About the role
Music Services is the delivery arm of Nordoff Robbins and encompasses the provision of music therapy and related activities including education, training and research. The Music Services Administrator will work closely with the Regional Manager and alongside other Music Services Administrators to ensure that the reception and admin function is well run, organised, efficient and effective, and that clients, visitors and callers have a positive experience when they spend time with us. Many of our clients lead challenging lives and include vulnerable children and adults. This role is therefore subject to a basic DBS check.

Job Summary
The purpose of the Area Giving and Finance Adviser role is to provide comprehensive finance support to churches within the Stepney Area, aiding them in the development of their ministries, manage Common Fund giving and to support the Area Bishop’s staff team in the management of resources including monitoring clergy post numbers, curate funding, and other financial matters. WorkWell is an exciting new government/DWP initiative to get people back to work. As well as providing work placement support, it will also address and support any physical or mental health needs via a Mental Health Provider and Physical Health Advisor who form part of the team. The pilot in Surrey will be going live in December and aims to empower people to take control of their health, wellbeing and any impacts this is having on their employment. That’s where you come in.
This front-line management role comes with responsibility for the day-to-day management of staff and supporting the Service Lead with the running of the service to ensure we provide recovery focused delivery. Seeing that operational KPIs, outcomes, utilisation and voids, etc., are met will be vital too, as will ensuring data entry to MI & reporting systems is accurate, timely and in line with quality assurance requirements. The Impact Evaluation Manager plays a critical role in driving Business Launchpad (BLP) and Tooting Works’ (TW) impact and financial goals by evaluating our efforts, securing funding, and reporting to stakeholders.
The Impact Evaluation Manager will lead on our ambition to have BLP become self-sustaining by securing grants from trusts and foundations. You’ll develop and implement robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks, gather impactful data, and effectively communicate our successes to funders, partners, and the communities we serve.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and deeply committed to fostering strong relationships with our young entrepreneurs, tenants, and partners, ensuring the outcomes and value of our work are clearly articulated and understood.

Responsibilities
Impact Strategy and Reporting
- Ensure that all reporting is aligned with both funders’ requirements and the organisation's broader impact goals, while preserving its independence and vision.
- Lead the design, review, and implementation of BLP’s impact framework and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Provide support to both Business Launchpad (BLP) and Tooting Works (TW) by designing and delivering training on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) methods, ensuring teams across both organisations are equipped to confidently produce and apply evidence-based work
- Develop and oversee the implementation of monitoring tools and processes that provide actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions.
- Refine and update data collection tools, train and support team members in their effective use, and continuously evaluate and improve the tools and processes to enhance data accuracy and impact measurement.

As the Senior MEL Officer in the MEL team, you will support the Head of Impact & Learning and the MEL Manager, as well as the Programmes & Impact department and wider team, to measure and analyse the quality and impact of our programming. You’ll use your strong organisation skills, experience in data collection and analysis, and ability to identify key trends and impact in our work. You will also work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that our impact and expertise in working with women entrepreneurs is measured and communicated accurately and effectively to our Board of Trustees and external stakeholders.
Department purpose
This role sits within the Programmes & Impact department, which is responsible for the development and delivery of our programmes and services, ensuring they are delivered to a high quality, remain responsive to women entrepreneurs’ needs and have demonstrable impact. The department is divided into three teams: Entrepreneurship, which is responsible for delivery of services such as HerVenture and the four ‘Road to’ programmes, Mentoring, which is responsible for development and delivery of the Mentoring Women in Business programme, and MEL, which is responsible for quality impact measurement, analysis and research.
Key responsibilities
Main obligations
- Support the development and implementation of MEL systems and tools across Mentoring and Entrepreneurship projects, providing the Foundation with the necessary information to understand our impact and inform programme improvements.
- Support in collection and analysis of organisational KPIs and provide overall operational support for the MEL team.
Specific responsibilities
- Programme Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
- Ensure up-to-date programme monitoring and evaluation materials (surveys, data collection tools and theoretical frameworks) are in place for existing programmes as well as those that are in development.
- In collaboration with colleagues in the Mentoring and Entrepreneurship teams, execute the annual calendar of programme and partner surveys, including uploading and testing the surveys.
- Develop analysis plans aligned to key research questions, programme goals and logical frameworks.

To be successful, they will need to be able to multitask, be proactive and have excellent communication skills, following up and advising staff across all teams. They will need to have a positive attitude, and willingness to assist the whole team with other administrative tasks as and when required. This role is predominantly working from home, with at least one day per week working in the office in Leatherhead.
This is a part time position (0.6 FTE) to include Monday and Thursday. There may be a requirement to pick up additional hours to support with busy periods.

You will play an essential role in ensuring that our services run smoothly and meet their contractual and quality requirements. You will carry out key administration functions across both Hubs, including Health and Safety, dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, processing referrals, data inputting and analysis, administering petty cash and carrying out key finance functions such as credit card requisitions, invoice processing and supporting with management accounts variance reporting.

About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about tackling social injustice. About the team
You will be part of an existing multi-disciplinary team that offers housing and homelessness advice and support across Greater Manchester. It consists of a solicitor led legal team providing advice and representation, and an advice service providing advice, support and guided self-help to people with housing, debt or welfare benefit issues. There is also a committed and skilled team of volunteers that offer peer support, mentoring and more general volunteering adding significant value to our core service offer.
