We’re looking for an exceptional internal communications professional to play a critical role in leading the development and delivery of the change communications for RBLs transformation agenda in this newly created Change Communications Manager, 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Our Transformation Management Office (TMO) is evolving to respond to the ever-changing needs of our beneficiaries. We are bringing together a new team of project and programme management, insight and evaluation, change leadership, and change communication professionals to shape our change agenda and deliver our transformational initiatives.
This role will see you accountable for developing and implementing a plan to support the large transformation agenda underway, working alongside the TMO, Change Leaders, Transformation Cluster Leads, and project and programme teams across the organisation.

Reporting to our Head of Internal Communications and Engagement, key responsibilities will include:

- Create and deliver impactful communications and engagement plans to fulfil the objectives of the change programmes.
- Ensure the change communications align with and support our strategic priorities
- Provide communications expertise and hands-on support to successfully manage and embed change throughout the transformation portfolio working with Cluster Leaders, Executive Board sponsors, and project and programme teams
- Work collaboratively with Internal Communication & Engagement colleagues to ensure that change communications are fully aligned with the wider internal communications agenda

Your proven track record in designing and implementing change communications strategies and plans for complex, geographically dispersed audiences, coupled with strong networking and influencing skills will be crucial. You’ll bring a natural flair for crafting compelling copy, and, with your first-class stakeholder management skills, you'll build relationships, provide expert advice, and work collaboratively to deliver impactful change communications.

You’ll play a big part in helping to achieve the Trust’s goals by:

We are looking for a communications professional with experience of social policy or campaign projects, you will report to the Head of Communications and work closely with our Policy and Public Affairs function.

Digital comms will be your thing as you will be creating and producing digital content, and managing the Trust’s website and social media accounts. You’ll have a strong interest in all things media as you’ll support the press office function such as managing press lists, taking media enquiries and writing press statements and other copywriting.

You’ll work alongside a small team of seven who are based between London and Edinburgh and work in a hybrid manner. You should be someone who is highly motivated with a can-do attitude, and the ability to occasionally travel within the UK.

The role would particularly benefit an individual with communications/media relations and/or public relations particularly in the third sector or government.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is a neutral, independent organisation ensuring humanitarian protection and assistance for people affected by armed conflict and other violence. The regional delegation for the UK and Ireland builds support for the ICRC’s global operations and furthers understanding of international humanitarian law (IHL).

We are looking for a multi-skilled, energetic and creative communications manager to join our busy London office. The ideal post holder will be able to produce compelling copy, handle media enquiries and shape our social media content. They will work closely with colleagues in the small London communications team and within the wider global network to effectively profile the work of the ICRC to audiences in the UK & Ireland and beyond. The communications team works very closely with our colleagues in operations, humanitarian diplomacy, legal and fundraising, as well as our Red Cross Red Crescent Movement partners the British Red Cross and the Irish Red Cross. 

About the role - Job description and key responsibilities

Produce engaging multimedia content that showcases the work of the regional delegation, its operational priorities and highlights the ICRC’s global activities.

• Able to master complex topics quickly and translate them into powerful messages using simple language.
• Develop the ICRC UK and Ireland voice on social media in line with the delegation’s influencing objectives and position the ICRC on key humanitarian issues in the UK.
• Support our daily engagement with UK media outlets. This includes managing challenging media requests efficiently, drafting key messaging and replies, triaging interviews and liaising with colleagues around the world to ensure our response is appropriate and effective.
• Produce, support and manage communications plans to profile senior leadership during visits to the UK and Ireland and for key events, regularly injecting our thinking into public discourse on humanitarian issues.
• Provide regular communications support for UK and Ireland-focused activities, managing strategy, refreshing messaging and supporting fundraising efforts when required.
• Work closely with our communication colleagues from the British Red Cross and Irish Red Cross to liaise on timely and accurate Red Cross Red Crescent Movement content and messaging.
• Manage relationships with digital colleagues at HQ and other ICRC sites, including collaboration on social media content, strategy and scheduling.

We currently operate on a hybrid office/homework basis, and there is an option to work from home for part of the week.

Research Communications Officer (Part-time) 

Location: Hybrid working part London Office (Islington, London) part home work. The post holder will work a minimum of 1 day per week in the office.

Salary: Pro-rata £31,175 per annum  
Hours: 28 hours per week (would consider 21 hours per week)

The Philanthropy and Partnerships team at Impetus is a friendly, driven team that is passionate about building fantastic relationships with a variety of funders that lead to meaningful outcomes for the young people we serve. The Head of Engagement role sits within the wider Philanthropy and Partnerships team, working alongside colleagues driving forward philanthropic income generation and donor retention. About this role

We’re looking to recruit an experienced individual who will lead on the donor engagement for all Impetus donors. This person will bridge the gap between our funders and the work we do with organisations in our portfolio and other partners to transform the lives of young people.

They will be primarily responsible for leading and delivering engagement through volunteering activities, and through this securing ongoing support for Impetus’s work. The role is strategic, working in close collaboration with our Investment team to first identify suitable volunteering opportunities via our portfolio partners and then working in close collaboration to deliver opportunities which closely align with the aims of our funders. Our volunteering activities span online CV workshops through to in-person Insight Days, work experience and beyond. The volunteering programme is a vital component of our stewardship offer to our donors, who seek opportunities to meet and support the young people that Impetus serves through the organisation in its portfolio.

The postholder will also support the Head of Engagement (Pro Bono) to enable Impetus to source pro bono support from corporate partners. The role line manages a Philanthropy Officer who facilitates the day-to-day running of volunteering events with partners.

Key responsibilities

Volunteering

• Manage and deliver c.50 online and in person meaningful volunteering activities a year via Impetus portfolio partners.
• Through this delivery of c.50 activities, support the management of Impetus’s funding partnerships, including Corporates, Individuals and Grant Making Trusts, to ensure donors are engaged with Impetus’s work and continue to support.
• Lead meetings (online and in person) with funders to identify their volunteering needs and drive forward engagement opportunities.
• Liaise closely with the Impetus Investment team and organisations in our portfolio to build relationships and craft the planning and delivery of a high-quality programme of volunteering sessions.
• Deliver new strategic opportunities to advance our volunteering programme, including the set-up and initial delivery of a new mentoring programme.
• Identify other new donor engagement opportunities through relationships with our portfolio, expanding the range of opportunities available to donors in response to need and availability.
• Craft relevant communications and collateral for the volunteering programme, alongside Development Directors and the Communications team.
• Ensure all communications with external stakeholders are prompt, clear and compelling.
• Work closely with account managers to ensure effective stewardship over the course of donors’ annual giving cycles, strategically advising on when to hold and host volunteering opportunities.
• Lead on the data analysis of the volunteering programme, regularly feeding back to the Development Director and Investment team in written, verbal and presentation form.
• Ensure the systems and processes around volunteering are maintained and up to date, as well as ensuring the effective use of Salesforce to hold key data.
• Line manage the Philanthropy Officer and oversee their work plan and development.
• Be prepared to travel across London to deliver volunteering events at corporate partner premises.
• Come into the London office two times per week.
• Attend Philanthropy team events outside of work hours including our evening Summer Party; our Saturday Triathlon; and our evening Transforming Lives Dinner. These are in London and outside of London.

Pro Bono

• Support the Head of Engagement (pro bono) in delivering new pro bono partners, including supporting the research of new partners and attending meetings (where necessary) to build new Pro Bono relationships.
• Working alongside the Head of Engagement (pro bono) and the Investment team, to source external support for pro bono projects. You may also support in monitoring the delivery of these projects and reviewing the quality of execution.
• Support in the stewardship of existing pro bono partners including leading appropriate meetings or Lunch and Learn sessions.
• Record all pro bono contacts and projects within Salesforce database.

Other

• Demonstrate professionalism and best practice in all duties.

• Experience of running a volunteering or membership programme and familiarity with the fundraising landscape, including a good understanding of the corporate donor marketplace.

We are seeking a part-time Head of Finance to join our Operational Leadership Team (OLT) for three days a week.

You will have a compassionate heart and be deeply motivated by your evangelical Christian faith, with a passion to serve your persecuted family in Christ.

You will take responsibility for our volunteering brokerage and development work (along with our one-off and easy-access volunteering activities) and the staff who deliver it, and for enabling our target audiences to understand and value our work, supported by our Communications Officer. You will take responsibility for the quality of our HR, Data Protection, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding practice, managing our Finance and Operations Coordinator to administer those areas day to day. You'll work from our offices the majority of the time, and we have a flexible working policy that facilitates working from home and other options, too.

Working alongside our Chief Executive will provide you with opportunities to build expertise beyond your core responsibilities, as your time and interests allow - in monitoring, evaluation & learning, policy and practice, fundraising, financial planning and strategic management.

This role is ideal for someone with a track-record in service management who is keen to develop their capabilities as a leader. A successful candidate will need to show that they can:

The Head of Digital role:

The Head of Digital is responsible for the development and oversight of Coeliac UK’s digital channels and underpinning systems. PURPOSE OF THE POST

The Assistant Director for POPS core business is pivotal to ensuring the efficient, effective and legally compliant management of POPS’ head office functions and organisational infrastructure. GENERAL

• Work productively alongside POPS Assistant Director for Operations and Business Development to ensure the success and future growth of the organisation
