ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join RedR and its Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to oversee the efficient and effective functioning of our organisation's key operational areas, including Operations, People Management, Finance, Security and Compliance. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management
You will lead a finance team of 2 (both part-time), responsible for excellent financial management, controls, reporting, budgeting, and auditing (both internal and external) including:
- Maintaining up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Provide administrative support to the Operations, IT functions of the organisation.

About the Role
The Connection at St. Martins is based in the heart of London, in the most concentrated area of rough sleeping in the UK. We have an ambitious strategy to tackle rough sleeping in central London with those people who are most persistently on the streets. Building relationships of trust with clients is at the heart of our work. To achieve this in practice, we have a fully trauma informed approach across the whole charity with psychologists embedded in our service delivery teams.
Alongside running our busy day centre at Adelaide Street by Trafalgar Square, we are developing our access to accommodation. This includes a project to extend our scheme in Clapham with a new building during 2025. The extension will provide 3 additional studio flats and activity spaces. This is the first in a longer term goal to introduce more accommodation into our service portfolio so that we can house an additional 300 of our Adelaide Street clients by 2028. We are also keen to develop our links into health, through partnerships with the NHS and other treatment services. Finally, we would like to further improve our offer for women and for people with No Recourse to Public Funds.
The Director of Services is a vital role for us and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for addressing rough sleeping. The successful candidate will be ambitious and tenacious in developing high quality services and growing our support. They must be able to build really strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders alongside bringing extensive experience from homelessness, mental health, addiction or the criminal justice sector.

Missing People’s Business Development team works to improve the response to missing children, missing adults, and their families, through innovative services, training and consultancy projects. The West Midlands team are seeking a Fostering Panel Vice Chair to support the Chair in conducting monthly virtual panel meetings held on third Wednesday of the month via Microsoft Teams.

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated and well organised Project Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running and delivery of our Right to Rehab and Network of Exercise Professionals campaign work.
You will support the day-to-day work of one of our busy and influential areas at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and coordinate progress reports, diaries, partner communications and meetings, event organisation and quarterly updates from all four UK countries.
This role is a key point of contact for Community Rehabilitation Alliance (CRA) members, CSP staff and other internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the community rehabilitation campaign, including responding to, and triaging enquiries, providing advice, guidance and assistance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be very organised, able to develop positive relationships with CSP colleagues and alliance members and enjoy problem solving in a fast-paced environment, using your initiative.
First class communication and administration skills with a strong team ethic are also essential, as is a successful track record of campaign, project or office management and the ability to coordinate and support work, often to tight and conflicting timescales.

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our Human Resources and Organisational Development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to support an experienced team and deliver a high-quality, generalist HR service to CSP employees.
You will be the first point of contact for staff with regards to a wide range of HR issues, ensuring that all queries are dealt with promptly or escalated where appropriate. As the person responsible for our recruitment and onboarding processes, you will provide first class support for managers, candidates and new starters in their CSP journey.
CIPD qualified (or working towards this) or with equivalent administrative experience gained in a HR environment, you will be confident in addressing queries from staff at all levels. This is alongside excellent attention to detail in order to keep our HR database up to date, including accuracy within the payroll input process. The role will have a busy and fluctuating workload requiring the instinct to plan and prioritise appropriately.

Due to expansion of the team, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) has an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking and dynamic individual with knowledge of both physiotherapy and healthcare education to take on the role of Education Adviser within the Workforce and Education team.
In this role, you will undertake quality assurance and enhancement work with providers of physiotherapy education and will progress project work in areas aligned with developments in UK physiotherapy education. The role has a particular focus on ensuring innovative approaches to curriculum design and practice education, whilst taking account of changing patient needs, population health, service delivery models and contemporary developments in physiotherapy practice. The post holder will work with members to engage with developments relating to education delivery, commissioning and workforce planning; and support Higher Education Institutions in creating new pre- and post-registration programmes that support the creation of a physiotherapy workforce fit for the future.
You will also contribute to broader CSP education activity. This includes formulating position statements in key policy areas, undertaking education review processes and continuing to strengthen our links with physiotherapy education providers across the UK, again taking account of changes across health and social care and the university sector. In this role, you will work with other members of the CSP across the directorates to support corporate activity in line with the CSPs corporate strategy.
The post will suit someone with a developed knowledge of physiotherapy and healthcare education, who has the insight and skills to pick up project briefs swiftly and to progress activity to completion within tight timeframes. It requires someone with strong skills in networking, project management, communication, negotiation, policy analysis and drafting accessible written materials. We are particularly seeking someone who has experience in the post-graduate physiotherapy education space.
The role is home based, however you will be required to travel regularly across the UK, including to the CSP London office, to meet the requirements of this role.

The Finance Business Partner will report into the Senior Finance Business Partner and provide Directorate and departmental support in achieving financial and operational objectives. They will provide high-quality financial management and advice, and comprehensive reporting and analysis. The postholder will be responsible for completing budgets and quarterly forecasts, financial modelling, management reporting and analysis, as well as routine month-end activities.

The key duties of this Finance Business Partner are as follows:
- Business partner with Directorate budget holders to develop an in-depth knowledge of their area.
- Work with colleagues across Directorates as a trusted partner delivering a high-quality financial service.
- Work with budget holders in the preparation of Directorate income and expenditure budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Review and consolidate budget and forecast information received from teams, conducting subsequent review and challenge of the results with budget holders.
- Complete commentary and bridge analysis, feeding into comprehensive management information packs.
- Complete month-end journals, FTE analysis, and monitor Directorate financial results against budget and forecast.
- Prepare comprehensive and timely period-end written commentary for management accounts.
- Ensure all year-end reporting requirements are completed.
The successful candidate will have:
- Achieved their full accountancy qualification.
- Have extensive experience of working within a management accounts or business partnering function, of a complex organisation.
- Ability to analyse numbers critically and extract and interpret pertinent information for management information purposes.
- Experience in production and monitoring of stakeholder budgeting and forecasting cycles and delivery of associated financial management reporting.
- Ability to understand a wide range of stakeholder needs and adapt approach where necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills with experience in challenging financial results.
