Reporting to the Head of Supporter Engagement, the Supporter Journeys Manager is responsible for both managing our Dynamics 365 marketing platform (both processes and data) and working across all FundComm teams to create and support delivery of a cohesive automated Supporter Journeys Strategy.
Having recently moved to a new CRM Dynamics 365, which also includes a new email and SMS marketing platform, we now have access to improved functionality for automated Journeys. The Supporter Journey Manager is a new role to support our ambitious FundComm goals around growth, income and engagement, fully utilising the potential of the new platform, as well as overseeing the testing program on all our website and online conversion forms.
Though primarily a digital focused role, the overall objective of the role is to ensure all journeys are designed to best meet FundComm overall goals while providing an optimal supporter experience. This will be done through creation of a Journey Strategy and plan for audience-led journeys across all channels, asks and platforms. As well as being responsible for design and delivery of some of the key journeys, it also involves an advisory and governance role for all FundComm automated journeys and online forms, ensuring they’re designed to maximise engagements, income and conversions along each stage in Brooke’s Engagement funnel
Criteria
The role requires working collaboratively across FundComm using Brooke’s project management principles, with line management of the Supporter Engagement & Experience Officer and Senior Journeys Officer who manages the online landing page and forms testing program. The role ensures all existing and future journeys are mapped and documented, and creating a cross-team process to test, share learning and optimise them on an ongoing basis.
We’re looking for someone who is organised and will enjoy coordinating workshops and ideas generation to recommend plans for which new journeys should be built, inspiring teams with training on best practice in journey design and copywriting. The role would suit someone target driven, with strong experience of coordinating cross team projects, while motivated to deliver high quality service.
As a key part of the role is creating, communicating and maintaining new processes, as well as governance of all source code structures and data marketing lists and journey entry rules, you’ll need to be very confident working with large data sets. Experience of designing and building automated email journeys in a similar platform and online donation page testing is essential.

Our partner is a young, but leading and growing international organisation. They are seeking an experienced senior accountant to lead on financial management, analysis and reporting within the organisation and to act as the interface between the finance and programmes/fundraising team.
Responsibilities
- Lead in the preparation of the annual organisational budget and commentary, and in the bi-annual forecasting process.

The Role
The Grants and Funding Manager will utilise Grant Finder and other resources to identify funding opportunities for BIAZA and its members and provide strategic advice on diversifying income streams.
Key Responsibilities
· Grant Research and Identification:
o Utilize Grant Finder and other resources to identify relevant funding opportunities.
o Maintain an up-to-date database of potential grants and funding sources.
o Monitor deadlines and requirements for grant applications.
· Grant Application and Management:
o Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications.

This role will be mainly home based, however, travel to London for meetings may be required. There may also be a requirement to visit members and attend seminars, conferences and networking events around the UK and Ireland. These may occur in the evenings or at weekends.
This is a part-time, one-year fixed term role contracted at 0.2FTE, with the possibility of extension. Flexible working arrangements are available. The hours do not need to be confined to a single day each week and can be distributed in a pattern that suits both the candidate and the organisation. The full time equivalent (FTE) salary for this role is up to £40,000 depending on experience, which equates to £8,000 for this part-time role. The FTE leave entitlement is 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, for this role the leave entitlement will be 5 days, plus a pro-rata share of bank holidays.

This is an 18-month contract, offered on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 22.5 hours per week), with a salary of £50,000 per annum. The role can be fully remote (UK-based) or hybrid, with access to an office in Bath.
As the Corporate Partnerships Development Lead, you will be responsible for creating an active pipeline of qualified prospects, working closely with colleagues to develop compelling partnership propositions and new business plans. The Epilepsy Research Institute serves as the central hub for the epilepsy research community. Impact Comms is a close-knit, dynamic, virtual team who have the opportunity to get together face to face at least once a quarter. You’ll work closely alongside one other Impact Communications Officer and the two Managers in Impact Communications. akt is the UK’s national LGBTQ Youth Homelessness charity. We provide safe homes, mentoring, and support to ensure that no young person needs to choose between a safe home and being who they are. 24% of young people facing homelessness in the UK identify as LGBT (National Scoping of LGBT Youth Homelessness, akt, 2015) and 78% of LGBTQ+ young people cited an absence of family support (The LGBTQ+ Youth Homelessness Report, akt, 2021). The charity was founded in 1989 and operates service centres in London, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol and works online through a Digital Service to offer support to young people outside of our four office regions. akt works with over 800 vulnerable young people a year providing both face to face and online assistance.
The Team
This role sits within London or Manchester as part of the Fundraising team and reports directly to the Director of Fundraising and Marketing. We have an overall income target of £2.2M across fundraising this financial year (2024/25) and £2.5M next financial year (2025/206).
Job Summary
We have one role that can be based from either our Manchester or London office. This is a temporary role on a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to be made permanent.
This is a brand-new role in the Fundraising team with a unique opportunity to develop the charities’ first legacy/in-memory fundraising programme. Akt has received several organic legacy donations over the past few years. As a 35-year-old charity, we are in a prime position to pro-actively promote legacy fundraising with our supporters, who are particularly well suited for legacy giving. Following an independent review of our fundraising approach, we believe this new role will be key to the long-term growth of the charity.
Akt also benefits from a small handful of high-value donors. The post holder would be responsible for nurturing these key relationships, making sure that stewardship and cultivation plans have been developed and actioned for each donor giving £1K+.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive legacy giving strategy to increase long-term funding.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with potential legacy donors, ensuring consistent communication and engagement, and recording known gifts on the CRM.
- Develop and implement akt’s first pro-active legacy fundraising campaign, to promote legacy giving options.
- Develop and promote in memory giving opportunities to support the charity’s mission.
- Support families and friends of donors by offering personalized communication and recognition.
- Develop personalized engagement plans for existing major donors, including tailored proposals and impact reporting.
- Organize events and activities to engage major donors and build lasting relationships.
- Keep up to date with trends impacting the legacy giving/in-mem/major donor sector to build understanding and spot new opportunities to generate income.
- akt may from time to time require you to undertake additional or other duties as necessary as commensurate with the role.
