This role is a 24 months fixed term contract (subject to extension). You will lead initiatives such as cloud migration, system integration, and enhanced data security, ensuring our systems operate efficiently and securely. You are an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in IT strategy and transformation, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. With a degree in Information Technology or a related field, and certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or cloud computing (e.g., Microsoft Azure), you bring the expertise needed to drive organisational efficiency and growth. Your project management skills, particularly in areas such as Azure migration and SharePoint implementation, are well-established, and you have a proven track record in integrating CRM, finance, and HR systems. Your leadership abilities, communication skills, and expertise in data protection and cybersecurity set you apart.

About the role
The Senior Campaigns and Communications Advisor works to amplify STOPAIDS’ impact and reputation across our key advocacy areas through public campaigns and mobilisation, youth engagement and communications, including social media, our website and branding resources.

The Vacancy
The Programme Officer will work within the Conflict Advisory Unit (CAU). The CAU provides high-quality advisory and technical support to a range of aid actors across the humanitarian, development and peacebuilding sectors, including donor institutions, UN agencies, international and national NGOs, civil society organisations, financial institutions and the private sector to integrate conflict sensitivity principles and practices into their strategies, policies, and programmes. MAP’s Mission
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement in the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon.
Job Purpose
MAP is in a period of ambitious growth and rapid development, as we respond to the massive humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and in the West Bank and Lebanon. The role of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is to provide leadership, drive and direction in the development and delivery of MAP’s new strategic ambition, maximising the charity’s sustainable impact.
This is a key role for MAP, and it is expected that the job holder would be making a long-term commitment to the organisation. The post-holder will be tasked with leading MAP to deliver on the strategic ambition of becoming a high impact, global £50 M+ income organisation which enables over 1 million Palestinians to access improved healthcare annually by 2028. MAP’s income in 2023 was £35 M and the forecast for 2024 is £47 M.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Vision and leadership
- Provide vision, leadership, direction and drive to achieve MAP’s strategic ambition and mission.
- Drive forward organisational transformation, together with the Senior Management Team, always remaining true to MAP’s values and focus on being locally led.
- Ensure that the Board of Trustees and its appointed committees are supported in their responsibility to ensure robust governance of MAP and provide advice and information to the Trustees regarding organisational performance and direction.

Experience

About the role
The Senior Project Officer will be supporting the delivery and documentation of Sightsavers’ ELFA project. You will collaborate with District Local Governments (DLGs) across all Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) endemic regions of Mozambique. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that LF elimination project activities are meticulously planned, implemented, monitored, evaluated, and documented in accordance with the highest standards outlined in Sightsavers’ Programme & Implementation Manual (PIM).
Responsibilities
- Support partners in managing all aspects of the project cycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, learning, adaptation, and evaluation.
- Work with partners to identify technical support needs for LF elimination estimates.
- Ensure project activities align with WHO guidelines and MoH of Mozambique standards.
- Implement project activities according to Sightsavers’ standards and quality assessment tools (QSAT).
- Coordinate transition and advocacy work with the government for project sustainability.
- Uphold gender, equity, social inclusion, value for money, and sustainability in interventions through integrated plans.
- Ensure routine data collection, entry, cleaning, and storage meet program needs and Sightsavers’ standards.

Essential:
- A tertiary qualification (bachelor’s or above) in social sciences, public health, development studies, or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing programmes, particularly health programmes and/or neglected tropical disease programmes with a focus on elimination.
- Experience in managing and guiding project teams to successful project implementation.
- Knowledge of the WHO LF approach to elimination.
- Experience working with Provincial and District Local Governments health departments.
- Demonstrated experience with statistical and data analysis packages (SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI).

About the Role

The International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is Nepal’s longest serving international NGO with over seven decades of experience working with Nepal’s poorest and most disadvantaged people and communities.

We seek an empathetic and proactive Volunteer Manager to join our team. We show we care by creating a strong volunteer network that supports anyone affected by macular disease; to do this, we need someone to manage and further develop a consistent and integrated volunteer management system. You will act as the main contact for all our volunteers across the UK, putting to use your outstanding organisation and communication skills. Using your volunteer experience, you will help us recruit, retain and manage volunteers. Understanding sight loss would be great, but more important is your ability to be understanding, approachable and supportive.

The Henry Moore Foundation, established by one of the greatest sculptors of the twentieth century and the largest artist-endowed grant-giving foundation in Europe, is seeking a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to manage its day to day financial activities, lead its financial strategy and help to ensure long-term sustainability. This is a unique opportunity to combine accountancy expertise with the chance to work in an inspiring, creative organisation with an international reach—surrounded by the legacy of Henry Moore in the picturesque Hertfordshire countryside.
As CFO, the successful candidate will manage all day-to-day financial operations, play an active role in the Senior Management Team, provide financial information and advice to the Board of Trustees, and lead the finance team of two direct reports. The role offers the opportunity to help shape the Foundation’s financial future while working in one of the UK's leading art institutions.
About the Role
The CFO will manage the day-to-day financial processes of the Foundation, including preparing budgets, management and annual accounts, drawing up VAT returns, payroll, and managing cash flow, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading financial strategy and planning to support the Foundation’s ambitions.
- Ability to combine a broad vision with detailed financial controls and understanding, balancing financial strategy alongside day to day processing
- Provide Trustees with the information and advice required to ensure effective corporate governance and financial viability
- Managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Managing significant cash movements for optimum yield
- Handling the financial aspects of acquisitions and disposals
- Review and sanction all agreements relating to financial duties, such as contracts for services and information technology assets
What you will bring?
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 3 years of senior management experience, ideally within the charity or cultural sector. You will have a strong understanding of charity finance regulations, VAT, Gift Aid, and financial reporting. Adaptability and flexibility are essential qualities in this role.
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum 3 years of senior management experience
- Expertise in charity finance regulations and VAT
- Experience in significant cash movements and cash flow forecasting
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, BrightPay)
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Understanding of investments and endowments is desirable
