Who we are

At More Partnership, we advance great ambitions. It’s why we’re here. Whether we come as a team or as one individual, we are global in outlook, perspective and experience. We work with all kinds of organisations across the five continents, from international charities to local theatres, from universities to state schools, from children hospitals to art museums. That means helping leadership, fundraisers and other professionals to understand their opportunity, set their direction, train their team, evaluate their performance and much more. We are also 100% owned and controlled by our employees. Each member of our team has an equal say in the decisions we make, a share in our success, and a responsibility to push us forward.
