About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Started in 2016, its vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. In 2024 our workforce of over 200 staff and 13,000 volunteers collected and distributed the equivalent of 38 million meals to Londoners in need. This is done through a network of 1,200 community organisations and schools who are working on the frontline to feed people who are experiencing hunger and cannot afford to regularly buy the food they need. The Felix Project works with hundreds of suppliers from across the food industry, including supermarkets, wholesalers, farms and restaurants to rescue high quality surplus food, that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste.
In London, one in four working families regularly struggle to afford to feed their children, equating to an estimated 325,000 families across the capital. The cost of food has increased by 30% in the past three years and one in eight working families have less than £3 a day for food, after paying their bills. About 20% of working families have been forced to access a food support service for the first time during 2024 due to the rising cost of living.
Our work has never been more needed, and demand continues to grow. We are building our expertise and impact in response. The Felix Project now operates from four main depots in North, South, East, and West London, with ‘point-to-point’ projects in Central London and Canary Wharf. Felix’s Kitchen in our East London depot produces up to 5,000 meals per day from surplus food. Felix’s Multibank in West London distributes non-food items to those who need it most. As part of the charity’s involvement with The Coronation Food Project, we are launching an innovative food processing lab – The Felix Food Factory.
Purpose of the Job
The Felix Project is looking for a talented individual to help manage and support on implementing their corporate partnerships strategy. This role will sit within our growing Corporate Partnerships Team as part of the wider Income Generation & Marketing Team. The purpose of this role will be to lead on account mangement of a portfolio of small-medium sized partners, while also supporting on the management of our larger partners. Further, you will work with our New Business team to identify, cultivate, and secure new business. As a key member of the fundraising team, we expect the Senior Officer to actively contribute to the implementation of The Felix Project’s fundraising strategy.
As an established team, we have networks and pipelines in place but there will be a requirement for the post holder to innovate and develop new ways of working in-line with the fast-paced operational requirements of the charity.

Additional Information
We ask all members of Age UK's Partnerships and Philanthropy department to work from our London office at least once a week to enable collaboration, skills development and team dynamics (currently Thursdays).
From time to time, we may also require the successful candidate to come into our London office for face-to-face meetings with funders and colleagues at other times in the week: as per the terms of our hybrid contracts we aim to give seven days' notice when this happens.

About the Role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading on the acquisition and development of new corporate partners with the intention of driving sales, year-on-year revenue growth and profitability, across the corporate partnership’s portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this role focuses on securing revenue from leading organisations, both in the UK and internationally, and supports the successful delivery of corporate sponsorship activities, working with colleagues across the RIBA.
This role includes targeting, engaging and developing business with potential clients in our business category. These include, software providers, accountants, lawyers, banks, property companies, developers and built environment consultants.
You will be required to
- Actively seek, secure and maintain new long-term commercially viable corporate partnership sales opportunities through networking, direct targeting and via business related social media
- Develop a pipeline of corporate partner prospects in line with the business strategies, goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential corporate partners, through securing and leading new business meetings
- Provide first point of contact and dedicated account management for corporate partners dealing with any queries or new requirements that may arise
- Monitor and manage corporate partner feedback to support development and client service improvement initiatives
- Oversight of corporate partnership accounts ensuring delivery of all agreed terms and requirements, while enabling sponsors’ objectives are met
- Attend client meetings and internal stakeholder and management meetings as the representative of the Corporate Partnerships team
- Attend events to ensure corporate partners’ requirements are successfully delivered, in line with contracted objectives and goals
Working with the Head of Corporate Partnerships
- Develop strategies for evolving and growing corporate partnerships, employing market intelligence to identify opportunities and assess the current market conditions
- Investigate ways to diversify our corporate partnership base and implement strategies to extend and grow our revenue streams
- Devise and implement strategies to increase revenue year-on-year across the RIBA awards, exhibitions, conferences and RIBAJ ‘special projects
- Prepare high quality and compelling corporate partnership proposals and presentations
- Support the development of corporate partnerships marketing collateral
What are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a membership, media or an events organisation or charity. We are looking for an innovative individual with:
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills and written and verbal communication.
- A strong work ethic
- An ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- A knowledge of the architecture and construction industry would be an asset, though not essential.
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Ideally, experience of working with and selling to companies in our business category

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to generate income for the Olive Tree Cancer Support Group through community and corporate fundraising, principally in Crawley and Horsham and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community and corporate fundraiser who is confident and capable in taking the lead on this key strand of our fundraising stream. You will be managed by the Centre Manager and supported by the Trustees and will have autonomy on leading on individual donors, community and corporate events and partnerships.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of building relationships in a fundraising role, across a variety of audiences resulting in increased income generation. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with an ability to inspire and motivate others and engage compassionately with service users.
You will need excellent organisational skills with a good understanding of fundraising targets, as well as strategic thinking ability in combination with good problem-solving skills. You must be a team player, with a mature, credible and conscientious approach, as you will be part of a small team, working with vulnerable service users, in a key role for the organisation. You will also be required to assist in day-to-day operations at the Centre.
The flexibility and willingness to work several evenings and weekend days throughout the year and ability to travel independently is essential for this role.
What we’re looking for and main responsibilities:
• Experience working within a charitable environment.
• Ability to lead the strategic and operational management specific to the Olive Tree community and corporate fundraising functions to help deliver agreed income targets.
• Ability to act as an ambassador and build and maintain relationships with individual donors, community organisations and community partners to maximise donations.
• Stewardship of existing and introduction of new corporate relationships, including giving presentations, identifying sponsorship opportunities and supporting at corporate events, to enhance revenue streams.
• Ability to develop legacy fundraising in a sensitive manner.
• Oversight and management of all marketing and fundraising materials for community and corporate events.
• Recruitment and management of fundraising volunteers to assist at events.
• Tracking and recording of income for reporting purposes.
• Liaison with the Communications Administrator to generate fundraising income and boost levels of engagement amongst key audiences.
• Assisting the team with general enquiries and operational matters as required.
• Work onsite as the default mode of work with a degree of flexibility for the right candidate. Usually based in our Horsham Centre but occasionally working in our Crawley Centre.
