We’re looking for an experienced Change Programme Manager to join our Programme Development team on a maternity cover basis. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team who are responsible for the delivery of key changes to our programmes. The team develop market-leading programmes that combine face-to-face and digital learning to support young people.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Programme Development roadmap, ensuring that projects are effectively initiated, scoped and delivered successfully; on time, on budget and to requirements. You will work closely with colleagues across The Trust to successfully deliver these projects throughout the delivery life cycle from inception to launch, including proactively managing risks and issues and ensuring control of project timelines, budgets and deliverables.

About the role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to work with the Director of Partnerships and Federation Development to develop an ambitious learning and development strategy for Emmaus UK.

The successful applicant will be able to deliver effective and engaging learning and development programmes and will have experience of identifying and analysing learning and development needs, developing relevant approaches and evaluating effectiveness, developing a strong culture of continuous improvement across Emmaus UK and the wider federation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Deputy CEO this is an exciting role supporting one of the UK’s leading social investors.

About the NEL VCSE Collaborative

The North East London (NEL) Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Collaborative works closely with NHS North East London to work together strategically by shaping, improving and delivering services and contributes to the system design and organisational development of the ICB, ensuring Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) contribution.

The leadership group of the seven borough representatives meet monthly and is currently working to develop a VCFSE strategy to raise the profile of the sector and support the VCFSE to work in partnership with the health system to address local health inequalities. About this role:

Reporting to the Deputy CEO, the Communications and Policy Manager will support SIB’s track record of sector, government and media engagement, notably the high standard of publication set through its media partnerships with Tortoise and the Financial Times, its contributions to the policy landscape in the social sector, and its in-house data analysis and insight generation. This new post will contribute to SIB’s ongoing communications and policy work and its reach and influence.

Key responsibilities

1. Support the delivery of a comprehensive plan for our communications and policy activity, combining ongoing promotional communications, specific activities for funds and programmes, and proactively generated content and opportunities to influence

2. Co-ordinating with SIB partners in developing and delivering communication work, on major projects such as the Youth Investment Fund, the Recovery Loan Fund and the Enterprise Development Programme; ensuring that it is powered by data and customer insight of the highest quality

3. Keeping track of policy developments in areas of strategic importance to SIB, notably in social investment, youth, community energy and infrastructure investment. We are currently looking for a CRM Systems Manager to join our IT department on a full time permanent basis.

As part of the Digital Systems team, the CRM Systems Manager is responsible for managing the organisation’s Ticketing, Customer Relationship Management and Fundraising CRM application and associated systems. This multifaceted role covers the ongoing support, training and continuous improvement of the applications.

The System Manager oversees system administration and ensures helpdesk requests are resolved appropriately and efficiently, to maximise system effectiveness and high standards of customer service.

• Provide support to Southbank Centre and the resident orchestras on CRM, ticketing and other systems

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance and Operations Manager to join our small but dynamic team at a critical stage of our work. Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager (Business Development) to join the Barbican’s Development department to lead on developing and securing exciting new partnerships with companies to support the Barbican’s arts, learning and community programmes. The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager (Business Development) will lead on all business development activity for the Corporate Partners team. They will oversee the business development target, managing their own prospect pipeline as well as that of the wider Corporate Partnerships team.

The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a leadership role in the Department, deputising for the Head of Corporate Partnerships as required and acting as a mentor and coach to the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Officer, directing and supervising new approaches and approving proposals.

About the Role

Reporting to our Marketing Manager this role plays an important part in supporting SIB’s strategy and focus.

Key responsibilities

Marketing

1 Working with Marketing Manager to implement the Marketing Strategy, including contributing to campaigns, messages and stakeholder relations.

2. Supporting the implementation of marketing plans for specific funds, working with our delivery partners and sub-contractors, as appropriate, and helping with programme and fund roundtables and events.

3. Supporting the Director of Investments and the Marketing Manager in delivering new business strategies by providing market analysis and data, publicity plans, key messages, event planning, set up and coordination as necessary.

4. Supporting the Marketing Manager with marketing contacts in partner, investee and other stakeholder organisations, maintaining contacts and ensuring that SIB funds and programmes are represented across sector events and in peer publications.

5. Liaise with the Business Development Manager to contribute effectively to new tenders, including supplying accurate marketing and communications data and deliverable activities.

Communications

6. Working with the CEO, Deputy CEO and Marketing Manager to implement the Marketing Strategy, including developing and managing campaigns, messages and stakeholder relations.

7. Supporting the development of content and publications as required including newsletters, brochures and reports, case studies, blogs, articles, website content, e-newsletter content.

8. Working with the Marketing Manager and Policy and Communications Manager to liaise with external networks – national, third sector and key regional press contacts, other communications managers – to increase the reach of SIB’s work and to disseminate it widely.

9. To adopt our continuous improvement and learning ethos.

Our Engineering team brings together software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, quality assurance, and data engineering to keep the charity at the forefront of the fast-moving technology landscape.

As a Lead Engineering Manager you will directly line manage, lead, and motivate our CRM & Marketing Development and Support teams across various disciplines and levels (c. 8 direct reports). This will involve supporting the team to decommission our legacy platforms and develop the skills they need to work with Salesforce, thus setting up their careers for future success.

What will I be doing?

• Leading the CRM & Marketing Engineering team, incorporating all necessary disciplines (Development, Environments, and Support) to deliver the priorities defined by the Head of Product Portfolio and the Relationship Management & Marketing Product Managers. This will involve:

  • Balancing the needs of the organisation to ensure development progresses at pace and environments are reliable.

  • Supporting DevOps approaches and Support teams to ensure an excellent service that meets user needs and maintains the platform's data integrity.

• Collaborating closely with the Head of Product Portfolio and Product Managers to:

  • Support the delivery of their priorities while ensuring appropriate levels of governance, platform reliability, efficiency, and quality of delivery.

  • Support the definition of, and implementation of, Engineering and Data Strategies.

• Leading the CRM & Marketing Engineering in transitioning from the legacy monolith Siebel to the new Salesforce.

  • This will include providing technical leadership for decommissioning Siebe ensuring to coach the team while maintaining morale and developing their skills to take on the new platforms.

• Collaborating closely with the implementation partners to ensure the new platforms meet Cancer Research UK's needs, and that team members are appropriately involved in the implementations.

  • It is crucial that knowledge transfer is taken seriously to avoid long-term dependency on the implementation partner and to build internal capacity for ongoing transformation.

• Defining and delivering the Relationship Management & Marketing aspects of the Engineering Strategy.

  • This includes optimising the delivery of work through the team in terms of throughput and quality, by promoting and embedding DevOps tools and processes, and Agile methods as appropriate.

• Continually improving the availability, stability, and resilience of our platforms by addressing technical debt, improving support mechanisms, acting on support pain points, and ensuring the voice of the customer is heard in the team.

• Coaching and developing staff in the team ensuring that they are gaining in skill, learning the new platforms, and that they can support each other through cross-skilling.

• Providing expert insight into the ongoing development and delivery of the Relationship Management & Marketing technology elements of Cancer Research UK's Engage transformation programme (including strategy and delivery).

Line management:

• Line managing, leading, and developing an inclusive and high-functioning team.

  • As a line manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive culture that recognises success, develops, and drives high performance and rewards results to retain talent within the team and wider function.

  • c.8 direct reports within the CRM & Marketing Engineering team.

• Setting objectives and KPIs (key performance indicators) for the team while monitoring and tracking overperformance with recognition and supporting underperformance through a performance management process.

• Leading the team through a period of profound change which will involve managing the people impact of decommissioning legacy systems while implementing new technologies and ways of working.

What skills will I need?

• Extensive experience in line managing, leading, and motivating technical Development and Support teams (c. 8-10+ direct reports) across various disciplines and levels (this can either be within CRM or non-CRM Engineering).

  • Ideally has navigated teams through periods of ambiguity and transformation (this is desirable, we welcome applicants without this experience)

• Some knowledge of CRM platforms within hybrid environments (on-premise & cloud / SaaS)

  • You do not need to have managed CRM teams before or be a CRM expert - our key priority is finding someone with the management skills to lead CRM specialists.

• Some understanding of Salesforce (e.g., Sales Cloud and Service Cloud).

• Previously managed and transformed the development and operation of enterprise-grade platforms.

• Proven ability to influence, challenge, and engage internal and external stakeholders from a leadership and strategic perspective.

• Knowledge of engineering best practices and DevOps culture, tools and processes.
