About the Role
Reporting to our Marketing Manager this role plays an important part in supporting SIB’s strategy and focus.
We are looking for someone who:
• Can create compelling communications showcasing our programmes and funds
• Can provide expertise and oversight in the shaping and embedding of SIB’s external messaging
• Can produce accessible and well-written marketing materials for our programmes and funds
• Can update website communications and manage newsletters
• Can organise external events and coordinate team member attendance
• Can support formal and informal engagement with SIB’s customers and the internal team
• Is an enthusiastic self-starter with a commitment to open and transparent communication with a wide range of stakeholders
Key responsibilities
Marketing
1 Working with Marketing Manager to implement the Marketing Strategy, including contributing to campaigns, messages and stakeholder relations.
2. Supporting the implementation of marketing plans for specific funds, working with our delivery partners and sub-contractors, as appropriate, and helping with programme and fund roundtables and events.
3. Supporting the Director of Investments and the Marketing Manager in delivering new business strategies by providing market analysis and data, publicity plans, key messages, event planning, set up and coordination as necessary.
4. Supporting the Marketing Manager with marketing contacts in partner, investee and other stakeholder organisations, maintaining contacts and ensuring that SIB funds and programmes are represented across sector events and in peer publications.
5. Liaise with the Business Development Manager to contribute effectively to new tenders, including supplying accurate marketing and communications data and deliverable activities.
Communications
6. Working with the CEO, Deputy CEO and Marketing Manager to implement the Marketing Strategy, including developing and managing campaigns, messages and stakeholder relations.
7. Supporting the development of content and publications as required including newsletters, brochures and reports, case studies, blogs, articles, website content, e-newsletter content.
8. Working with the Marketing Manager and Policy and Communications Manager to liaise with external networks – national, third sector and key regional press contacts, other communications managers – to increase the reach of SIB’s work and to disseminate it widely.
9. To adopt our continuous improvement and learning ethos.
10. To support and embed equality, diversity and inclusion into day-to-day behaviours and activities within your role as well as contributing more widely across SIB’s commitment to E, D & I.
11. To support and contribute to the implementation and delivery of SIB’s strategy.

- Experience of creating impactful marketing materials and campaigns utilising multiple channels and platforms.

We have an opportunity available in the team at MASH for an Outreach Worker specifically focused on supporting women who live in Salford. This role is part time at 21 hours per week and will include one night-time outreach shift per week on the MASH van.

Using a gender and trauma-informed approach, the Salford Outreach Worker will support women sex working on the street and in saunas in Salford. They will deliver outreach one night per week to reach Salford residents street sex working. They will also undertake regular outreach sessions to indoor sex work premises during the day. They will develop professional networks in Salford to share intelligence, cascade information about the support MASH can offer and provide joint support to women.

ISEAL supports sustainability standards and similar market-based sustainability systems to improve their impacts on people and planet. Its membership team is the key point of contact for aspiring new Community Members, subscribers and existing member organisations. The coordinator will be in contact with a diverse range of organisations working in sustainability, assisting in pitching and providing specialist services, as well as helping prospective Community Members to navigate the member application process. Additionally, the role will coordinate activities relating to members fulfilling the requirements of membership and will ensure accurate record keeping for services and member related processes.
To be considered for this role, you will be highly organised with great attention to detail and a committed approach to serving customers or stakeholders. You will enjoy working on a varied and changing set of tasks related to different areas of membership provision. Having gained a good level of work experience, you are familiar with process administration, customer service, stakeholder engagement and communications. You have an interest in learning more about member compliance processes and service provision. This role reports to two associate managers in the team, covering the different aspect of the role.
Key Responsibilities we will entrust you with:
Services and member prospecting
- Act as the first point of contact and respond to enquiries about ISEAL, services and membership
- Schedule and co-lead prospect calls, pitching relevant services from our portfolio, taking notes and supporting follow up actions
- Help member prospects understand the value of ISEAL membership and our services, and coordinate outreach to prospective members ahead of Community Member application windows
- Use and continually improve record-keeping systems, tracking customer relationships on Salesforce and support member/customer prospecting processes
- Coordinate the ISEAL Insight subscription, including proactively recruiting new customers and supporting existing relationships, tracking payments, and coordinating the delivery of the Insight programme of content
- Support delivery of ISEAL’s training courses, including coordinating promotions, registrations and event logistics
- Deliver administrative tasks to support ISEAL’s tailored services processes, including preparing service agreements on contract management system and managing payments
Membership applications and compliance programme
- Coordinate application process for aspiring Community Members, providing guidance throughout their application journey, addressing questions, supporting submission of materials, and managing completeness checks and comment periods.
- Liaise between prospects and compliance team to respond to questions regarding application process and requirements and maintain application log in Salesforce.
- Create and coordinate member compliance activities, including piloting process and external independent evaluation schedules
- With supervisor support, develop and maintain effective relationships with members, prospect members and evaluators in relation to the compliance programme and application process.
- Deliver administrative tasks to support the compliance programme and application process, including but not limited to scheduling calls, sourcing and maintaining evaluator records of competence and conflict of interest
- Maintain and track data across various platforms, updating tracking logs, and update web content on the ISEAL website.
- Coordinate information and produce reports and minutes in support of programme management, Membership Committee and strategic development of the compliance programme
- Contribute to systematic measurement and improvement of the compliance programme
General
- Assist in promoting best practice in use of IT, communications and knowledge management systems within projects, and support efforts to help bring about improvements
- Provide ad hoc support to organisation-wide initiatives, if needs arise
- Be a collaborative and effective team member, liaising with colleagues at all levels across organisation

Experience, Knowledge and Attribute
- Experience working or interning in a support/administrative role, ideally in an international NGO, professional or membership organisation
- Some experience in a role focused on customer service/communications or user experience and genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational skills, with some experience with supporting administration, meeting coordination, logistics, contracts, proof-reading, communications, etc.
- Good time management and ability to organise multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently with precision and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written & spoken English, with proven ability to write clearly and concisely
- Confidence in communications with colleagues, customers and external partners, displaying professionalism and right level of tact and awareness of others
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders in online and in person setting (e.g. webinars, workshops etc)
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a largely remote, international environment, including regular international time-zone calls

Due to project expansion Aquarius Young People’s Substance Misuse Team are recruiting for several Complex Needs Practitioners - Substance Misuse across the county.
Aquarius has been providing structured and targeted interventions to young people engaging in, at risk of substance misuse or affected by parental substance misuse for many years.
You will work on an outreach basis, including visiting schools & colleges, the Children and Families service, the YOT as well as other local community agencies. The role will involve:
- supporting young people away from engaging in substance misuse
- providing young people with skills and coping strategies to manage their recovery journey
- delivering 1-1 and some group work interventions
- targeted outreach to engage 'hard-to-reach' young people
- delivery of service talks and substance misuse presentations to enhance external professional workforce development with our partner agencies.
Working hours will be Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week, most work will occur during the day, however as a young people’s service we may occasionally ask you to support out of hours sessional work.

Change Mental Health is a leading national mental health charity providing unique support to people with severe and enduring mental ill health. In this critical role you will work closely with the Co-Investigator (Jim Hume, Director of Public Affairs & Communications) to ensure effective and impactful delivery of all project outputs and outcomes. The position is a multi-agency project employed by Change Mental Health and will be working in partnership with NHS Highland Public Health, High Life Highland, Museums Heritage Highland, Highland third sector organisations, local community groups and the academic research team.
Our Project Coordinator will engage very closely with regional and local community members, setting up and chairing groups where required in partnership with the wider research team, researching process and impact, developing a toolkit, and disseminating findings via events and online media and communication.
The position requires travel throughout the Highlands. Therefore we are looking for the candidate to be based in the highlands, or in Edinburgh (at our National Office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the regional stakeholder group; organise and attend the group meetings, deputising for the Co-Investigator (Director of Public Affairs and Communications at Change Mental Health, Jim Hume) as required.
- Proactively assist in the set-up and management of the local co-design stakeholder groups in partnership with the research team; help with engaging local communities, networking and recruiting group members; liaise with Museums Heritage Highland and High Life Highland (providing venues).

What you’ll be doing
- The post holder will help advance Ukie’s policy work on aspects of UK and international policy impacting the games and interactive entertainment industry through:
- Monitoring policy changes and providing in-depth policy analysis, research, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Relationship building and engagement with Ukie members and wider sector stakeholders, including attendance at internal and external stakeholder meetings and coalition industry groups.
- Support the Senior Policy Manager in research for Ukie’s external consultation responses, co-ordinating with members and facilitating internal forums for discussions on particular issues.
- Support in organising events and engagement with policy makers within Whitehall, Westminster, the Devolved Governments and with regional, combined and local authorities as well as with our global partners in the EU, US and further afield.
- Assisting the policy and research teams with major public affairs projects and campaigns according to the UKIEs internal strategy and drawing on Ukie’s internal data and external partners where appropriate.
- Supporting and promoting Ukie at external political meetings, including our bi-annual Westminster Games Week.
- Support in raising the profile of Ukie and its significant policy priorities through external communications in partnership with the Ukie campaigns team, and through public scrutiny such as the use of written parliamentary questions.
- Acting as the lead point of contact for the APPG on Video Games and Esports to which Ukie acts as the secretariat and taking responsibility for liaising with its members.
- Lead on external policy communications such as the Ukie Policy Byte, the bi-weekly political newsletter, with support from Senior Policy Manager and Head of Policy where necessary.
- Be responsible for the team administration of internal stakeholder meetings, including sending out invites, taking minutes and preparing relevant material as well as maintaining up to date email lists of all stakeholders.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with games industry member businesses and a wide range of external bodies; including partner organisations, government officials and other trade bodies.

Qualifications and experience required for this role

This is an exciting and vital role to shape and deliver a multi-channel communications strategy for a leading mental health charity, focused on supporting the systems around children and young people including parents/carers, schools, colleges and universities. Worldwide Veterinary Service is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to lead on spearheading the Young Vets Club membership programme, an animal welfare club aimed at children aged 6 -12.

About the Investment Team
The Investment Team is responsible for selecting charity partners, managing our charity investments and supporting our charity partners to improve and scale their impact.
The Investment Team also leads the Impetus Leadership Academy, a leadership development programme to support talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles.

Job description – Investment Director
The Investment Director (ID) is a key member of the Investment Team, playing a leading role in identifying, assessing, and supporting portfolio partner charities and other non-profit organisations to deepen their impact and scale their outcomes. This role works closely with other Investment Directors and Investment Managers to deliver external facing support to portfolio partners as well as internal projects to support the development of the investment model and portfolio strategy.

Support to Impetus
- Developing expertise about “what works” in the sector through cultivation and use of expert input and engagement as well as investigation into key research and evaluative literature
- Working closely with team colleagues to use learnings from our work and domain expertise to inform our strategy, our model and delivery over time
- Leading on and contributing to internal topics, such as team strategy development, digital transformation, or equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Contribute towards Impetus’ public affairs and philanthropy objectives through input into case studies, research and policy campaigns, donor reports and fundraising events
- Sharing the learning from our work across the team, across the organisation and externally working within Impetus strategy, policies and procedures
- Engaging in Impetus pro bono, communications, and advocacy events, and engage charity partners appropriately in these events
- Where appropriate, line-managing and supporting Investment Managers on the team to grow and develop, and achieve their project, role and team objectives.

Desirable
- Experience in the non-profit (charity or social enterprise) sector, through work, as a pro-bono volunteer or Trustee capacity
- Experience in consulting, investment management, senior charity management, or other in-depth grant making and advisory work
- Knowledge and expertise in UK education or youth employability sectors
- Board experience in private, public or third sector
- Understanding of or experience with commissioning impact evaluations.

As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, you will be pivotal in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing strategic support. The Executive Assistant will cover the foundation broadly, from governance and trustee matters to supporting operational and strategic planning, preparing reports and supporting donor engagement. The Executive Assistant is key in helping the Chief Executive and foundation stay ahead of future needs, ensuring the organisation’s operations and goals are strategically aligned and allowing for proactive rather than reactive decision-making.
