You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality admissions service.

Scope

The RHN is a leading national centre of excellence, providing adult person-centred services that span the entire care pathway from post-acute rehabilitation services to end of life care, for people with complex Neuro-disability and their families, underpinned by a strong research and education programme.

The Fundraising Department is a small and friendly team, responsible for raising funds for a variety of vital therapies and services for the patients and residents. Furthermore, through a variety of income streams, the team helps to fund capital projects, such as ward refurbishments and new facilities.

The post-holder will become a key part in the development and growth of the charity, maximising financial income and raising awareness of the RHN. You will maximise existing relationships and opportunities through excellent supporter stewardship and will identify new fundraising opportunities. This role will involve occasional weekend and evening work, so a flexible approach is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Work together with the Community Fundraising Manager to organise the full calendar of fundraising events, including sporting/challenge, bespoke, special and community events, working towards a £230,000 target and £3.1m team target.
• Recruit participants for a range of existing sporting and challenge events whilst identifying new activities. Overseeing the marketing and stewardship of each.
• Act as first point of contact to community and challenge supporters, providing a first-class standard of supporter care and stewardship to maximise fundraising and supporter experience.
• Support in the delivery of a small portfolio community fundraising events including (but not limited to) the Christmas Fair, Bridge events and school fun runs
• Support volunteers organising their own events in addition to third party fundraising events.
• Identify and build relationships with new community groups

About the Service

Hertfordshire Mind Network (HMN) delivers Hertfordshire’s CAMHS Early Help Digital Intervention Service, With YOUth. The CYP Group Facilitator will be responsible for implementing and delivering the group support aspect of an innovative partnership between BfB Labs and HMN.

Together, we will provide a countywide early help digital intervention service that is accessible to children and young people and their families, aged 5-18, at the earliest point of an emerging emotional wellbeing and/or mental health need. The service will operate between 14:00 – 22:00 seven days a week.

About the Role

Our trauma-informed model offers a range of support options for CYP, based around digital interventions and supported by one-to-one and group sessions, so children and young people can engage in the way that works best for them. The service will build resilience in CYP by working with them to develop coping strategies and solutions that will enable them to improve their own health and wellbeing. We will also provide advice and guidance to parents/families/carers and professionals to provide a holistic response to supporting CYP and creating a network around them to empower and enable positive change.

The objectives of the With YOUth Digital Intervention Service are to:

• Promote resilience and strategies that encourage coping and self-management for CYP, enabling a reduction in referrals to more specialist provision.
• Increase the number of CYP who access evidence-based mental health interventions.
• Ensure more CYP in Hertfordshire have improved awareness and knowledge about emotional wellbeing and mental health.
• Develop an early intervention pathway for children and young people to enable individuals to get timely, responsive support aligned to their needs.
• Reduce waiting times for CYP MHS by providing a timely and effective early help service.
• Help parents and carers to better support their CYP through access to relevant, clear and accessible information about mental health and emotional wellbeing.
• Provide a safe and secure online environment for CYP.
• Reduce the number of CYP experiencing a relapse in their mental health.
• Contribute to the de-stigmatisation of mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Job Purpose

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator position sits within the Research, Evidence and Learning team and will make a key contribution to the quality of our programmes. The post holder will keep abreast of state-of-the-art M&E approaches to ensure the use of technically appropriate monitoring and evaluation models and information systems. The post holder will support the design of new programmes as well as provide technical advice and input to the monitoring, evaluation and learning of existing programmes. Building MEL Capacity Provide hand-on technical assistance to teams in the monitoring, evaluation and review of existing projects. Support staff with development/use of MEL tools and processes. Founded in 1997, GamCare is one of the leading providers of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. The Role

You will assist with the day-to-day delivery of a support service across the UK, including regular line management and case management supervision of Outreach and Engagement Practitioners and Womens Services Officers. You will also support the Programme Manager in planning the set up and launch of the support service in Northern Ireland.

Alongside service delivery, you will develop innovative ways to listen to and support women experiencing gambling harm. You will incorporate the opinions of women with lived experience of gambling harm into current and any new service design and delivery to ensure the support is responsive to the diverse needs of women.

The Women’s Pathway also delivers awareness raising training for professionals and digital support tools and resources for both women and professionals across the UK. You will work collaboratively with the training provision to develop digital support content, ensuring a joined-up offer to women and professionals.

You will need the ability to provide leadership to the Women’s Pathway on delivering safe, effective and women focused gambling harm support.

You will have demonstrable experience of case management and case management supervision for clients with varying needs who are seeking a change in behaviour to overcome harm caused.

The Fundraising Lead will play a critical role in supporting our ‘sustainability' strategic priority to ensure Cycle Sisters can access the resources it needs to keep making a difference.   This post-holder will lead on growing Cycle Sisters’ unrestricted income, with a focus on community fundraising and corporate partnerships.

• Develop and implement a regular giving strategy, helping us to progress donors from one-off to regular giving

• Work with the CEO to develop a “membership” scheme to generate regular income from Cycle Sisters’ participant network with incentives and benefits for members

Corporate Fundraising 

Working closely with the CEO: 

• Develop relationships with existing corporate partners, ensuring partners feel valued and are receiving regular updates

• Research and identify new corporate fundraising prospects.  Develop relationships through networking and representing Cycle Sisters externally.

• Create tailored packages to secure in-kind and financial support from corporate partners 

• Develop ideas for earned income services for corporate partners e.g. led rides

Position: POD36 Internal Communications Officer

Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide (However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (it will include team meetings to London and Birmingham)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (flexible working available)

Salary: Circa £30,700 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,100 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)

Contract: This is maternity cover until 31 December 2025

As an Internal Communications Officer, you’ll partner with colleagues to design, curate and craft great internal communications for volunteers and staff to drive a great experience.

You will:

· Write clear, transparent and accessible messages for different audiences to help staff and volunteers get what they need while volunteering or at work.

· Be an expert in using our network of internal communication channels (including Viva Engage, Teams, Zoom, DotDigital and an intranet) encouraging staff and volunteers to connect with, and feel connected to, the charity, our strategy, and our work.

· Respond to general queries such as technical fixes, proofreading, improving channels, pulling reports, while working at pace.

· Collaborate and coach others to understand the real problem or opportunities to help them achieve their communication goals.

About You

You’ll have:

· Experience working in an internal or external communications team.

· Experience using a wide range of internal communications channels to engage a large/multi-team and remote working workforce.

· Excellent writing skills, using audience understanding and insight to craft messages.

· The ability to develop, design and execute an internal communications plan to meet people’s needs.

· An understanding of workplace culture, experience and communication principles.

· An understanding of coaching techniques to help others find solutions.

We are looking for a creative, ambitious and supportive team member to work across the fundraising and communications department and help us build awareness and engagement with our key audiences, especially hospital teams.

As Communications and Fundraising Assistant, you will play a particularly prominent role in telling the story of what Charity funding makes possible at King’s – generating high quality content to communicate the difference we’re making, and helping our communications officer to bring it to life it on our digital channels. It will suit somebody who uses social media extensively in their personal life and can draw on that insight to help the team connect with our audiences.

Key Tasks

• Working with the Communications Officer to create content for websites, digital platforms, social media, email campaigns and other channels. This includes the Trust’s Inside King’s magazine as well as our own channels. It could involve interviewing staff, patients and volunteers, creating films, taking photographs.
• Organising, distributing and updating the Charity’s marketing materials around the Trust, including posters, leaflets and banners.
• Helping to maintain the Charity’s social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, producing analytics reports and using insights to inform future strategy.
• Developing our use of Sharepoint as an internal communications channel, and maintaining the Charity’s presence on the King’s staff intranet.
• Helping the Communications Officer keep our website fresh and engaging, identifying key user journeys and supporting colleagues across the charity to use the website to achieve business goals.
• Acting as a champion for the Charity’s work by attending regular events and assist in delivering internal engagement opportunities, such as fundraising events, celebrations, and so on.
• Generating reports on the team’s KPIs across all digital platforms, helping to improve user journeys across our digital platforms.
• Keeping communications and fundraising systems running smoothly, including the media library, filing systems, budget, and planning and reporting processes.
• Building effective relationships with digital suppliers such as website agency.
• Acting as an ambassador for and representing the Charity in a professional and efficient manner.

Person Specification

• Experience of working or volunteering in marketing or communications in a professional environment.
• Experience of supporting an organisation’s digital presence across social media, website, email marketing and internal channels.
• Extensive personal experience of using social media platforms
• Understanding of basic digital analytics tools and processes, such as Google Analytics.

This role is about making sure our visual identity is the best it can be. That means developing our brand, making sure it's inclusive and accessible across a wide range of projects and key corporate assets for digital and print. This role also has lead responsibility for photography and video projects and ensuring our communications are produced with accessibility in mind. • Extensive skills and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

About the role: 

The successful applicant will work alongside our Trustees, our CEO and our existing Head of Fundraising and Communications in a jobshare to meet challenging fundraising targets. You will be joining us at an exciting time of development, as we open at our third site in Islington, welcome new members of staff to our team and begin work on a new strategy for 2025-2028. We are seeking an experienced Fundraising and Events Officer. In this role you will be responsible for driving, creating and implementing our short and long-term fundraising and events strategy. The role will involve a close working relationship with our Operations Officer and our Board of Trustees. Herts Young Homelessness works with 16–24-year-olds who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness and those whose families are at risk of relationship breakdown. Their services empower young people to deal with the difficult situations in their lives, giving them the ability and confidence to 'do it themselves' and ultimately find stability.

The postholder will manage a portfolio of individual donors, providing excellent stewardship through meaningful engagement and thoughtful communications. You’ll work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications and the Events Officer to achieve a team target of £453,000.

To succeed in the role of Individual Giving Officer, you will need:

• An understanding of support acquisition and retention, supporter journey development and motivations for giving
• Experience of using a CRM database to support relationship management
• Understanding of developing fundraising or communication initiatives or campaigns
