You will plan and manage content and developments across all digital channels including website, X/Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. You will coordinate and manage the content and distribution of our monthly newsletter and work with the communications team to deliver our weekly internal newsletter. You make best use of analytic tools to report on digital performance and make recommendations to improve the Foundation’s response and engagement online. You will work with colleagues across the wider organisation to plan and co-manage multi-channel campaigns. You will liaise with key external stakeholders and contacts.
This role requires excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms where a large proportion of your professional experience has been planning and delivering engaging content across digital channels. It also requires good working knowledge and professional experience of using content management systems (ideally Umbraco) and understanding website best practice, social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook) including using scheduling tools and understanding the different algorithms, and email marketing platforms (ideally Mailchimp) with an understanding of what makes for engaging emails.

Digital Experience Lead

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Digital Experience Lead will help to make a mark on the transformation and future proofing of all Stroke Association websites and microsites whilst helping the digital marketing team to maximise income, supporter recruitment and retention too.

Role Profile
You’ll work in a multifunctional, three person project team alongside a Digital Strategy Manager and Digital Creative Expert. The three of you will cover everything needed to execute your projects, coordinating with our technology team and working with external design capacity to deliver outstanding results for your partners, and renew and grow your partnerships.
The teams are designed to be flexible and nimble, chopping and changing who does what to best meet the needs of the project and the capacity of each team member. However, each role has a set of primary areas of expertise which you’ll typically be in charge of on most projects. As the team’s expert in those areas, it’s your responsibility to make sure your team does them to an exceptional standard, whether you’re delivering them yourself or supporting a team member to cover them on a given project.
As a Digital Strategy Expert, your primary areas of expertise are all things strategy, project management and delivery. Benefits and location
Salary: £34,162 if you live inside London, £30,502 (plus £3,000 travel expense allowance) if you live outside London. Under our Employee Ownership Trust model, all team members will also receive an equal share of the profits each year. The amount will depend on how much profit is made.
Contract Term: This is a permanent, full time contract.
Hours: We work a 30-hour 4-day week, from Monday to Thursday. Please note - as this is a full time role, you are not permitted to undertake any additional regular paid work on the Friday.
Location: You can work remotely from anywhere in the UK or use our office in London Fields, East London. About the role
We’re looking for a digital product manager at Breast Cancer Now to oversee the development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of a wide range of digital products. You’ll be working on large-scale projects alongside agencies and stakeholders across the organisation.
You’ll be responsible for delivering innovative projects which support the development of Breast Cancer Now’s digital offering, creating roadmaps and using insights to understand user needs.
This role is a 24-month fixed term contract.
About you
You’ll have excellent product management skills and understanding of Agile methodologies and experience of end-to-end product delivery.
You’ll use your organisational skills to manage projects and be used to working as a point of contact with stakeholders and accepting internal briefs. You’ll also have experience working with digital agencies from bug fixes to ensuring successful delivery of projects.
You’ll have experience of user experience led design and optimising digital products based on user needs. You’ll be adept at making decisions based on research and analysis.
