Who we are

Established in 1888; Caius House is a youth and community centre, based in Battersea, Southwest London.

Our multifaceted centre is home to a media and tech hub, six large sports halls, gym, recording and podcast studios, music practice rooms, a dance studio, beauty room, conference rooms, a professional kitchen, dining area and more!

Based in the heart and soul of the community, Caius house welcomes and embraces diversity, we afford the community with a plethora of unique and bespoke activities and workshops, but also encourage the same ethos, with our staff and volunteers.

Our mission is to be the keystone of inspiration for young people. We aim to ensure that every child is included valued and given the opportunity to fulfil their potential.

With our unique team of experienced youth workers, educators, musicians, counsellors, trained dancers, and media and tech specialists, we not only provide targeted programmes to develop the skills and talents of our youth- but of our staff and community too.

The benefits of volunteering are endless. From learning new skills, gaining experience, discovering hidden talents to improving mental health and building confidence-however, we still wanted to create a volunteering experience, that could truly enhance your skills and employability prospects such as:
