Robin Hood Avenue is a small mental health, supported housing service, working to a recovery model. We provide a range of support services for people with mental ill health to access in their local community, including peer support and supported housing. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a staffed service to our residents aged 18 and upwards.
We know that recovery can look and feel very different to each and every one of us. But we also know that if we provide the right support, at the right time, we can inspire recovery nationwide and that recovery is possible for everyone. That’s where you come in. Responsible for helping and inspiring the people who use our services to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community, we’ll rely on you to work with them to come up with a personal support plan that will see them achieve their goals and aspirations. On 1st June 2024, Richmond Fellowship, part of Recovery Focus, a national group of charities highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence merged with Humankind to form a single organisation that provides the joined-up mental health, housing and drug and alcohol support we’ve all known has been needed for decades. In October 2024, Humankind will be renamed to reflect the new organisation.
We have three exciting opportunities for an Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA) to join the team, with one permanent role and two positions to cover maternity leave. As an ISVA you will deliver 1-2-1 support to clients in the community across Lancashire and at criminal justice locations. These roles are all full-time working shirts between 9am and 6:30pm with at lease two 6:30pm finishes per week. The roles are offered with the opportunity to apply for hybrid working with up to 2 days working from home,

About the role:
This role offers help and support directly to victims and survivors of sexual violence, working to the national ISVA framework to provide support throughout victims criminal justice journey, or if they haven't reported the incident to the police, on their own recovery journey.
The role involves regular travel across Lancashire, and supporting victims and survivors directly at criminal justice hearings: a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
The successful post holder will ensure victims and survivors receive ongoing continuity of support, advocacy and impartial advice and information including reporting to the police, accessing Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) services, and specialist support such as pre-trial therapy and sexual violence counselling.

About the role:
As a Team Leader you will lead a team of Independent Victim Advisors ( caseworkers) providing support to victims across the county. You will hold a small caseload but your main focus will be on the performance management of direct line reports including the allocation/ auditing of cases and the collation of service performance reports, measuring KPIs and quality compliance. You will need a good understanding of the criminal justice sector and able to work collaboratively with partners to achieve the best outcomes for victims. About the Role:
This role is a hybrid working role and is based at our Old Street offices, Islington, London for a minimum of one day a week and at our hospital co-location St Helliers Sutton subject to operational demand. As a Domestic Abuse Service Manager you will be:
- Effectively managing and developing a high quality, innovative and pro-active domestic abuse service for victims and their children, including those at highest risk.
- Managing a team of IDVAs providing regular supervision, case review and support.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and management skills/ experience with a resourceful pro-active attitude and ability to use own initiative.
- Ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with the service specification and performance targets set by the services funders, as well as in line with SafeLives criteria for delivering domestic abuse services. The services will also be in line with Victim Support's policies, IDVA procedures, business process and plan.
- Ensuring that the service prioritises the safety, security and dignity of service users and their children.
- Taking the lead in crisis situations and providing advice and guidance on risk, safeguarding issues and information sharing GDPR concerns.

Sudbury
This is a 12 hour Supported Housing service providing 15 supported housing flats for clients experiencing mental ill health. The service is tailored for each individual with the ultimate goal to help them manage their accommodation and assist them with reintegration back into mainstream housing within 2 years. We also offer a community support service for a fixed period of time. This is designed to help those already living in their own homes receive assistance with day-to-day task and activities.
Stowmarket
This 24 hours Supported Housing service is a mental health, supported housing and community based service, working to a recovery model. We provide a range of support services for people with mental ill health to access in their local community, including outreach support, peer support and supported housing. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a staffed service to our residents aged 18 and upwards.
About you
Experience working as an Administrator is essential. You’ll need to be proactive and adaptable, with excellent communication, administration, finance and minute taking skills and experience, along with experience of completing contract management data reports and of maintaining and reviewing office systems and procedures.

This is a permanent full-time role requiring the post holder to work 37.5 hours per week. About the role:
The purpose of this role is to lead on the development and submission of tenders and proposals, working with a range of internal stakeholders and partners to translate organisational data into cohesive and compelling submissions that convey Victim Support's service offers and fully address commissioner and funder requirements.
To succeed in this role you will have a proven track record in leading business development through public sector contracts. You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, as well as skilled in building sustainable partnerships that add value to services.
This role is home based (within England and Wales) with some national travel and overnight stays.

Right now, our Supported Housing service in Ulverston is looking for someone like you to work with us, supporting individuals through their recovery journey, providing innovative recovery and crisis service interventions. Day-to-day, you will work with individuals to support the development and delivery of ‘client led’ recovery and safety planning, helping others to regain sustainable control over their challenges and maximise independence. And, when it comes to liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies to give people access to a full range of services, again, we’ll rely on your expertise.
