Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Director to create and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies, including annual plans, campaigns, creative direction, customer journeys and target audience insights.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support Elam’s core product offerings, with a particular focus on the Safar Discipleship app.
- Campaign Execution and Management:
- Oversee the production of a wide range of marketing assets, working closely with copywriters and designers to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including organic and paid media strategies, to achieve acquisition and retention goals.
- Content Development:
- Help shape Elam’s story, creating compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, inspire action, and build awareness.
- Develop impactful marketing materials, including annual reports, publications, email campaigns, and digital content.
- Performance Analysis:

Essential:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
- Experience producing a wide range of marketing materials, including digital content and publications.
- Strong IT skills, including familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress), marketing analytics tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to analyse data to evaluate campaign performance and inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

FUNDRAISING LEADERSHIP

- Lead the implementation of the fundraising strategy, setting annual plans, income targets and budgets

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential skills and experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in fundraising, including a track record of securing high-value gifts of six figures.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering fundraising strategies, including corporate partnerships, major gifts, trusts, and foundations.
- Sound leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets. The Fundraising Director will manage a team of two within a wider organisation of 25 staff.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with donors, corporate sponsors, grant-making bodies, and stakeholders, including grassroots and volunteer-driven fundraising efforts.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and reporting on fundraising performance, with a focus on KPIs and success metrics.
- Ability to set and achieve clear fundraising growth targets, ensuring alignment between current income portfolios and projected expansion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising proposals and cases for support.
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations, data protection laws (GDPR), and ethical fundraising best practices.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with senior leadership teams to align fundraising activities with the charity’s mission and objectives.
- Knowledge of donor stewardship best practices, ensuring structured donor engagement journeys and retention initiatives.

What the job involves
This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in driving impactful external communication strategies that support Individual Giving and Events and Community Fundraising. As a key player in the Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team, you’ll enable the integration of mass fundraising activities into wider organisational communications, inspiring action to fund life-saving initiatives that help men navigate prostate cancer.

We are seeking someone to join our team as Librarian. Trinity College Bristol is a vibrant community of around 60 undergraduate and taught postgraduate students, many training for ordination in the Church of England. The College is made up of both residential and context-based learners, both full- and part-time, as well as a lively cohort of a further 60 postgraduate research students.
In this part-time role you would be responsible for organising and maintaining the library at Trinity College and for ensuring it is suitably equipped and resourced to support the academic work of the college. The role involves assisting library users in induction and access to the library collection. The library consists of about 55,000 volumes, plus an extensive digital collection.

In this role our successful applicant will manage a range of direct marketing campaigns including DRTV, cold mail, inserts, telemarketing, and digital. In addition to this they will develop supporter engagement communications for our pet sponsorship.
We are looking for a proactive individual with the desire to grow and develop our programme, someone who has exceptional project management skills, attention to detail and is a multi-tasker. They will be a strong communicator, able to build collaborative relationships across the organisation and with external agencies. They will also have a proven track record of delivering successful direct marketing campaigns to recruit new supporters or customers across multiple channels and products.
They will:
- Support the Senior Development Manager - Acquisition in the on-going development of the supporter acquisition strategy.
- Project manage a range of direct marketing campaigns from creative, to data selection and analysis.
- Support with the development of the annual budget and manage campaign budgets with a total expenditure of £1.9M
- Manage and coach Woodgreen’s Acquisition Executive.
- Work with a range of external agencies and suppliers such as media and creative agencies. As well as our internal teams including creative and digital.

The Role
5Rights Foundation is seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing external communications, strengthening our media presence, and ensuring our messaging aligns with the organisation’s pioneering and ambitious global advocacy objectives.
