Robin Hood Avenue is a small mental health, supported housing service, working to a recovery model. We provide a range of support services for people with mental ill health to access in their local community, including peer support and supported housing. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a staffed service to our residents aged 18 and upwards.

Black Thrive Global (BTG) evolved from the work of the Black Thrive Lambeth Partnership, which was established in 2016. We exist to address the inequalities that negatively impact the mental health and wellbeing of Black people so that the thriving of Black communities is the norm.
Our guiding principle is that Black communities should be at the forefront of reimagining, redefining and co-creating a society where systemic racism and other oppressive systems have been dismantled so that they have fulfilling lives. We have two priorities – building a Black Thrive Research Institute and embedding race equity in systems change.
Purpose of the role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will hold a pivotal position within our team, providing essential support to the CEO. Your primary purpose is to offer high-level strategic assistance, allowing our senior leaders to concentrate fully on steering the organisation towards its mission and vision. In this role, you will embody proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking, and effective communication. Beyond this, your responsibilities will extend to taking meticulous meeting notes and actively contributing to streamlined operations, fostering strategic thinking, and advancing our mission to address systemic issues impacting Black communities' mental health and well-being.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic research where applicable, facilitating project management, and promoting effective stakeholder communication. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining organised data and documents, including the development and maintenance of action logs, and aiding in developing presentations and materials for internal and external use. As the bridge between leadership and operational aspects, your adaptability, attention to detail, and practical communication skills will ensure the seamless execution of our mission. Your active involvement will be instrumental in the success of Black Thrive as we work diligently to reduce mental health disparities within Black communities and drive lasting change.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Actively support the CEO with day-to-day administrative support including proactive diary management, assembling and preparing papers required by the CEO to attend meetings, prepare reports, or reply to requests for information.
2. Co-ordinate and organise meetings including board of directors' meetings, conferences, both in person and virtually. Prepare meeting agendas, minute taking and maintaining action logs.
3. Actively collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to create engaging presentations and materials for internal and external meetings, ensuring content is well-structured and visually appealing.
4. Actively organise and maintain critical data, documents, and records, implementing a structured filing system for easy access and retrieval.
5. Researches, prioritises, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
6. Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated.
7. Actively coordinate tasks and monitor progress for critical projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
8. Engage actively with key stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community members, to foster positive relationships and facilitate communication.
9. Support the CEO with preparation of a monthly CEO’s message and contributions to newsletters.
10. Liaise with Comms team to ensure and maintain a level of social media presence.
11. Actively participate in budget tracking, financial report preparation, and documentation for grant applications to support the Finance Officer.
12. Actively develop and maintain systems to streamline operational processes while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

About Global Health 50/50
Global Health 50/50 (GH5050) is an independent, evidence-driven initiative to advance action and accountability for gender equality. GH5050 was formed around a unique model which brings together the rigour of academic research, the knowledge of how policy change can occur and the momentum of advocates and communicators to catalyse progress on gender equality. GH5050’s mission is ‘To improve health, well-being, and social justice through the promotion of human rights, particularly in relation to gender equality, by conducting research, disseminating the useful results of such research, and providing information, advice and advocacy.’ Established in 2017, GH5050 is a non-profit organisation (as a UK registered charity) headquartered in Cambridge, UK, that initially focussed on the health sector and is increasingly active in the justice and finance systems, globally and at country level.
Context
Through our flagship annual report and Gender and Health Index, GH5050 provides the only bird’s-eye view of gender, inclusion and equality in the global health sector today. The report assesses 200 organisations annually across a core set of variables on policies and practices to tackle power and privilege imbalances within the workplace, the gender and geography of organisational leadership, and whether gender is considered in any organisations' external-facing programmatic or policy work. Working with research and advocacy partners, supported by an advisory group, gender and health experts and a team of research consultants, GH5050 leverages the research data and evidence to engage with the assessed organisations directly.
The successful candidate for this post is expected to play an integral role in contributing to the research, dissemination and impact work of GH5050, during a time of rapid growth.
Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the world’s leading research and accountability initiatives for gender equality. You will join a small and growing team of staff working at GH5050. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, dynamic, collaborative and meticulously detail-oriented individual to join our team and encourage applications from people who meet the person specification and are interested in taking on the tasks and responsibilities of this key role in GH5050.
The programmatic priorities of this role in Year 1 include supporting the processes of research, partnership and publication of: 1) Disability, gender and health report, 2) Gendered Health Pathways data visualisation tool, 3) 2025 annual health sector report, 4) inaugural global justice 50/50 report. It is expected that over the course of Year 1, approximately 70% of this role will be dedicated to the health sector research and 30% to the justice sector. In Year 2 of the role, some research support and particularly capacity building for researchers in the new economics and finance sector may be required.
Conduct gender research (30%). Contribute to the GH5050 annual reports, including methodology design, data collection oversight, data analysis, validation and interpretation, research and evidence-scoping. Conduct other research at the intersection of global health, global justice, career leadership, and gender equality in support of GH5050 thematic reports, projects and activities as required. This may include literature reviews, scoping reviews and evidence mapping. Contribute to a range of policy analyses including conducting background research and evidence reviews, contributing to the development of best practice policy recommendations.Some research on organisations active in the global justice sector may be required.
Manage and analyse data (20%). With the health and justice sector leads, provide rigorous quality control, validation, cleaning and storage of all data collected. Prepare spreadsheets for analysis and work with statistical and subject experts to analyse data. Work with website developers to integrate data into the GH5050 website.
Translate findings, from evidence to recommendation(20%). Support the sector leads in the drafting of report outlines, integration of research outputs into draft reports and the articulation of findings and messages in the development of range of outputs including reports, policy briefs, papers for peer-reviewed publications and op-eds. Coordinate with the communications team on preparing communications materials and preparing dissemination activities.
Coordinate projects and partnerships (20%). Support the Head of Research & Impact and the Sector Specialists to manage research and publication workstreams, ensuring the timely delivery of research products and effective management of research partnerships. Some minimal support to coordination of the other sectors may be required.
Liaise with researchers (10%). Support the sector leads in coordinating with the cohort of part-time research consultants, facilitating effective communication between research consultants and senior staff, and supporting the implementation of a new programme of researcher engagement and development. Participate in onboarding and training of new researchers on GH5050 methods.
External engagement. Present GH5050 data to and participate in conferences and events as needed.
Knowledge/Experience required

There are 1.5 million children and young people with a disability (CYPD) in the UK. Over three quarters cannot access regular leisure facilities which massively impacts their health and well-being. Furthermore, the impact of living with a disability can have a significant impact on the wider family, with over 72% of parents reporting mental health challenges and over two thirds saying they feel isolated some or all of the time.
Gympanzees’ mission is simple. We want all children and young people living with a disability to have access to high-quality, fully inclusive leisure facilities so that they can enjoy fun, fitness, and friendships and support their families out of isolation.
Sounds simple, but it’s a huge task. There is nowhere in the UK like this. Anywhere. At all. But we’re changing that, and we want you to join us!
Since 2018 we’ve been hosting Pop Up’s during easter and summer months, across Bristol, in various special schools which has seen us welcome over 23,500 visitors. Each one has helped hone and improve our delivery model, and longer-term plans. These Pop Ups have seen some incredible firsts, including:
· A 6 year old taking their first steps
· A 12 year old sleeping through the night for the first time
· A 3 year old having his first laugh
· An 8 year old rolling over for the first time
Families have travelled from all over the country to enjoy the Pop Ups, some covering 6-hour journeys just for their afternoon of fun!
During COVID we quickly adapted our offer to include a Lending Library which continues to this day, offering nearly 300 items of specialist equipment, free of charge.
In 2023 we purchased a new site to develop into a permanent home which will open in summer 2026. Redevelopment is underway, and so too is an £8 million campaign to support this extraordinary project.

Where you’d fit in
Gympanzees is a growing team which currently consists of 16. The fundraising team consists of 6 people. This role is a crucial member of the fundraising team and will be delivering on a vital income stream that is both financially and strategically significant for the capital project.
Job description
As the Senior Fundraising Manager for Trusts and Statutory, you will play a pivotal role in securing vital income from across these funding streams, whilst leading a small team to maximise their own fundraising efforts from similar sources.
This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in researching and crafting successful grant applications from both traditional grants as well as local and national statutory source. It will especially appeal to those with capital campaign experience but is not a pre-requisite.
You'll be tasked with distilling complex information into compelling narratives that effectively convey our mission and objectives while aligning with grant requirements. Excellent copywriting skills are essential, as you'll need to create engaging and informative content that tells our story authentically and passionately.
Your approach will be highly organised and methodical to ensure accuracy and compliance with grant briefs. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you'll collaborate closely with a high-level fundraising team to maximize funding opportunities and drive positive impact. Additionally, you shall line manager the Trust and Foundations Manager.

Main Responsibilities - include but are not limited to.
1. Grant identification and Research: Conduct thorough research to identify
potential grant and statutory funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporations, and other sources aligned with Gympanzees' mission and projects.
2. Grant Proposal Development: Lead the development of compelling grant proposals, including conducting needs assessments, defining project objectives, outlining budgets, and articulating impact metrics.
3. Grant Application Process: Manage the end-to-end grant application process, including drafting, editing, and submitting grant proposals within deadlines, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
4. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential funders, including government agencies, philanthropic organizations, and corporate partners, to enhance funding prospects and collaboration opportunities.
5. Budgeting and Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop project budgets, monitor spending against grants, and ensure accurate financial reporting to funders.
6. Grant Compliance: Ensure compliance with grant agreements, reporting requirements, and regulatory guidelines, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to fulfill reporting obligations.
7. Grant Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of grant-funded projects, collecting and analyzing data to assess outcomes and inform future funding strategies.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with program managers, finance staff, and other team members to align funding strategies with organizational priorities and project needs.
9. Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about trends and best practices in grant funding and statutory funding opportunities relevant to Gympanzees' mission and share insights with the team.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and capacity-building initiatives to enhance the organization's grant-seeking efforts and overall fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Fundraising will be expected to deliver in 3 key areas:
DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEMBERSHIP GIVING JOURNEY
- Enhance the Friends Scheme through life giving and particularly ending with the Legacy commitment:

- Retain, recruit and steward the Friends of the RAF Club

CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS

About the role:
This role offers help and support directly to victims and survivors of sexual violence, making the first contact with survivors to help them determine the best help and support for them, including on-going support from the role holder or referral on to our group-work or Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA's).
The role involves occasional travel across Lancashire, and supporting victims and survivors directly in the community.

Zarach is the children’s bed charity, and we’re on a mission to end child bed poverty in England, giving children the opportunity to engage at school and a chance to break the cycle of poverty.

About this role
The Programmes Team is responsible for delivering demand-led services globally; providing tailored capacity building support to organisations and their partners through individual or framework contracts. MAIN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Delivery of events, courses, services, projects, and programmes

Support the collection and analysis of M&E data across the programme teams

Ensure all monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data is collected and tracked for events, including:

Collating and recording course statistics and evaluation data;

Maintaining accurate Salesforce records for all RedR projects and learning events in the region and as requested by Line Manager;

Assisting with the collection and recording of impact assessment data

Support milestone tracking and reporting,

Assistance in drafting project or training reports.

Facilities, Procurement and Materials

Build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant suppliers including but not limited to external training venues, transport and material suppliers required to delivery services.

Prepare, order, and arrange shipping of learning materials for courses and other materials as required.

Prepare and format any online materials as required.

Procure any course materials, equipment, refreshments, resources, travel, accommodation, and venue hire where applicable.

Co-host live online sessions, providing support to the facilitator as well as to the course participants.
Admin and Finance

Maintain accurate finance records and monitor and record budgets and expenditure to provide timely analysis of this to inform decision-making.

Assist with audits, financial reporting and cash flow analysis.

Programme or training related administrative tasks including but not limited to filing; travel arrangements; logistics; procurement of materials required by the project or training; preparation of draft contracts or correspondence as requested by the line manager following agreed templates; assistance in competing required forms or compliance with RedR UK or project procedures; liaison with project staff, partners and stakeholders on administrative matters; etc.

Undertake timely and accurate processing of invoices and expenses in line with established processes and RedR UK’s Operational Manual. Support the programme coordinator on the monitoring of expenditure and budgets.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
-
Language skills – Fluent English and Proficiency in Ukrainian is required for this role.

Administrative skills – Systematic and efficient administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise, manage and complete a variety of tasks against multiple deadlines and track information and progress.

Event management – Experience of supporting a learning programme, organising learning events and working with consultants.

Understanding of the humanitarian sector – General understanding of humanitarian practices and principles, and a demonstrated commitment to our humanitarian mission and values.

Use of technology – Experience with current software for project management, along with Microsoft Office skills; ideally knowledge of SharePoint or similar document management systems; ideally knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Financial skills – Able to track income and expenditure, use Microsoft Excel, check invoices and quotes are in line with project budgets.

Chance to Shine is a national children’s charity. We change young people’s lives through cricket giving them the opportunity to play, learn and develop through the sport. We keep them physically active, teach them vital skills like teamwork, communication and leadership. And above all, they have fun.
Since 2005 our Chance to Shine Schools programme has helped reverse the decline of cricket in state schools with millions of boys and girls in over 13,000 state schools playing and learning through cricket. Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a part time (22.5hrs per week/3 days) Operations Assistant on a fixed term contract for 3 years based out of our London office however with the option to work flexibly with some homeworking.
The Operations Assistant at Chance to Shine plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our programmes aimed at promoting cricket in schools and communities across the country. This role involves a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support our mission of inspiring young people through cricket and helping them develop valuable life skills.
Key Responsibilities
• To manage the annual Coach Training calendar, including booking facilities, arranging hotels, and onboarding candidates.
• To ensure resources are uploaded to the e-learning platform.
• To provide customer support for the e-learning platform.
• To disseminate data cleans to all delivery partners every half-term.
• To assist with Chance to Compete and Open Days.
• To coordinate regional meetings, midterm reviews, and end-of-year reviews.
• To administer our bursary programme.
• To support the rollout of an Apprenticeship programme.
• To coordinate equipment and clothing requirement with our delivery partners through our preferred supplier.
• To support the Operations department with ad hoc tasks as required.
