Job Information
As Data Programme Manager, you’ll use your project and programme management skills to successfully deliver projects which improve Hospice UK’s data capabilities. You don’t need to have technical data skills, but you’ll need to be able to guide technical colleagues and third-party IT and data providers.
Your main project will produce a new Member Data Portal, enabling over 200 member hospices to submit data and view insights and analysis that informs their service offer, whilst also providing a national view of hospice care that Hospice UK will use to support member hospices with national campaigning and fundraising.
Alongside this, you will lead data projects that improve our internal performance management. This will involve working with colleagues to gather requirements and develop reporting that supports effective decision making, developing new policies and procedures, and providing training.
Excellent stakeholder management skills will be key to your success. Working with representatives from our member hospices will be vital to the success of the Member Data Portal project. Internally, you’ll collaborate with colleagues at all levels, including the ICT and Data team who will provide technical expertise, and senior managers who will be customers for many of the projects. You’ll also work with external suppliers of technical products and services, including carrying out procurements where needed.
You’ll have great project management skills, which means you’ll be organised, structured and a pragmatic problem solver. Ideally, you’ll have experience of delivering technology, digital or data projects.

The Sexual Health based IGVA (Independent Gender Violence Advocate) will provide high quality independent advocacy and support to survivors of gender-based violence including victims/survivors of sexual violence and domestic abuse. This role will also focus heavily on raising awareness and building skills within communities and host services to better identify and respond to Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).
The IGVA will deliver VAWG services embedded within sexual health settings in Lambeth sexual health clinics and outreach teams, which contribute to local implementation of relevant national, regional, and local strategies. This role will include supporting people who may not be residents of Lambeth but who access open access sexual health clinics and outreach. The service will be co-located in the local Lambeth sexual health clinics and drop-in locations. The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors.
Please note that this post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
The working patternfor this role is 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Occasional late early shifts: 8:00am-4:00pm or late shifts: 1:00pm – 8:00pm on a rota basis to cover duty (approximately 2-3 days a month). Flexibility on how the hours is spread across the week within these times.

The Senior IDVA will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service to ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process. Along with regular case work, this role requires confident use of Modus in order to coordinate and ensure the quality of Duty, as well as the ability to work to policies and procedures and be able to prioritise effectively.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent understanding of domestic violence and its effects on women and children and of best practice within the domestic abuse sector and in working with women with children. As an experienced domestic violence advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, you will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis.
Experience of direct work with female survivors of domestic violence and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision. You will be adept at juggling front line work and management responsibilities, with an ability to prioritise, work collaboratively and demonstrate innovation in time management and service delivery methods.

- Support the sixth form leadership team to address disciplinary issues, including participation in meetings and evidence gathering whilst ensuring that all relevant college staff are informed of agreed targeted actions in support of the student’s performance.
- Support the SEND specialist / SENDCo with annual reviews for students with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Supporting the sixth form team leads during check-ins and team time
- Supporting and contributing to the Enrichment club provision at the college.
- Provide support to the sixth form team in delivering a successful induction on enrolment of new cohorts.
- Organising and administering parents and carers meetings
- Providing support to the sixth form team on delivering the future programme, to secure the best possible destinations for all of our students
Administration and overall organisational support

We have an ambitious vision for a world in which women and children live free from actual or threatened domestic abuse and all forms of violence.
Our team provide a range of services to adults and children who’ve experienced domestic abuse. We understand the impact of domestic abuse on survivors and so we listen to individual needs and respond in a trauma informed way. We provide one-to-one support and also deliver therapeutically informed group programmes to help survivors to recognise healthy/unhealthy behaviours in relationships and to understand the impact of domestic abuse. Bringing survivors together validates experiences and enables them to draw strength from one another.
As a Rising Sun Administrator you will be a key member of our frontline team working alongside specialist domestic abuse workers and providing essential support as a valued member of the team.
