Sufra is an innovative charity in Northwest London that prevents hunger, fights poverty and builds community.
With the help of our volunteers and partners, we coordinate a network of food banks and community kitchens, as well as a social supermarket and café. These act as a gateway for guests to access more holistic support – including welfare advice, asylum support, volunteering opportunities and our award-winning community garden.

The Horniman Museum and Gardens is a unique attraction in south east London where world cultures and the natural world are brought together for everyone to enjoy. The role reports to and works closely with the Director of Audiences and Income and leads a busy, dedicated and talented team. The Role
As an Estates Manager, you will deliver an effective estate management function across the expansive and diverse Royal Parks Estate.
Your responsibilities will span the management of property-related matters, including non-residential assets and the negotiation of property contracts, ensuring that we maximise value from our property portfolio.
A central part of your role will be the negotiation and management of leases, occupation licences, rent and licence fee reviews, as well as ensuring compliance and monitoring of existing agreements.
You will also manage utility access across the estate, ensuring that we receive the best value while co-ordinating with Park Managers to minimise disruption during major events or ceremonies.

Right now, our Old Moat Garden Centre in Epsom is looking for a Horticultural Trainer to join the team. An integral part of the local community, we provide retail and horticultural services to the public and training and work-based opportunities to adults with mental ill health. But it’s only possible with the help of people like you.
Day-to-day, you’ll assist with the supervision and training of the people we support and contribute to the development of the service. We’ll also rely on you to open the centre and serve customers to enable the sale of plants and associated products during selected bank holidays and weekends. Providing horticultural advice and maintaining all plant stock in good condition will be important too, as will helping to assess risk and getting involved in team evaluations and reviews. And, when it comes to promoting an environment of service user involvement and recovery, again, you’ll be there, ready and willing to play your part.
As well as a proven ability to motivate and train others, including running group activities, you’ll need good time management skills and a creative yet practical approach to problem-solving. We’ll also be looking for lots of initiative and an enthusiastic, flexible and innovative approach to work. A commitment to working with people with mental health problems is, of course, a given, while a flair for maintaining appropriate records and implementing new procedures is also essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and skilled digital specialist to join Refuge as Head of Digital Mobilisation and Engagement.
Leading a talented team of six, the Head of Digital Mobilisation and Engagement is responsible for Refuge’s digital engagement and mobilisation work, collaborating with colleagues across Fundraising, Communications and Policy, to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of Refuge’s work.
They will implement our Digital Engagement and Mobilisation Strategy, delivering sustainable growth and value to Refuge, with an emphasis on digital mobilisation to shift social norms, change policy and rasie income. An expert in mobilisation strategy, social, email, website, content, paid media, and digital tactics, they will also provide analysis and insight to improve programme performance, whilst ensuring we are testing, learning, and optimising all the time.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience of developing and delivering digital strategies to mobilise the public with innovative campaigns, recruit new supporters, grow income, and deepen engagement, in addition, they will possess deep knowledge of the theory and principles of digital engagement, campaigning and fundraising.
This role would suit an ambitious digital expert seeking to utilise their technical and leadership skills to make a real impact on Refuge’s work.

Future Roots Supported accommodation is located in Welwyn Garden City. We are looking fo a Supported Accommodation Worker who will support the 5 Housemates to learn the skills they require to live independently, whilst ensuring the accommodation is a safe and homely environment to live in. What will you be doing?

Manage a varied caseload with differing timescales and deadlines.

As the Head of Museum Service, you will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality, accessible museum services that meet the needs of the vibrant and diverse Ealing and Hounslow boroughs.
About the role.
With this breadth of our community in mind, the Head of Museum Service is responsible for developing and implementing the Gunnersbury Museum Service’s Forward Plan, which focuses on community participation, exhibitions, and audience engagement.
The aim is to achieve measurable outcomes that advance education and encourage underrepresented groups to participate in museum services and events, which are also key to sustaining the organisation’s prestigious NPO status.
The Head of Museum Service oversees the integration of digital technologies to enhance the management, care, and public access to Gunnersbury’s collections and heritage assets. Working closely with the Senior Curator, you will ensure the highest standards in conservation, management, and interpretation of the museum collection and update relevant policies and emergency plans.
Managing and supporting the Formal Learning Manager to deliver educational programmes, and the Community Programmes Officer to foster partnerships that strengthen community engagement, you will collaborate with the fundraising team to secure grant funding and sponsorship opportunities. Ensuring compliance with national standards, such as ACE Accreditation, is also a key responsibility.
Internally, the Head of Museum Service will build strong relationships with senior colleagues to support the overall management of the Museum and Park, ensuring Gunnersbury is well maintained and operates efficiently.
You will lead the curatorial team in procuring and managing external consultants and contractors to uphold high collection management standards and establish a robust system for impact assessment and key performance indicators (KPIs), culminating in an annual Impact Report for the museum service.
Externally, this role is central to developing strategic partnerships at regional and national levels to expand the museum’s reach and impact. As Head of Museum Service, you will closely collaborate with the Head of Estates and Major Projects to ensure a safe and high-quality visitor experience throughout the various exhibits and collections. Working with marketing and communications teams, you will work to engage priority audiences and build strong relationships with stakeholders through consultations and events.
In terms of general management, the Head of Museum Service is accountable for effectively managing budgets and pursuing income generation through grants and participatory programmes. School Food Matters (SFM) exists to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Our experience delivering these programmes informs and strengthens our campaigns, bringing the voices of children, parents and teachers to government policy.
About Young Marketeers
Young Marketeers is our flagship food education programme which gives primary school children an opportunity to learn about food production, grow their own veg, and set up a stall at their local community market. The programme began in 2013 at London’s Borough Market. Now, thanks to the support of The National Lottery’s Community Fund, we are taking the programme to cities across England.
Job Purpose
· To manage our Young Marketeers programme across England
Key Tasks include:
Staff management and training
- Provide support and training to a team of freelance Project Officers/Gardeners across the country
- Organise induction of new staff, including development of resources and training packages
Partner relationships
- Conduct desk research on schools and partners in new cities for recruitment
· Maintain good relationships with freelance team, schools and local partners, and visit regions
- Maintain an excellent relationship with funders, and support with written and verbal reports
Budgeting, monitoring and evaluation
· Manage the budget for the programme in collaboration with SFM’s Finance & HR Manager

About the role
The Senior Volunteer officer will work to involve the local community in enhancing and taking care of the park and will support all areas of the Trust’s work, including visitor experience, gardening and supporting the delivery of the Trust’s growing public programme of seasonal, community-focused activities and events. The role is offered on a two year fixed term contract with Crystal Palace Park Trust. Any extension after 31 December 2026 is subject to funding.

We are looking for a person with experience in organising community fundraising campaigns, regular giving schemes and writing applications to small and medium trusts and foundations. We want someone who has enthusiasm for our work which they can translate into the written and spoken word and help to generate support for our activities in different fundraising environments. The new Fundraising Officer will be engaged with our mission and eloquent in their expression of our impact. They will work closely with our Impact, Monitoring and Pathways Lead to better present our outcome messaging to funders and will also work closely with our Communications and Events Officer to plan and deliver community-based fundraising activities for our supporters to engage in. They’ll be creative and great at telling our story and matching our work with the priorities of different stakeholders.
