The will be part time, 3 days a week (flexible as to which days) and only require one day in the London office per week for the initial period with a view to make it less, should you so wish, thereafter. The main responsibilities are:
- Regional People Plans: Develop and implement regional people plans with DPOC, Regional, and Divisional Directors.
- Employee Lifecycle: Manage and enhance the employee lifecycle to ensure a positive and consistent experience.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Plan recruitment to attract diverse talent, support selection processes, and manage talent for consistency and improved performance.
- Resource Management and Policies: Work with Regional Directors on resource management, adapt and implement People Policies, and handle pay review cycles.
- Employee Relations and Development: Identify and manage employee relations risks, foster a learning organization, build trusted relationships, and devise interventions to improve engagement and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have:
- Full fluency in both English and Spanish, this will be required when communicating with the Mexico office and line managing your HR Officer who is based there.
- Qualified HR professional with extensive experience across the entire employee life cycle.
- Experienced HR or People Partner advising Senior Management Teams and working internationally on recruitment and employee relations.
- Proven track record in developing ambitious people plans, delivering projects, and co-designing key initiatives.
- Skilled in working with diverse, multicultural, and multilingual groups, with experience in psychometric profiling for multi-cultural environments and regulations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear, user-friendly policies and procedures, anticipating risks and staying updated on external dynamics and legislative changes.

Enhanced Support Worker
We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Enhance Support Worker to join our RBKC Heaney Cluster Service service in Ladbroke Grove.
£25,937.60 per annum, working 40 hours per week. Benefits include 25 days Annual Leave, pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare and career progression.
The Heaney Cluster an intensively supported housing scheme for the most challenging customers in the borough. The majority of the customers come with a history of entrenched rough sleeping; often coupled with enduring mental health difficulties. The aim is to offer a home to those who would have difficulty finding accommodation because of their lifestyle choices involving extreme drug and alcohol misuse. The high support hostel caters for eleven service users with complex needs and is staffed 24 hours a day with the minimum of three staff on duty. The medium support services are staffed from 9am to 9pm where the customers present with varying degrees of mental health issues.
Enhanced Support Workers will devise person centered support plans with customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet their needs and goals. This will include sign posting them to the local drug and alcohol services to address substance misuse issues. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.
This role requires a valid Right to Work for the UK as Look Ahead are not a sponsoring organisation.
What you'll do:

Key Duties for Form F Assessors include:

- To provide to the supervisor, regular written updates of the draft assessment.
- To liaise with our administrative team concerning the progress of administrative checks and completion of the Form F.
- To be available for supervision, consultation or liaison as required.
- To be available to present completed Form Fs to the virtual fostering panel and provide support to the applicants through this process.
- To be aware of our child protection procedures and immediately report any child protection matter or concerns to a TACT manager and any relevant placing authority and the area authority.
- To carry out the duties in line with our Foster Carer and Supervising Social Worker Standards and Practice Guidance.
Rates of Pay for Form F Assessors
- We will pay £2000 (inclusive of VAT) upon successful completion of a Form F Assessment.
- £33 per hour for assessments which are not completed, and any other piece of work.

JOB SUMMARY
The post holder will managing and lead the effective high quality delivery of the Grief Encounter therapeutic services, including online services, through a team of Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, placement students and volunteers.
They will assist the Director of Clinical Services (DCS) in implementing and developing the therapeutic element including intensive therapeutic support, projects, budgets and service planning. This will include:
- Leading, implementing and developing therapeutic projects and service planning.
- Managing Grief Encounter therapists, supervisors, volunteers and placement students.
- Conducting assessments with families, supporting practitioners with complex cases in liaison with supervisors and delivering training.
- Ensuring appropriate safeguarding policies and guidance are being adhered to across all services, responding to safeguarding concerns and ensuring practitioners understand their safeguarding responsibilities.
- Working with the Bereavement Support Team to ensure the efficient and appropriate management of referral pathways.

The aim of Advice Service Supervisor is to maintain a consistent quality of advice and help for clients by providing support, guidance and feedback on a day to day basis. There are 3 main areas:
- ensuring quality - actively supporting the quality of advice by guiding the team to information sources, checking that all aspects of a client's situation have been considered, checking that follow up work is progressed, and that research and campaigns issues are identified

Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months experience of advice work in a Citizens Advice setting or similar quality assured environment.
- Ability to effectively manage and support people to meet individual and team objectives.
- Ability to monitor and maintain Quality of Advice standards including checking accuracy of advice and benefit calculations.
- Good understanding of safeguarding principles and willingness to adhere to them

The Role
Through undertaking an Early Help Assessment and by working with families in a person-centred way, you will help people on your caseload to make positive changes and to develop the skills to manage their issues in the future.

Job Purpose: Women in Prison’s Advocates deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Advisor who will be based at the Refugee Council in Sheffield. You will provide employment support to refugee clients enrolled in the STEP programme and help them to achieve their employability goals. You will be the main point of contact for clients, delivering one on one support across a variety of employability activities including preparing CVs, writing cover letters, searching for jobs, applying for jobs, finding volunteering, work experience and training opportunities and preparing for interviews.
You will work to a variety of performance targets based on the progression outcomes of clients such as voluntary and work placements and achieving and sustaining paid employment.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience or knowledge within the refugee employment sector

St Paul’s Cathedral is a community of worship and mission with a particular role in supporting the Bishop of London in her work across the diocese and beyond. With the outstanding building and the iconic dome, they bring together their resources to make a tangible difference to people’s lives, shaping policy and attitudes to tackle social injustice, specifically in the area of young people’s mental health.
As the Senior Individual Giving and Membership Manager, you will focus on leading individual giving fundraising for the organisation. With an incredible site with thousands of visitors every year, this role will look at shaping strategy to engage these potential supporters, but also wider support from individuals wanting to support the Cathedral. Leading on all individual and regular giving, membership programmes and legacy fundraising, this role will have real impact on supporting the diversification of fundraising.
To be successful as the Senior Individual Giving and Membership Manager, you will have previous fundraising experience in individual giving or membership fundraising. This person will also understand how to run fundraising appeals and working towards financial targets. They will need to be able use data to make informed decision on individual giving strategy and implement these to achieve growth.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices two days per week. The salary for this role is £50,000.
