The role is 21 hours per week and is home-based, living in the Merseyside and Isle of Man area, but will involve extensive travel within the region and occasional travel across England and Wales.

We are currently commissioned to deliver trauma-informed therapy services in 15 prisons across the Northwest of England and we need your help delivering these services in the following estates:

Believe you are right for this role?
You will be a qualified counsellor / psychotherapist who holds at least a Diploma in Counselling / Psychotherapy or equivalent and be registered with BACP or equivalent (preferably an accredited member). You will understand issues relating to trauma, be able to work as part of a team and feel confident working in a prison setting.
