We are seeking another Lived Experience Support Worker to join our team. You will have lived experience of mental health challenges, as well as experience supporting vulnerable people within a clinical environment and/or managing a vulnerable client cohort caseload.

The role will involve:

• Working alongside a Multi-Disciplinary Team, managing and providing recovery-orientated support to a diverse caseload of clients with mental health diagnoses
• Offering clients tailored, holistic support with empathy and understanding to empower them to develop resilience, a strengthened ability to cope with ongoing challenges, and a more active role in the management of their wellbeing
• Engaging clients in peer support sessions and offering appropriate and holistic advice, information, and signposting and helping them to navigate the support that may be available to them in their local communities.

What we are looking for:

· Achievement of a recognised, fully qualified professional Accountancy qualification (for example, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) 

· A dynamic and experienced individual, with proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within the charity sector

· Proficient in preparing, analysing and presenting financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain financial processes to non-financial staff.

· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

JOB PURPOSE  

We are seeking a Salesforce expert who is looking for an exciting opportunity to play an instrumental part in the implementation and ongoing development of Magic Breakfast’s technology and data transformation. In this multi-faceted position, you’ll lead on shaping scalable solutions that will enhance operational efficiency and enable accurate data-driven decision making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

System analysis and development

• Lead on the development and optimisation of the organisation’s Salesforce environment to meet evolving business needs and enhance operational efficiency

Summary of position​​

Art Explora is looking for an experienced Community Programme Manager with a passion for arts engagement and cultural outreach to manage and build our innovative Community Programme for Art Explora in the UK. ​​

The Community Programme Manager will lead on and develop Art Explora’s key community programme streams – Arts at Home, Theatre at Home, Music at Home, Mini Art Explorers and Art Explorers at..., and manage Art Explora UK’s growing volunteer community. The Community Programme Manager will explore ways to expand the content for this programme though new partnerships with museums, galleries and other cultural institutions, as well as expand the programme into more care homes and other care settings, such as hospitals, across the UK.  ​

The Community Programme Manager will manage Art Explora’s growing pool of 140+ volunteers. They will ensure that Art Explora has a comprehensive and supportive volunteer offer. About the role​

The Community Programme Manager will bring their own experience and knowledge of outstanding community programming to build on and expand the current programme. The Community Programme Manager will manage partnerships with key stakeholders and develop new relationships with a variety of partners, from cultural institutions to new care settings. ​​​

The Community Programme Manager is a pivotal position within the small, dedicated and growing Art Explora team in the UK. The Community Programme Manager will be supported by a Community Programme Assistant and the volunteer community. We are looking for a candidate with management experience.  ​​

Our team in Greenwich work together to offer a range of support to promote wellbeing and help people to manage their mental health. Client needs shape our services and they are at the centre of all we do.

We are recruiting a Peer Support Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of Peer Support sessions and work with Peer Support Volunteers to develop new opportunities. Groups will be held at our Greenwich centre and at venues across the borough of Greenwich. We particularly want to increase engagement of under-served communities in Greenwich.

You will have experience of group development, collaborative working across service teams and an excellent understanding of service user engagement. You will be highly organised and ensure all client data is accurately entered into our Views database. All records of groups and activities will also be entered promptly onto the database. Additionally, you will complete all client Peer Support registrations to ensure client needs are assessed and positive outcomes are achieved through engagement with the Peer Support Services.

The Band exists to give exceptionally gifted young brass and percussion instrumentalists the opportunity to perform advanced music and receive the highest quality teaching, care and help to provide the brass band movement and the music profession with the next generation of brass players. Our mission is to be the catalyst that positively transforms patient outcomes in Degenerative Cervical Myelopathy (DCM) through patient support, patient and professional education, global awareness, and worldwide research. As our Helpline Service Manager, you will lead play a crucial role in leading this mission forward. 

We are looking for a Helpline Service Manager to play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the project plan that will enable us to set up and establish the helpline, and to have the foundations in place to enable the day to day running of this helpline.

What you will do:

1. Manage the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a new pilot helpline in line with strategic and operational objectives.

2. Work to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers.

4. Work within a quality assurance framework.

5. Play an active part in taking forward the helpline project strategy, vision, and values                                          What you will bring: 

• Significant experience in leading and developing large-scale, high-quality services, including ideally experience in helpline service management.
• Proven success in coordinating projects, managing every stage from initial development to final evaluation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for engaging and connecting with varied audiences.
• Advanced IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, combined with excellent organizational, people management, and customer service skills, ensuring effective task prioritization and timely completion.

You may also have:

• Knowledge of the mental health / illness sector.
• Sound understanding of relevant fundraising regulations and GDPR.
• Previous experience of working with Salesforce or other fundraising databases.

Bromley Mental Health Hub is part of the transformation of mental health services in the London Borough of Bromley under the NHS Long Term Plan. The service will bring together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.

We are looking to hire a Senior Mental Health Advisor with experience of working within mental health services, including the prevention, recovery and self-management of mental health problems. Applicants should have strong line management and communication skills alongside experience of completing assessments, managing a diverse caseload and working in a fast-paced environment. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.

The role will involve:

• Line management of key project staff (including supporting individuals with casework)
