UNICEF UK needs an ICT Security Manager who can take responsibility for overseeing and implementing ICT security standards for our organisation of 400 hybrid-working colleagues in the UK. The person
As the Whizz Kidz Partnership Development Manager you will be expected to get into the heart of the organisation, understand our ambitions and use your passion, knowledge and skills to help identify and deliver new mutually beneficial corporate partnerships. You will the experience and knowledge of how to identify and quantify the right opportunities for Whizz Kidz and know what it takes to win and manage different types of partnerships – employee engagement, strategic and brand and commercial. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable presenting and willing to develop and learn new skills. You will be keen to play a key role within the fundraising and marcomms team to help maintain a positive culture, use your strong relationship management skills internally and externally, help increase brand awareness and unlock vital income to create positive change for young wheelchair users and their families.

The Role
This is an exciting role which will be crucial in driving our Regional Fundraising vision to be at the heart of our communities. Your team will be proactively acquiring new volunteers through various products and propositions. Partnership Lead
Job Purpose
The Partnership Lead will play a key role in operationalising and overseeing the support for approximately 34 school hubs across England, contributing to local school improvement. They will also take the lead in operationalising the renewal of all schools across the Challenge Partners network.
Schools within Challenge Partners subscribe annually and join forces in local hubs, spanning England from Cornwall to County Durham. The hub works together over the course of the academic year pulling together a Hub Action Plan, which aims to tackle collectively agreed priorities using funding from Challenge Partners. Challenge Partners hubs provide the local element of our collaborative partnership.
The Partnership Lead will build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and hold responsibility for ensuring all hubs have everything they need to provide an excellent experience to schools. They will also support the renewal of all schools, through leading excellent Customer Care practices and operationalising the annual retention campaign, working with the Partnership Development Manager. They will work closely with the Partnership Experience Manager and the team of Partnership Coordinators to ensure excellent delivery.
Established in 2011, Challenge Partners is a well-respected nationwide network of practitioners who engage in hard-edged collaboration and mutual accountability to ensure every school community can benefit from the combined wisdom of the education system.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Partnership Experience Manager, the Partnership Lead will have the following key areas of responsibility and will be expected to undertake other responsibilities commensurate with the role as requested:
Partnership Delivery and Development

Job Summary
Return Fundraising is looking for an experienced Data Manager to lead the team responsible for overseeing all data services within the business. In this role, you will ensure that data is collected, stored, processed, and reported accurately and efficiently to support exceptional telephone fundraising.
The Data Manager plays a critical role in data compliance, processing, and analysing client data. During campaigns, the team produces exports to clients and third party suppliers, including payment processors and fulfilment houses, and supports the fundraising team to improve the fundraising results using data analysis and segmentation.
You’ll need to be experienced in data management, proficient with databases and Excel, and it would be advantageous to have familiarity with reporting tools and processing software.
Our preference is a hybrid role, working from home with 2 days a week in our London office, however consideration will be given to candidates who live further afield and are looking for a fully remote based position.
Consideration will also be given to a part time role of pro rata 32 hours per week over four days.

Who we are looking for:

The aim of the programme is to sustain young people (16-25) in appropriate tenancies, equipping them to manage on a limited budget, looking after and maintaining their home, and supporting them to manage relationships with Landlords, housemates, and neighbours.
Face to face and virtual sessions will run over a 6-8-week period, helping to build and nurture positive relationships with young people, supporting them with maintaining boundaries and developing communication to achieve programme outcomes, managing retention.
Working inclusively alongside the young people, focusing on both a relational & strength-based approach, building on their inherent strengths, protective factors and what they want to achieve through the programme. Focus will be on children in residential care/supported lodgings/semi-independent accommodation and separated migrant children.

Your responsibilities as the Head of Communications:

We are now looking to build on our recent successes and extend our corporate portfolio to fund our work as the largest community dining charity in the UK.
Your work with us will allow you to play a vital role in supporting people faced with hunger and loneliness and to champion community dining in communities up and down the country. You will be responsible for driving significant income growth from corporates - working with brands and businesses to reach challenging targets.
You will have a proven track record of securing new partnerships and be adept at relationship management. You will have significant new business experience in a charity setting and a background in securing six-figure sum support. As this is a hybrid role, you will need to live within a commutable distance of Vauxhall, London.

Do you want to play a key role building new relationships and creating partnerships with businesses to support St Mungo’s mission to end homelessness?
We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator (New Business), to join the team and take responsibility for securing new corporate partners across a variety of sectors and types (including strategic, charity of the year, commercial and brand) to help St Mungo’s achieve the ambitions of our five year strategic plan.
Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager – New Business, you will have ownership over elements of the New Business strategy and be responsible for designing and implementing plans to secure partnerships from within our target sectors. You will have the opportunity to shape how we work, developing new tools, ways of working and processes to ensure we work effectively as a New Business team and work seamlessly alongside our Account Management team.
In the role of Corporate Partnerships Coordinator (New Business), you will:
- Proactively manage an industry sector, identifying key prospects to partner with and aiming to deliver significant income
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify funding opportunities and industry trends
- Work with teams across St Mungo’s to create engagement opportunities for prospects and advance St Mungo’s objectives
- Follow fundraising best practices, adhere to St Mungo’s policies, and contribute to a supportive team culture
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
About you
In order to be successful in this role you will have experience working in either a fundraising, brand & marketing, or a sales role.
You will have experience in building relationships with external clients to deepen engagement and understanding of an organisation’s purpose, and preferably in securing new six-figure, multi-year partnerships. You will have good commercial instincts and be able to focus your time on those projects of maximum value to St Mungo’s.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional relationship builder, with excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload with multiple projects and priorities.
