As Digital and Marketing Lead, you will lead our digital, marketing and brand strategies to raise the profile of Young Women’s Trust, support and mobilise more young women to raise their incomes and challenge injustice and engage all audiences in delivering our purpose. 

We’re looking for someone who is a great communicator, project and people manager, with excellent digital marketing skills. You will be happy playing a hands-on role in a small team, whilst also able to see the bigger picture and make sure all our communications and digital activities are joined up, audience-centric, and have a clear impact.

We are looking for a Management Accountant who will be integral in providing a modern and accessible finance service whilst leading the Union’s financial management and performance. Job Purpose

As the Head of Fundraising, your primary responsibility is to lead the strategic direction and execution of Village Water’s fundraising efforts, with a focus on diversifying income streams and maximising revenue generation. You will oversee all fundraising activities, particularly in Trusts and Foundations (both UK and International), corporate partnerships, High Value Donors, and statutory bodies. Your role involves crafting compelling funding applications and reports, creating an ambitious fundraising strategy, applying for and securing large multi-year grants from new and existing donors, ensuring exemplary donor stewardship, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve fundraising goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a comprehensive fundraising strategy, with a specific emphasis on Trusts and Foundations & corporate fundraising, to ensure a steady pipeline of funding opportunities. Coordinate with team members to meet fundraising targets effectively and manage donation pipelines working with CEO and Finance manager to ensure the pipeline matches the cashflow.

• Directly oversee and support your team members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching to ensure both individual and team objectives are achieved. (currently the team is 3)

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors, including Trusts, Foundations, Corporates and Statutory bodies, through proactive engagement and personalized stewardship.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop persuasive proposals and impactful reports that effectively communicate Village Water’s mission and achievements.

• Plan and implement annual fundraising campaigns.

• Work closely with monitoring and finance teams to accurately assess impact and budgetary needs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to donors.

• Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations within Village Water’s database.

General

• Foster a collaborative work environment by engaging with staff, volunteers, suppliers, and local partners.

• Actively participate in networking events to expand Village Water’s connections and fundraising opportunities.

• Provide regular updates at team meetings and Trustee meetings as required.

The Social Media Manager is an integral role within the Marketing team at CoppaFeel! and will play an essential part in supporting our 3-year organisational growth strategy. The Social Media Manager needs to be social obsessed with a keen eye for new and emerging trends that will ensure CoppaFeel!’s social channels organically reach our 18 - 24 year old target audience.

The Royal Hospital Chelsea is a historic institution, providing a home and community for approx 300 male and female retired British Army soldiers, known as Chelsea Pensioners, in recognition of their service to the nation.

Veterans come from around the UK, and beyond, to live full and active lives in their retirement, and gain purpose and comradeship through supporting each other and representing the wider veteran community at formal and informal events.

As the Admissions Officer you will be responsible for all areas of recruiting new Chelsea Pensioners from first contact, to coordinating applications and inducting successful applicants. Above all else, you will put the applicant first, always striving to improve their experience and keeping them well informed whilst having their wellbeing in mind.

You will process all applications and coordinate the multi-disciplinary assessments at each stage of the process. You will host applicants for a ‘4 Day Stay’, an opportunity for them to visit and experience life at the Royal Hospital.

Just for Kids Law (JfKL) works with and for children and young people to hold those with power to account and fight for wider reform. They do this by providing legal representation and advice, strategic litigation, campaigning, and equipping others to work for children’s rights.

About the role

We are now recruiting a knowledgeable and experienced Climate Resilience Programme Manager to continue leading our climate action strategy. The purpose of the role is to bring climate change expertise to grow, strengthen, deepen, and diversify our innovative programme portfolio, continue to minimise the negative environmental impacts of all of our programmes, and deepen our carbon emissions reduction strategy as we continue to expand the reach and impact of our organisation.

You will build strong partnerships by working closely alongside our local partners in programme design, technical knowledge, implementation and monitoring. It is anticipated that the post will include 3-4 overseas trips per annum.

The role affords huge scope for personal development, with the flexibility and autonomy needed to shape this critical area of programming. A particular objective will be to strengthen the M&E across the portfolio and access additional external funding for scaling up our climate resilience programmes.

You should have:

Essential

• Experience in the climate resilience sector and demonstrable knowledge of how to build and manage climate resilience programmes
• Knowledge of humanitarian and/or livelihoods programming, including monitoring, evaluation accountability and learning (MEAL) processes is critical
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with overseas partners with varying levels of English.

those with direct experience of it. They will have experience of Parliamentary advocacy and cultivating

progressive relationships with MP’s. They will be proactive, able to identify influencing opportunities

and rapidly mobilise support to respond to them. They will also be a highly effective communicator,

able to represent the organisation externally, build strong working relationships and close

collaboration and manage various communication channels. We are particularly keen to hear from

people with lived experience of the UK asylum system and anyone with lived experience who meets

About the Role

The Head of Services will be responsible for overseeing the effective delivery, performance, and quality assurance of a range of our mental health services in Tower Hamlets, Newham, and Redbridge.

Working closely with the Director of Services and other key stakeholders, you will inspire and lead a team of Service Managers and coordinators, providing them with the guidance, encouragement and support needed to deliver high-quality services.

This key role focuses on continuously improving services and keeping our service users at the centre of everything we do, with innovative approaches to meet their changing needs. Your leadership will be crucial in building strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders, improving service delivery, and promoting collaboration across the board.

Moreover, as a Designated Safeguarding Officer, you will lead the highest standards in ensuring the safety and protection of service users, providing expert safeguarding guidance, supporting staff, and liaising with external agencies when necessary.

About this role

Working in ODI’s Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) department, the Digital Communications Intern will support the digital team with producing and marketing content for ODI’s core digital channels – spanning the website, social media and newsletters.

The internship presents a fantastic opportunity to get experience of working on different aspects of digital communications, with a particular focus on writing and dissemination.

Tasks will include drafting social media posts, helping to produce digital assets, compiling newsletter content, proofreading, and identifying opportunities for content development and promotion. Providing day-to-day support for the digital team, you will also gain hands-on experience of the ODI website’s Content Management System, among other products.

You will have a demonstrable interest in both digital communications, particularly content creation, and global affairs, and use your skills to help deepen the online engagement and reach of ODI’s work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Helping to compile content and draft copy for ODI’s weekly newsletter.
• Supporting with the production and digital marketing of ODI’s fortnightly Think Change podcast – including by proofing transcripts, identifying teaser clips and drafting social media promotion toolkits.
• Drafting social media posts, both for ODI and staff channels (as required).
• Sourcing photos and coordinating the production of digital assets.
• Horizon scanning of external events and news stories, and helping to populate a social media promotion calendar.
• Helping to manage and grow the LinkedIn page for Tandem, ODI’s Global Executive Leadership Programme, including by community management, sourcing content to promote and drafting posts.
• Proofreading and uploading content to the ODI and Tandem websites. 
• Supporting with compiling data for analytics reports (as required), which assess the performance of ODI and Tandem’s digital content and channels.
• Supporting with internal communications – including updating the PAC/Digital team’s Sharepoint page, and sending team updates for internal newsletters.
• Supporting the Digital and wider PAC team with other tasks, as needed.

About you
 

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills – you’ll have a knack for distilling complex information and ideas into clear and engaging copy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrable interest in digital communications and content creation – including for websites, social media or newsletters.
• Experience in creating content for social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and X.
• Experience in using Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools would be a bonus.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• A motivated and creative self-starter, who shows initiative in supporting on tasks and sharing ideas.

The Role

The Head of Development will deliver the charity's ambitious 3-year fundraising strategy and oversee all fundraising campaigns across membership, individual giving, trusts, foundations, and corporate support, as well as providing excellent stewardship to major donors. They will guide, inspire and support a high-performing and collaborative development team to achieve annual fundraising goals, as well as overseeing internal fundraising processes.

The postholder will manage and grow a portfolio of supporters, and work closely with the CEO on one-off major gift campaigns. They will also provide stewardship of funders to the highest standard, ensuring the delivery of promised benefits to all members and supporters, such as complimentary ticket requests, special events, and rehearsal attendance. Additionally, they will oversee the messaging and strategy for legacy giving and manage an engaging communications schedule for supporters that conveys the company's key messages and values.
