We are looking for someone to join the Governance and Compliance team in the role of Head of Risk, Governance and Reporting. This key role will oversee processes which manage organisational risk, support the Board and Chief Executive in their governance responsibilities, and ensure all regulatory reporting is completed to a good quality and to timescale. In this role you will:
- Develop and oversee processes which manage organisational risk: the strategic risk register, the internal audit service and first line legal advice services.
- Support the Board and the Chief Executive in fulfilling their governance responsibilities for the charity ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory authorities and standards.
- Ensure regulatory returns and assessments are made on time and to a good quality, and support with regulatory inspections.
- Provide line management, support, and development to the Governance Officer.
- Work closely with the Director of Governance and Compliance and deputise as required.
You will be required to work flexibly for two days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.

We are looking for someone who can drive a culture of good governance and compliance within a complex organisation. You will be supported in this role to develop your skills and expertise whilst knowing that every day you are making a positive difference to some of the most vulnerable people in society. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Production Manager with mail specs, collating information, creating purchase orders, and related tasks.
- Support the Media Manager in arranging regional coverage for overseas staff in the UK.
- Provide support to the Head of Communications and other team members.

Scheduling and Planning:
- Update and maintain the print and digital communications schedule with audience managers.
Content Creation:
- Contribute to digital communications, including website content and social media.
- Assist in creating monthly print and digital communication documents.
- Support design tasks like picture editing and layout.
- Create subtitles for digital content.
- Participate in creative idea sessions.
Updates and Research:
- Monitor staff blogs for potential stories and produce a weekly social media roundup.
- Monitor external websites for relevant stories and brief teams.
- Provide research support as needed.
Media Library Management:
- Upload and remove media assets, ensuring accurate metadata and compliance.
- Support staff with acquiring and transferring assets from overseas programs.
- Improve the media library.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Location: Hybrid role with two days at MAF UK, Folkestone, and one day at our Operations Centre, MAF International, Ashford. The remaining two days from home or you may work at the office.
Working Hours: Full-time role (36 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours occasionally outside normal business hours). Hours should be agreed with the line manager.
Annual Leave: 22 days per year plus 8 paid public holidays.
Pension Scheme: Non-contributory (10% of salary).
Probation: 3 months (with a one-month review).

About The Access Project
The Access Project is an education charity; we believe that every young person can make the most of education, unlocking their potential and creating a fairer society.
We support over 1,800 young people aged 14 to 18 across 40 schools. Our mission is to support students from under-resourced backgrounds to access top universities, through a unique combination of tuition and in-school mentoring. We work with them to make good applications, get the grades and transition to university.

What you’ll be responsible for
Leadership and management
- Working closely with the Fundraising and Communications Director to develop a corporate partnerships plan that focuses on the acquisition of corporate partnerships and excellent account management of existing partnerships, resulting in renewals and uplift in value.
- Leading, supporting and inspiring a team of two (Corporate Partnerships Manager and Fundraising Co-ordinator) to deliver the corporate partnerships strategy and individual giving strategy.
- Developing objectives and targets for the corporate partnerships team and ensuring accurate and timely reporting against these.
- Ensuring effective team use of Salesforce for relationship management, data management and providing information for financial reporting and audit purposes.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and adherence to latest legislation, especially Fundraising legislation relating to corporate fundraising and best practice guidelines issued by the Fundraising Regulator, and GDPR.
New business development
- Periodically refreshing our corporate offer with creative ideas, proposals and content to inspire decision makers.
- Winning new business for The Access Project at the 5 and 6 figure level with support from the Director of Fundraising and Communications and the CEO/Executive team and Board.
- Managing the preparation and submission of major corporate partnership bids and coordinating internal teams to contribute effectively.
- Leading research and development to identify new fundraising opportunities.
- Ensuring high quality and inspiring communications and materials are produced in accordance with brand guidelines.
Account management and stewardship
- Delivering successful partnerships in your portfolio through excellent account management to maximise fundraising and volunteering potential and retain partners.
- Ensuring corporate partnerships are celebrated through working with Communications colleagues.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Fundraising Team, Volunteer Team, Programmes Team and other functions to deliver a fantastic partner experience and ensure an integrated and joined up approach.

What we are looking for in you
- Senior Leadership Experience: Proven track record of senior leadership in the charity sector, ideally at an infrastructure or membership organisation, including line management experience and responsibility for managing programme delivery and budgets.
- Training & Capacity Building Programme Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in designing, delivering and measuring the impact of training and other capacity-building programmes for charities and under-represented communities.
- Business Development: Demonstrated expertise in designing and pitching for paid for training and other services.
- Grant Writing Experience: Strong grant writing skills with a successful history of securing funding from diverse sources including government grants, trusts and foundations, and corporates.
- Charity Sector Knowledge: A strong understanding of the communications challenges charities are facing and what interventions are working/not working.

- Outstanding Communication Skills: Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, with the ability to adapt tone and approach for different stakeholders.

In this strategic role, you'll provide leadership across Prostate Cancer UK, focusing on people and volunteer experience with a people-centred approach. You'll help develop and deliver inclusive, dynamic people development and culture strategies to drive employee engagement, upskill our people, and manage internal and volunteer communications, ensuring our continued growth.
You'll lead teams specialising in learning, engagement, and volunteer experience. You'll develop and ensure the successful implementation of a learning and development strategy that aligns with the strategic and operational capability needs of the charity. You'll design and deliver a series of interventions that develop our senior leaders, colleagues, and volunteers, enhancing our capability to deliver our strategy. You'll continuously review and evaluate People Experience and Culture activities to ensure they remain relevant to changing organisational needs and are aligned with other support functions and operational strategies.
Directing the development and implementation of a strategic internal communications plan, you’ll ensure all colleagues and volunteers are connected to our work, reinforcing our values and culture. What we want from you

You're both a strategic and operational thinker and leader, able to articulate clear aims and rationale to shape longer-term plans and see them through to operational delivery.
With experience in leading strategic internal communications, you're attuned to the changing world around us and understand how this could enhance or derail our People strategies. Passionate about organisational development, you’ll have a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and can demonstrate your contribution to developing culture and improving people experience as well as volunteer experience interventions.
Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills allow you to operate and manage comfortably in a multicultural and multistakeholder organisation. As a natural relationship builder, you’ll work collaboratively, balancing operational and strategic responsibilities. You're also at ease presenting to the Leadership Team or the Board. You're someone who easily connects with people from a range of backgrounds, putting our people at the heart of everything you and your team do.

Asylum Matters is looking for a dynamic leader committed to fighting for the rights of people seeking
asylum. Our team of eight staff is geographically dispersed across the UK. We are a charity that

About the Role
As the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure major donations from individuals in the first instance. You will also manage the Senior Trusts & Foundations Manager. You will work closely with the Head of Individual Giving to ensure income targets are met or exceeded, contributing to the sustainability and growth of Mothers’ Union.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Job Purpose
As the Head of Fundraising, your primary responsibility is to lead the strategic direction and execution of Village Water’s fundraising efforts, with a focus on diversifying income streams and maximising revenue generation. The role
Our key priorities at FareShare UK are to grow the food volumes accessible to the charities and community groups we support across the UK. Food partners (manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, importers, packers, catering providers, producers and others) are pivotal in helping us to meet these priorities, providing access to food and many other strategic resources. This crucial role will focus on working with our top food partners to maximise the mutual value in the relationship through strategic and structured account management. You will be the direct account lead for some of the biggest food accounts in the UK and you will lead part of the Food Partnership Team for managing and engaging new business relationships to drive and grow food and funding from top food partners.
As part of this role, you will lead the transition to a tiered and structured strategic account management approach of all top partners. Coordinating colleagues in the food team and other FareShare teams: FareShare Go, Marketing, Fundraising, Network Operations and Volunteering teams to ensure that top partners get an excellent service. You will work with the top food partners and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate identification of activities, and monitoring of progress, benefits and evaluation.
You will help identify and overcome the barriers to food redistribution and increase the volumes of foods available to FareShare from food partners and their wider supply chains.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria:

Significant experience of leading organisational change on safeguarding and protection initiatives in an international humanitarian context.

Experience and knowledge of international safeguarding and protection standards and good practices, as well as legal and regulatory obligations applicable to charities registered in the UK and (desirable) France.

Experience of implementing safeguarding measures for children and adults at risk of harm.

Significant experience of incident management and investigations.

Demonstrable experience of acting with integrity and moral courage in challenging circumstances.

Understanding of, and commitment to, challenging intersectional power differentials that can contribute to an organisational culture with high safeguarding risks.

Understanding of, and commitment to, survivor-centred, trauma-informed and rights-based approaches to safeguarding and protection.

Experience of developing and delivering training on safeguarding and protection at all levels.

Understanding and experience of safeguarding and protection issues related to volunteers including mental health and resilience.

We also raise awareness of the impact of loss, advocate for those affected and challenge the taboos that can make miscarriage a lonely as well as distressing experience.

We are now looking for a Head of Operations and Service Delivery to help us develop and deliver our core support, information and training services in line with our new three-year strategy. Working alongside the CEO, you will contribute to the charity’s strategic vision and plans and help to translate these into operational activity and KPIs.
Managing a staff team of four, you will be responsible for ensuring the expansion and smooth running of our helpline, live chat and other direct contact services, putting in place effective systems to measure the quality and impact of these.
You’ll oversee the volunteers’ strategy and programme and manage and develop our training offer for health professionals and employers, working with the staff team and freelance support to deliver these.
Working alongside the support and communications team, you will also oversee the production and distribution of our highly regarded patient information leaflets, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
You will also support the CEO in day-to-day operations of the charity: liaising with our IT, telecoms and other suppliers; reviewing and updating, where necessary, HR policies and procedures; looking after day-to-day financial processes; and general risk management.
