Role Overview -
The Multibank Manager will focus on driving the growth and impact of the West Midlands Multibank by building strong relationships with referral and donation partners, overseeing daily operations including inventory management and distribution, and ensuring the project's financial sustainability through effective communications and fundraising. It also involves evaluating the Multibank’s impact to identify unmet needs and emerging trends, while providing direct line management to the Logistics Co-Ordinator and coordinating all staff and volunteer teams to deliver efficient and equitable support to communities in need.
Key Reponsibilities
· Develop and grow the impact and scale of the West Midlands Multibank including building relationships with potential referral and donation partners.
- Engage with organisations to establish and maintain an appropriate network of referral partners to support those in need to access the support of the Multibank
- Build and manage relationships with local businesses and corporations in order to secure additional donations for distribution and to secure Corporate support, with support of BVSC leadership
- Work collaboratively with partners to ensure the Multibank is meeting the needs of communities effectively and supporting those in poverty to access resource and wider help as needed
· Manage the day to day running of the West Midlands Multibank, including the referral and distribution processes and inventory management
- Manage the work of the Logistics Co-Ordinator with additional Multibank staff to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Multibank
- Manage Health and Safety processes within the Multibank
- Collaborate with referral and distribution partners and the Logistics Co-Ordinator to ensure available inventory is appropriate for local communities and meeting identified need
- Manage the financial sustainability of the project including communications and fundraising.
- Raising awareness and promoting positive impact of the Multibank to attract investment
- Contribute to financial planning alongside BVSC Leadership
- Manage and support any fundraising or promotional events for the Multibank

CleanupUK provides equipment and promotional support to help Cleanup Hubs get started with litter picking and engaging local people.
Cleanup Champions work closely with Cleanup Hubs and other partner organisations to encourage more people to get involved in litter picking locally.
We are keen to find cheerful people, with a sense of fun, who care about the environment and enjoy chatting to people of all backgrounds.
Main Purpose of the Role:

To increase the number of people borrowing litter picking equipment from the Cleanup Hubs in your local area.

To represent CleanupUK at a local level by attending litter picking events and supporting the development of the Cleanup Hub network.

Main purpose of the role:

Main responsibility of the role:
- Provide administrative and logistical support across all programme steering groups

This position is home-based with regular travel within London for workshop, training and meetings (travel costs will be reimbursed). Talitha Arts is creative arts charity that delivers creative arts workshops that benefit the mental health and wellbeing of those who have experienced trauma (through trafficking, living with dementia, domestic and sexual abuse, homelessness) and/or are living with mental health problems, addiction or disability. We are a small team comprising our Artistic Director (Executive), Fundraiser and Therapeutic Consultant. You will be managing 15 self-employed practitioners who work on a freelance basis.

Stargardt's Connected is a unique award-winning charity supporting those with the rare sight loss condition Stargardt's Disease. Our mission is raising awareness, giving support and seeking a cure. ● Represent the Charity at various in-person events alongside the CEO, including Stargardt’s Connected events (e.g. annual conference, summer picnic) and external events (e.g., Sight Village, fundraising events, other sight loss charity events).
● Assist the CEO in developing content for presentations, articles, and resources for the Charity.
● Co-ordinate the development and dissemination of the Stargardt’s Connected e-newsletter via Mailchimp, collaborating with the CEO to gather and create content.
● Co-ordinate the Charity’s social media channels (X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring timely posting of news and updates, building a following, and responding to comments and direct messages, escalating to the CEO as needed.

Saferworld’s income is secured primarily from statutory and institutional donors; however, securing funding to support our partners in conflict-affected countries and allow for more flexible programming increasingly requires a more diverse funding base. The Programme Development Manager will support efforts to identify and secure funds from statutory donors, trusts and foundations, and other non-traditional funding mechanisms.
The Programme Development Manager will support a portfolio of Saferworld’s teams in designing and mobilising funding for peace, security and justice programmes. The successful applicant will have a focus of approximately 4 countries, which will be decided based on the candidate’s experience and preference. Working closely with Country Managers/Directors, and programme and grant management colleagues, the post-holder will lead on: coordinating and facilitating programme development processes (including taking the lead in drafting high quality concept notes and proposals, theories of change, logical models, risk matrixes and budgets); developing and supporting the implementation of long-term country funding strategies and donor engagement strategies; and supporting new donor engagement and sustaining relationships with current donors. The post-holder will be responsible for growing institutional funding portfolios in our programmes.
The post-holder will have a successful track record in developing programmes and leading new business development efforts with institutional donors such as the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), United States Government (USG)/United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the European Union (EU), UN agencies and European Governments such as Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). Each winter, we collaborate with churches across Camden to run a rotating night shelter accommodating up to 16 guests each evening. Guests receive a warm evening meal, a camp bed for the night, and a hearty breakfast in the morning. During the day, we offer tailored advice, advocacy, and access to essential services, including our weekly Friday Club where former guests can continue receiving support.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Caseworker to lead on delivering holistic welfare support to our guests and ensure long-term stability in their lives. You will work with a small, dedicated team, providing advice and practical assistance both during and after guests’ time in the night shelter.
In this role, you will also support the night shelter for up to two evenings a week during the winter season (November–April), occasionally including weekends. This involves leading volunteers to ensure the safe and compassionate running of the shelter.
As part of C4WS, you will join a passionate network of referral partners, volunteers, and faith-based communities who have supported our mission for over 20 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct welfare support to shelter guests and service users.
- Lead on assessing risks and putting safety measures in place.

Role Summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accommodation Service Manager, based in our South Yorkshire region. You will oversee two Coordinators, with the responsibility for 5 safe-house properties in total: To ensure Service Users are supported effectively, staff are managed well, and internal processes and procedures are followed to a high standard, and that all contractual KPI's and standards are met. Where required, you will also play a role in implementing service and system improvements.
Responsibilities
Service Management
- Oversight, line management coaching and support of Coordinators including effective supervisions and annual appraisals.
- Ensure all Service Users are being supported effectively and assist Coordinators with problem-solving and managing incidents, safeguarding issues, and complex cases.
- Ensure all staff are supported and managed effectively by their Coordinators, this includes leave, performance, wellbeing, and training.
- Communicate with the Salvation Army Modern Slavery team where necessary.
- Regular visits to all accommodation sites
- Work collaboratively with People and Culture staff to support and manage staff as needed.
- Organise and run the on-call rota for the service.
- Oversee other services or a team in the absence of Coordinator (ie. Holiday or sickness).
Safeguarding
- Ensure your team works proactively and closely with the Safeguarding Lead to keep all Service Users and Staff safe from harm.
- Ensure that the safeguarding policy and reporting system are strictly adhered to.
Health & Safety / Facilities Management

- Manage Service User or external complaints with the support of Senior Service manager when necessary.

- Ensure the Service is prepared for internal or external inspection & auditing from CQC, The Salvation Army, etc.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the Head of Service in developing local partnerships and networks.
- Represent Causeway externally at events.
- Proactively engage in Networks and Forums you are assigned to.
Financial Control
- In collaboration with the Senior Service Manager ensure spending is in line with the MSVCC contract, policy, and budget.
- Communicating with the finance team appropriately with regards to month-end, financial requirements for the service, and problem-solving.
