The Senior Fundraising Operations Officer will lead on a number of weekly and monthly data import processes, ensuring income and supporter contact data is loaded accurately onto the CRM system.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Database Manager in the management and development of the Charity CRM database, championing its use across fundraising and identifying opportunities for system development. They will also work with colleagues across fundraising and communications to support the selection of data for marketing campaigns.

Key tasks

• Lead on the import of both online and offline income streams, investigating and resolving anomalies.
• Undertake data marketing selections, in conjunction with the Database Manager, liaising with fundraising colleagues on selection criteria.
• Work with the Database Manager to provide effective database and operational support to end users.
• Undertake all aspects of the Supporter Services Assistant role on days when they are not in the office, ensuring supporter enquiries are responded to, income processed twice weekly and donations thanked.
• Work with the Database Manager to develop and continuously improve database reporting across both Charity CRM and Power BI in support of the fundraising and communications operational plan.

As a Service Desk Support Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for providing end-user support, assisting in staffing the IT Service Desk and helping to maintain the College’s IT infrastructure. With your excellent customer service skills, you’ll work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders providing to them a high standard of support, to achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes.

• Provide day-to-day hands-on resolution of users ICS problems and issues which affect any aspect of RCR’s information systems.
• Keep service desk tickets updated in ITSM system.
• Carry out preventative maintenance of servers and systems.
• Ensure that resources are deployed as required, such as laptops, docking stations and AV/VC equipment.
• Deliver user training for new and existing IT systems.

The Lead of Grants and Programmes plays an integral role within the team to deliver impact to tens of thousands of dogs and cats around the world. The Lead will manage the team of expert grant managers, guiding and empowering them to achieve impact. 

The Lead will oversee several portfolios of work within the grants and programmes function at Battersea, as we expand our work to impact more dogs and cats. This is a senior role within the Grants and Programmes team in the Global Programmes Directorate, requiring excellent experience of people management, impact measurement, good grant making practice and implementing strategic programmes. 

The successful postholder should be comfortable empowering others, taking a coaching approach to team management and in supporting the team to shape proposals and portfolios of work to advance the collective interests of a team. Sutton Carers Centre works in partnership to help improve and maintain the quality of life for these Young and Adult Carers living, working, studying or caring in the London Borough of Sutton. 

We are looking to recruit to a key and rewarding role in our charity. The members of our team are highly skilled, passionate and committed, so we are looking for an experienced administrator who can support them. You’ll be responsible for arranging and confirming bookings for Theatre in Education play performances within schools, coordinating DSMF events and working with the existing Bookings Administrator to support our ever-growing delivery of drug education workshops withing schools. The Latin American Women’s Rights Service (LAWRS) is a human rights and feminist organisation led by and for Latin American migrant women in the UK. Our work is dedicated to supporting the immediate and long-term needs of Latin American migrant women exposed to violations of their fundamental human rights; facing violence against women and girls, exploitation or trafficking; enduring difficult living and working conditions in low paid jobs and facing barriers to social protection.

LAWRS Social Change team reflects our inclusive approach to developing policy, advocacy and campaigning work by centring the experience of the most marginalised and excluded women to call for social justice. We are looking for a Project Lead (peer support) who will manage all aspects of  a new project, from developing detailed plans and timelines to collaborating with our steering committee to define objectives and success criteria. By building strong links with the community and engaging with existing support groups and healthcare professionals, you’ll help to create a robust network for those affected by ovarian cancer. Additionally, you’ll oversee communication strategies, produce high-calibre progress reports, and continuously evaluate the project’s impact.  This project is supported by the National Lottery Community Fund

The role is a full time, 35 hours per week, 3 year fixed-term contract position.

The Senior Programme Development Specialist  will work on complex and major bids, often on multimillion consortia, commercial contracts and multi-country partnerships, and will be expected to take a high degree of responsibility for developing successful bids including negotiations with internal and external partners. 

This position will drive a high-quality bidding process with institutional donors and large foundations to build a healthy and sustainable funding pipeline so that CIUK can achieve our programme goals. You will work closely with technical advisory teams, country offices, finance colleagues, and other partners in order to deliver winning bids, which showcase CARE’s programme innovation and deliver impact as well as ensuring adequate cost recovery for CIUK.
