Using your wealth of experience, excellent financial analysis and management expertise, you be responsible for the timely delivery of management and financial accounts together with the identification and mitigation of risk. You will be both hands-on and will oversee the finance department.
You will be a key member of the senior team working to bring MRJ and LJ together, responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless financial transition. Working closely with colleagues and lay leaders, you will develop and implement key strategies within your area for the newly formed organisation.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-lasting working relationships with colleagues, trustees and stakeholders. You must be confident to participate and present at Board meetings.

About this job
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual with experience in project management who also loves working directly with the people we support. The ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences and deliver the project objectives will be essential for this role.
This is a ‘time-limited’ ‘test and learn’ externally funded project. The ‘Community Connections project’ – will help people living with and affected by MS to navigate support services ensuring that they have access to the support they require, at the time of their choice, and is delivered in a way that best suits their individual needs.
This is a fixed-term project until March 2026.This is a full time role comprising of 35 hours per week.

About You
You will have a strong background in health and safety management, exceptional personable leadership skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring a safe work environment and developing industry best standards and reporting.

Role Overview
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and versatile Data and Impact Officer to join our supportive and talented team. Our mission is to work with refugees and migrant community organisations (RMCOs) in Islington to ensure greater economic, social, political and educational participation in mainstream society. We promote dialogue, partnership working, advocacy and the provision of employment, self-employment, health, training advice and guidance. The IRMF coordinates a pan-Islington network refugees and migrants’ organisations to develop capacity building support enable them serve their respective communities. The post holder should be an experienced and enthusiastic who will: -
· Deliver effective capacity building support to local RMCOs at all stages of development,
· Work in collaboration with second tier organisations to deliver organisational support to RMCOs including improving their governance and funding skills,
· Contribute to cross-organisation initiatives including bid/funding proposals, quality accreditations and projects
· Able to build and sustain positive relationships with key stakeholders with good understanding of governance and policy issues relating the third sector
· Take personal responsibility for contributing to high quality standards in customer relations, service delivery, project management and communications

You will enjoy taking your own initiative but also working as a part of the team. You might travel around our various locations. You will be resilient, always bringing a smile and a can-do attitude to your work.
