The Bridge Renewal Trust in partnership with Haringey GP Federation and North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group are delivering a new Pan-Haringey Diabetes Care Navigation Service.
As a Care Navigator, you will provide support to people whose diabetes is not well managed or who are not engaging with health professionals, in particular, deprived and vulnerable groups within this cohort. You will support people to access diabetes information and/or education in their own language, improve their ability to navigate the health and care system and improve their confidence to self-manage their condition. This is a new and exciting approach to working with people with diabetes in Haringey.

Job Summary
St John Ambulance is recruiting an experienced communications professional who has a specialism in reputation management, for a six-month, full-time contract.
As Senior Reputation Manager you will play a key role in protecting and enhancing St John’s reputation, proactively identifying, managing and mitigating organisational reputational risk. Being a top-class stakeholder manager and a highly effective influencer, you'll be able to quickly build relationships across a large, complex organisation. You will manage and participate in on-call communications rota, write reactive statements and brief senior leaders on an appropriate course of action.
About You
You will be a senior PR specialist, with demonstrable experience of reputation management in a complex organisation or business. You’ll be happy to hit the ground running and confident working closely with senior internal stakeholders including the CEO.

About EFA
English for Action provides free, participatory, and empowering English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes for migrants in London. Our classes are spaces to build community and support students to organise collectively around issues like employment and housing rights. Our work currently supports around 400 adult migrants across London. We’ve become a national centre of good practice for a radical participatory approach to ESOL, informed by the work of Paulo Freire, and we share this approach through training, research and partnerships.
Organisation: We are a staff team of 8 people supported by a larger team of volunteers and 9 trustees. EFA promotes shared leadership and collaboration and we aim for our organisational structure to reflect this. In the last 4 years we’ve transitioned away from having a CEO to an executive team to oversee operations and decision-making. As a charity, ultimate responsibility for, and control of, the organisation lies with the Board of Trustees.
Fundraising at EFA: We have one permanent fundraiser at EFA, who works two days per week on this area of work. Role Overview
As a member of the Supporter Engagement Team no two days will be the same. You will be essential in helping us improve the lives of those living with Crohn's and Colitis by offering fantastic supporter service and ensuring our members and fundraisers feel valued and keen to continue to support!
The Supporter Engagement Officer plays a pivotal role in achieving this. By taking a lead in the day to day management of the income processing and membership arm of the team ensuring all income is processed quickly and accurately and supporters are thanked efficiently.
About You
You will have experience of working in a similar role, providing a high standard of customer care in a fast-paced environment, handling supporter queries and providing information in a concise and comprehensive manner.
You will be experienced in supervising staff or volunteers and be an effective and approachable networker with a proved track record of building excellent relations with all stakeholders, using high levels of tact and sensitivity when needed.
You'll need strong written and verbal skills and the ability to adapt your style depending on the audience. You'll also be effective at managing challenging situations and competing priorities.
You will have the ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines whilst taking ownership of problems to find a solution where possible, escalating to a manager where required.
You will also have experience of working with databases to produce reports and insights, as well as the managing the handling of cash and finance processes.
Experience of Microsoft office is essential, as well as high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Founded in 1991, Emmaus now has 30 communities across the UK, with three more in development. We currently support over 850 people who have experienced homelessness, offering them a home for as long as they need it, along with work and training in our social enterprises. Our goal is to provide a home to 1,100 people by 2025.
About the role.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the Major Donor, Corporate, and Trusts & Foundations fundraising function. You’ll manage a team of three, with two direct line reports: the Corporate Partnerships Manager and the Trust & Foundation Manager.
This role will focus primarily on supporting new business development in these areas and establishing a major donor programme.
Corporate and T&F fundraising are well established at Emmaus UK and performing well, but there is capacity for them to grow significantly with strategic support and guidance from this role.
Major Donor fundraising is a key area as there is not currently an established programme, but there is great potential amongst supporters of other giving streams to make significant personal donations.
This role’s focus will generally be on winning new business and nurturing your team so they can carry these relationships forward as they develop their skills under your leadership. You’ll help your team create compelling proposals for innovative projects while looking at the big picture and utilising resources to meet organisational goals.

Who we are looking for.
We are seeking a well-rounded and seasoned high value giving fundraiser. You will primarily be a major donor expert with experience in at least one, but ideally both, of corporate and trusts & foundations giving.
You’ll be an excellent relationship manager and have a deep understanding of donor motivation, which will enable you to adapt your approach and win new business in your key income areas.
Suitable candidates will also be excellent managers who can inspire and coach line reports to be better fundraisers. Lastly, you will be deeply motivated by the cause of homelessness and Emmaus UK’s inspiring work.

About the role
We’re looking for a creative Senior Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser, who wants to grow their existing experience of working with five and six figure asks to grow their skills by supporting the senior team with preparing compelling proposals to secure funding of 6 and 7 figure bids. Lead the development of an initial impact and evaluation framework that will help us to track our progress, demonstrate achievements and ensure accountability.
Your responsibilities will include:

Consult and work closely with staff and relevant external stakeholders to review current impact performance tracking across all organisation objectives and identify gaps in or improvements required.

Lead the development and design of an initial impact and evaluation framework and data collection system for Rewilding Britain, including clearly defined and measurable outcomes linked to our Strategic Plan and Theory of Change.

Lead on the collation, analysis and communication of monitoring and evaluation data across the organisation and highlight any key trends.

Design a dashboard and reporting mechanisms for presenting the data in a way that is easy to use and understand.

Contribute towards the continuous improvement of processes, data and our technology to enable the charity to collect and analyse impact and monitoring data on an ongoing basis.

Champion good data practise for all internal databases to ensure data quality and centralisation of data.

Support the Fundraising Team in their work to identify, cultivate and inform existing and prospective donors and funding partners with relevant evidence and insights

Support and collaborate with the wider team on evaluation and monitoring to instil a culture of learning and evaluation across functions

Extract, interpret, summarise and communicate key stakeholder needs from evaluation and data outputs

Work closely with our Data Monitoring Project team to incorporate data from our emerging Rewilding Monitoring Framework into our impact and evaluation framework.

Produce evaluation reports and the data, stories and case studies for a high quality 10 year Impact Report using this framework.

Terms and conditions and staff benefits
This is a full time, fixed term role for an initial 9 month period, with the possibility of extension. The salary is £37,000 to £42,000 f.t.e depending on experience.
There will be some freedom for the person to determine their own working arrangements each week, within limitations, providing the work is delivered.
Rewilding Britain employees benefit from 25 days annual leave per year (pro rata for part time roles), rising to 30 days over 5 years. A generous employer-matched pension scheme is also available.
We are a virtual team who work from home and/or co-working spaces. We will support you to achieve a suitable virtual working environment. Some meetings are held face to face across Britain, so a willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays is desirable.
