make a real difference. This role will also drive new business, proactively building relationships with companies who share our values and want to help young people fulfil their potential.
In addition, they will lead on New Horizon’s events programme, developing and delivering inspiring events that connect corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, and other supporters to the heart of our mission.

About the role
As our Health Access & Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of a project designed to improve healthcare accessibility for rough sleepers and those struggling with health inequalities. You will:
- Lead outreach across multiple boroughs, engaging rough sleepers and connecting them to essential services.
- Work with peer health mentors to foster trust and improve service engagement.
- Build strong partnerships with NHS providers, housing services, and harm reduction teams.
- Help individuals navigate healthcare systems, including GP registration, mental health referrals, and substance misuse treatment.
- Organise and expand our award-winning Health & Wellness Fairs, bringing crucial healthcare services to those who need them most.
- Reduce A&E admissions by embedding preventative care measures and early intervention strategies.

The ideal candidate
We are seeking someone with:
- Experience developing and managing health & wellbeing initiatives, particularly within primary care or homelessness services.

- The ability to forge strong partnerships and collaborate with multi-agency teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and compassionate approach.
- The flexibility to work on the ground, meeting people where they are—this is not a desk-based role!

Young People Support Worker
We have a role available for a Young People Support Worker to join Depaul UK and work as part of a services team in Warrington, delivering an assessment, support and move on service to vulnerable clients in supported accommodation.

About the Role
As Young People Support Worker you will work under the direction, guidance and support of a manager/senior worker you will be responsible for a caseload of clients as well as share responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service. You will participate in our programme of meaningful activity by running group sessions and activities within the accommodation to support young people’s individual development and social engagement.
In accommodation based services you will ensure that the accommodation is properly maintained and support the client to sustain their tenancy and participate in positive and successful move on.
You will work a rolling rota of daytimes, evenings and weekends (some shifts will be lone working) including bank holidays to ensure that young people have full staff support during their most difficult times.
Key responsibilities include:
· Ensure client safety, wellbeing, and adherence to safeguarding and emergency procedures.
· Deliver high-quality risk assessments, support plans, and one-to-one/group support to build client resilience.
· Foster partnerships with local agencies to support clients while following data protection protocols.
· Engage flexibly and creatively with clients, encouraging their involvement in decisions and participation in activities.
· Support clients in accessing education, training, employment, and volunteering opportunities.
· Maintain health and safety standards, prepare accommodations for new clients, and oversee accurate financial records.
· Collaborate with team members, volunteers, and attend training and meetings as required, ensuring contract compliance.
About You
You will need to have the following skills and experience:
· Experience working with young people or those affected by homelessness.
· Understanding of the needs of individuals facing homelessness, mental health issues, substance misuse, or the care system.
· Knowledge of risk assessments, support planning, safeguarding, and health and safety procedures.
· Strong literacy, numeracy, IT skills, and commitment to diversity, equality, and professional integrity.
· Ability to maintain professional boundaries, work collaboratively, and reflect on practices for continuous development.
