Innovation and digital transformation will be key, as you lead the integration of new technologies to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Additionally, you'll manage data strategy, governance, and oversee a Data Analyst to provide actionable insights.
As a leader, you will guide and support service leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals, all while promoting the core values of the organisation and fostering an inclusive culture.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven senior leadership experience in the heath and social care sector, ideally within learning disability or personal support services.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience overseeing large budgets, forecasting, and improving financial performance.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and fees with commissioners or purchasers in a regulated service environment.
- A track record of driving performance improvement and efficiency initiatives while maintaining service quality.
- Expertise in data strategy, analytics, and governance, with experience in preparing and presenting reports to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and assistive technology, with experience leading technology-driven service improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with external partners and regulators.
- A deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities, with a commitment to person-centred support.

What can we offer you?
The salary band for this role is £62,000 - £68,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.

The Special Events Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a busy and varied schedule of events in the final year of the Stop MS Appeal. This position provides administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth execution of events, contributing to the achievement of the £100m target for MS research. You’ll be working with major donors and collaborating with many teams including philanthropy, corporates and trust.
The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills to assist with the preparation, coordination, and post-event follow-up.

About the role
The post is part of the Billing Project, an initiative by the London Legal Support Trust, funded by The Legal Education Foundation, aimed at providing specialist support to the free advice sector in London. The project focuses on improving legal aid billing practices to reduce the backlog of unbilled files, enhance cashflow, and maximise income from legal work under legal aid.
This is the fourth iteration of the project, building on the success of pilots launched in 2017.
This project is a collaborative effort between advice agencies. The Billing Coordinator(s) will be employed by the lead organisation and work across other host organisations, with the allocation of time between these organisations to be determined and agreed upon. The Billing Coordinator(s) will also collaborate with other billing professionals in the sector, some of whom have participated in previous pilot projects. Peer-to-peer support will be available to the postholder, and specialist training will be provided to anyone looking to grow within the role.
The purpose of the role is to develop systems that improve the efficiency of costing and billing legal aid files, and to provide a crucial coordination role within the organisations, supporting existing staff in ensuring files are billed promptly and accurately while maximising income from legal aid.

Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role will be prison based. Our Gambling Outreach And Living Support service GOALS is our community-based support service that provides bespoke and holistic 1:1 and group support to individuals and affected other impacted by gambling harms.
Our aim is to deliver an impactful GOALS service across London which builds effective networks of support for people before, during and after treatment.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to engage with communities across London, delivering the GOALS service and raising awareness of gambling-related harm through in-person community engagement. The role involves building strong, effective networks of support for individuals before, during, and after treatment, with a particular focus on those with lived experience of gambling harm and its effects on others.
As a key member of the team, the GOALS Community Supporter will work directly with individuals impacted by gambling harm, providing one-on-one support in a safe and confidential environment. The role also involves proactive outreach within the community, collaborating with local authorities, public sector bodies, businesses, and charitable organisations to raise awareness of gambling harm and promote available services.
Collaboration with key stakeholders in local authorities, public health sectors, and charitable organisations is essential to expanding the reach of the service, advocating for gambling harm awareness, and developing sustainable support networks. The post holder will also work closely with the GOALS Service Manager to ensure the integration of the service within the broader framework of local and national gambling treatment systems. This includes attending relevant events, networking with key stakeholders, and promoting other Betknowmore services to enhance the overall impact of the work.
Qualifications or Relevant Experience
- Two years minimum experience in a similar role.
- Professional qualification in health, social care/community at level 3 or working in health/social care/addiction.
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of gambling-related harm and its impacts on individuals and communities.
- Ability to effectively communicate gambling harm prevention messages and raise awareness of the services available to those in need.

About the role:
As a Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will be:
- You may be a qualified IDVA or a Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker wanting to develop your work for Black & Minoiritised victims of domestic abuse as part of our BMC team.
- Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
- Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
You will need:
- To be comfortable with running group training sessions and be willing and able to share your specialist knowledge with acute stakeholders..
- Have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to be able to influence the way in which this service is delivered are key.
- Have a knowledge of help-seeking intersectional barriers and the support needs of BMC idenified victims of domestic abuse (in heterosexual or same-sex relationships).
- Have a good understanding of domestic abuse including the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their children.
- Understand the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
- Understand safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
