As the Events Programme Manager you will:

In order to be successful, you must have experienced :

• Event experience gained working in a membership organisation, preferably in healthcare
• Experience working with different stakeholders, including speakers/chairs and event committees
• Demonstrable skills in physical and virtual event/meeting delivery
• Experience of using Zoom for virtual events and onboarding virtual speakers
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience of using CRM to manage events
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Female Specialist Support Worker (equivalent to Female Specialist Housing Caseworker) on a Permanent on a full-time basis at our female only scheme in Stoke Newington.

The service is part our Complex Needs Service in London, a supported housing scheme for single homeless females aged 16-21 years, including care leavers and ex-offender with high support needs.

We support young women to gain independence, supporting them holistically to reach their goals/aspirations and move on to independent living.

What we’re looking for:

• Do you have a background working with vulnerable young females (18-21 years) within either a social housing, education, or charity sector where the focus is their development and personal growth?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Neighbourhood Services Officer who understands effective management of neighbourhood services and contractors to join our small, but supportive, Housing & Neighbourhoods Team working on all aspects of Neighbourhood and Estates. It is an interesting and varied role for an engaging, solution-focused person, with a passion for providing smooth running of the neighbourhoods, support and assist residents and work colleagues and someone who wants to add value within an organisation.

You will bring your knowledge and experience of conducting routine inspections of neighbourhoods and coordinate with contractors to schedule and oversee cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance activities, including building maintenance, cleaning, maintenance of communal areas, monitoring CCTV. • Conduct routine inspections of neighbourhoods to assess cleanliness and maintenance standards, identifying areas in need of attention.
• Be customer centred, welcoming new residents to their neighbourhoods and ensure information is made available on a range of local services.
• Carry out neighbourhood inspections in line with the programme set out by ISHA, such as checking cleaning and gardening meets the required standards.
• Monitor cleaning and gardening services, check cctv systems, lifts, check and test communal lightings, rotate communal bins and litter pick. Undertake visual weekly safety checks on playgrounds and equipment where applicable. Record your findings on our housing management system database.
• Take ownership and responsibility for any service-related complaints/queries from customers ensuring that the customers experience is positive, professional and within set timescales at all times.

Hope Place is a new supported accommodation service located in Slough comprising 10 self contained rooms with a staff office on site. The service accommodates and support people who experience moderate to high complex mental illness, many of whom will also have a range of additional and complex needs, for example drug and alcohol misuse issues and personality disorders.

Hope Place provides care and support for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays. The service is covered at night by designated Waking Night staff. Support Workers will be required to work on a rota basis, covering early and late shifts, including at weekends and Bank Holidays.

The service has a focus on enabling and utilise customers' skills. Amongst other responsibilities, the successful candidates will support service users to acquire tenancy sustainment and budgeting skills, encourage and facilitate group activities, socialisation, opportunities for training and employment.

The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day to day management of their designated service, including line managing the relevant front line staff. You will lead and develop competence of direct reports as well as carry caseloads of customers requiring support. You will work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets, both financial and those around the quality of the service.

The Role

Working as part of the wider Technology department, the Salesforce Data Analyst Manager reports to the Head of Technology and will work closely with the Technical Solutions Specialist and the wider Salesforce project team.

This role is responsible for the quality of data imported and exported from Salesforce and our SQL databases.

The Data Analyst Manager will implement and oversee a data strategy to streamline ETL processes, ensure data quality and produce regular data quality reports. Additionally, they will be responsible for the administering and securing of our SQL server used for data-centric processes. You will be seen as a subject matter expert in their field, providing support across the organisation on a range of key projects.

About You

We’re looking for a hands-on manager, who can get stuck in on the daily tasks and lead a team of data analysts who are tasked with day-to-day operational duties.

You will have:

· Extensive experience of managing and developing a data analyst team

· Proven history of leadership and mentoring

· Proven experience in data management, analysis, reporting and visualisation

· Proven track record of identifying and remediating data inaccuracies to maintain high data quality

· Extensive experience of administering Microsoft SQL, SQL Server

· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools

· Strong experience of Salesforce NPSP administration

· Experience of working in the nonprofit sector is desirable

The role

Our key priorities at FareShare UK are to grow the food volumes accessible to the charities and community groups we support across the UK. Food partners (manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, importers, packers, catering providers, producers and others) are pivotal in helping us to meet these priorities, providing access to food and many other strategic resources. You will help identify and overcome the barriers to food redistribution and increase the volumes of foods available to FareShare from food partners and their wider supply chains.

Working with marketing and relevant teams you will develop sales materials to open opportunities for more food and other resources from top partners.

You will lead new business development for FareShare Go and work closely with the FareShare Go operations team to mutually agreed objectives. You will support the team to develop new opportunities to deliver the FareShare Go service to food partners including meeting tenders and developing compelling propositions for partners.

Bath Welcomes Refugees (BWR) is a small charity established in 2016 by volunteers with the initial intention of supporting Syrian Refugees. Since then, there have been growing crises across in the world, Afghanistanand Ukraine being the most significant recently. 

We provide a wide range of support to those seeking refuge and to make a new life in Bath and the surrounding area. Our servicesinclude providinglanguage tuition , arranging for their education, help setting up homes andproviding other support services to enable them to live independently and settle into the local community.

Whilst we work with other local charities and agencies to provide the support needed by an ever-growing number of refugees and asylum seekers BWR depends on its 250 volunteers and their enthusiasm, invaluable expertise, experience and dedication to provide a range of support to those seeking refuge and to make a new life in Bath. 

BWR is looking to recruit a part time Volunteer Coordinator on an initial one-year contract. Reporting to the Operations Officer you will be responsible for recruiting, overseeing induction, training as well as the day-to-day coordination and supervision of our volunteers. 

To be successful in this position, you will need to be

Outline of the Role

 You will be the key volunteer contact, recruiting, co-ordinating training, carrying out background and DBS checks and supporting volunteers in their various roles across the organisation to enable BWR to meet its aims.

• You will work with and provide support to the Operations Officer, Team Leaders, the Refugee and Asylum Seeker Support Coordinator and to ensure we provide appropriate resources to support our families and individuals to meet their individual specific needs. 
• Assess the suitability of volunteersin their allotted volunteer role, in conjunction with the Team leader, prior to the end of their probationary period and identify the need for additional training or other support required for the volunteer to be successful in their role.
• Provide information about the work of BWR to potential volunteers and promote volunteering in the wider community to identify potential volunteers.
• Maintaining our Case Management System.
• Liaising with the Communications Team in relation to the website and other digital communications in respect of volunteer activity.
• This is an initial one-year contract, with hybrid working (office and home). The role will require flexibility to attend meetings, liaising with refugee families and asylum seekers either during the day, evening or at weekends within the Bath and surrounding area. 

The role is based on 29 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £25-27k full time equivalent (commensurate with experience).

The role will require an enhanced DBS check.

The role

This is an important post for the organisation and as the Qualified Management Accountant you will be responsible for leading the management accounting and financial planning of the charity.
