Our training programme has three key strands; open (delivered live online), in-house (delivered online and/or face to face with an organisation on a specific theme) and eLearning. With support and oversight from the Training and Development Manager this role is responsible for the smooth running of the second of these three areas.

Summary
The purpose of this role is to ensure that MK gallery has a diverse range of commercial services that contribute to the financial security of the Gallery and its charitable activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic development
- Work collaboratively at a senior level to ensure the delivery of an exceptional, first-class visitor experience.
- Work alongside the Deputy Director in the development of a commercial growth strategy and improvement initiatives, updating when appropriate.

Leadership and team management

To support Habitat for Humanity GB’s (HFHGB) vision of a decent home for everyone, the organisation has recently completed a strategic review, resulting in a new National Strategy and an organisational restructure, to ensure the organisation is able to deliver the Strategy impactfully, efficiently and effectively.
As a result, a new team has been formed, which will focus on developing and delivering high quality programmes in England, Wales and Scotland. The Empty Spaces to Homes (ES2H) Programme Manager will sit within the new Programme Delivery team and will work collaboratively across the organisation and with a large group of diverse external stakeholders.

Centre 33 is looking to recruit an Engagement and & Support Project Worker, with significant practical experience of working with young people. Purpose of your job
You will be part of a team providing an open access 'one stop shop' at our Drop ins, offering information and on-going support to young people (aged 13-25), about how to make informed choices about their emotional wellbeing, work, education & finances, housing and sexual health. You will have wide-ranging and demonstrable experience of working with a complex case-load, assessing risk and need, and also of partnership working.
