Job Summary
Community Mental Health Transformation is part of a long-term plan to improve mental health services. Gaddum has been commissioned to support the facilitation of mental health lived experience in Community Mental Health Transformation in Manchester.
This role will ensure Lived Experience is a crucial partner in the collaborative approach, which will enable more responsive and accessible services. The collaborative includes Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust, NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care, leaders from local Voluntary and Community Sector organisations, Primary Care, Public Health.
Job Purpose
To lead and coordinate initiatives that amplify the voices of individuals with lived experience by embedding co-production principles into program delivery. The role aims to create inclusive opportunities for meaningful involvement, ensuring equal representation, capacity-building, and the removal of participation barriers.
Through collaboration with stakeholders and partners, this position supports the development, supervision, and recognition of lived experience representatives, fostering their contributions to service transformation while building pathways for their continued personal and professional growth. Additionally, the role ensures effective Lived Experience Coordinator – Manchester December 2024 communication, reporting, and evaluation to share insights, measure impact, and support service improvement efforts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Reestablish a Lived Experience group, reviewing potential membership gaps and forward steps.
• Ensure the underpinning principles of coproduction are embedded with balance of professionals and lived experience representation.
• Attend the Transformation Group and other key meetings attached to the programme.
• To support Lived Experience representatives to lead on ethnographic story collection across the programme.
• Develop unpaid Peer development opportunities with Lived Experience representatives, providing Peer supervision.
• Identify and, wherever possible, remove barriers to panel member participation including but not limited to travel, childcare, carer responsibilities and translation costs.
• Ensure Lived Experience Representatives receive inductions and training suitable for their level of engagement.
• Coordinate regular meetings and events via a hybrid approach of face-to-face and virtual

• Ensure that panel members, whether from the core group or single invitees, are properly off boarded.
• Assist Lived Experience members to capture their experiences into their CVs or find opportunities in the community where people with lived experience are needed to help change services.
• Regularly communicate with Manchester Living Well, providing training and awareness raising and relevant updates and opportunities for co-production.
• Provide specialist information, guidance, and support about service user involvement to Adult Social Care staff, partners and stakeholders across a range of services and departments.
• Maintain records and data and to provide regular monitoring reports and outcomes, including end of project evaluation report.
• Contribute to Gaddum newsletters, website, and meetings, sharing information and learning form the programme.

Role description
The Research Programme Manager (RPM) is a key member of the HACT Services Team, with responsibility for successfully managing the delivery of research and consultancy projects across HACT’s Services portfolio. HACT’s Services portfolio has four key workstream, including: social value, health, data and housing and communities.
The RPM role involves the design and development of research and consultancy projects; set up and ongoing management of these projects; and effective engagement with HACT colleagues and Associates, partners and other stakeholders to ensure that work is delivered to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong programme management skills, interest in HACT’s areas of work, and a proven track record of managing research and consultancy projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading on the design, set up, management and delivery of multiple research and consultancy projects across the HACT Services portfolio.
• Implementing robust project management processes and protocols, in line with best practice. This will involve routinely reviewing risks, issues and progress and taking actions as necessary to ensure minimum impact on project deadlines.
• Developing and implementing appropriate research methodologies, evaluation

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a motivated and compassionate veteran with experience in addiction recovery, mental health services or veteran welfare to help us expand and develop the SMART Veterans Programme in Scotland. You need to have experience of working with vulnerable people, or in supporting the welfare of individuals, ideally military personnel or veterans. Facilitation of meetings, training and group sessions is essential as is your knowledge of the needs veterans have when they leave service. Experience working with or being a volunteer is essential and experience of delivering training would equip you well for the role. The ability to support people with adverse lived experiences in a grounded manner and be able to provide support within professional boundaries is very important. Giving and receiving feedback, gathering data and other evidence to inform service development, and exercising reflective practice are all essential attributes.
The role is home-based, and you will be provided with all office equipment and a travel budget as needed. In order to manage your time and travel effectively you will need to be comfortable forming and developing relationships online, attending and hosting meetings via zoom or MS Teams (this is both business meetings with partner organisations and mutual aid recovery meetings). You will be required to conduct national travel and occasional overnight stays, visiting SMART meetings and facilitators in your area delivering a package of support to facilitators and our partners, helping the charity to grow by helping to generate new business. There are also team development residental trips away with the SMART team every year.
In addition, you will contribute to the global development of SMART Recovery via veteran orientated projects identified by SMART Recovery International. It is essential that you can travel and work flexibly to meet the needs of the role.

Prospectus is excited to be supporting our client in their search for a Fundraising Manager. The organisation is a social enterprise and non-profit that are dedicated to supporting refugees to realise their entrepreneurial ideas, and to make these a reality.
Coming from a myriad of backgrounds and over 60 different countries of origin, their community members share a desire to use entrepreneurship to take their destiny into their own hands; to improve their lives; those of their loved ones; and those of their clients & new communities.
They are looking for a fundraiser who has experience working in corporate fundraising and securing revenue from grant-making trusts and foundations. You should be able to demonstrate how you have secured and developed partnerships at each step of the process, ensuring that partnerships are ethical and aligned with the organisation's values.
You will identify 15 new leads and submit a handful of high value bids each year with a focus on trusts, foundations and corporate partnerships. You will manage the bid process and support the team when needed to find additional prospects. The successful candidate will be able to analyse complex data and write a compelling case for support. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate a passion for helping others to thrive!
This will ideally be a part time role, though there is the potential for it to be more full time. The role is mostly remote, with around 2 days a month in the office.

Chapter One is an education charity that wants a world in which all children have the literacy skills needed to thrive. We close the reading gap by providing children with one-to-one support at the time they need it most. We work in eleven areas/regions of the UK and will support 3250 children in 2024-25.
Chapter One’s unique, Online Reading Volunteer programme pairs struggling 5 to 7 year olds with reading support volunteers who are working professionals. Volunteers use a bespoke internet platform and a voice connection to link – from their workplace or home – to a dedicated classroom laptop for 30 minutes a week, during the school day, over an entire academic year. The results are transformative, boosting children's reading confidence and ability.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to the work of our fast-growing charity. You will work as part of the Live Chat Team to provide immediate, real-time support to volunteers through our live chat system. This role ensures that volunteers have the assistance they need immediately; our analysts pride themselves in resolving technical issues quickly so volunteers can focus on their reading sessions with pupils. You will be the first point of contact for volunteers in need of assistance, so excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping others is essential.
This split-day part time role is 15 hours a week, Monday - Friday for 39 weeks per year, as this is a term-time role. The working pattern will be three hours per day, 5 days a week, for 39 weeks of the year. This will include 13:00 - 15:00 every day, and we’re open to either 09:00 - 10:00 or 11:00 - 12:00 every day for the additional hour. Exact hours will be agreed prior to starting based on business need. This role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and the post-holder must be permanently based in the United Kingdom.

About The Role
We have a brilliant new opportunity for an experienced finance expert to join our Finance and Assurance team as our new Head of Transformation. Reporting to our Associate Director of Finance, you will be leading finance transformation and process improvement activities across the finance directorate. About you
- Experience of managing successful projects and working with operational teams.
- Experience of systems implementation and post implementation embedding new processes and transitioning through change to steady state.
- Hold relevant financial accounting professional qualification; ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, ACMA (or equivalent) with post qualification experience operating at a senior level.
- Experience driving continuous improvement of financial process and promoting a culture to support this in a large organisation
- Experience leading teams in operating effective financial control environments, adopting a mindset of continuous improvement to strengthen controls and operational effectiveness.

Alzheimer’s Society Local Services teams provide exceptional support, information, advice and guidance for people affected by dementia. As a Regional Manager, you will be home based, leading and inspiring geographically dispersed teams across a large region, whilst working as part of a wider Services Management Team. The areas you will be responsible for are Cheshire, Merseyside, Isle of Man, and Lancashire and South Cumbria. There are several contracts and funded services within the region, delivered by a large team.
Your role will be to provide strong leadership and management of our dementia support services. You will be accountable for the delivery of services that meet internal and external quality requirements. You will work collaboratively to build relationships and engage external stakeholders, including Local Authorities and Health colleagues and Commissioners within an Integrated Care System setting. Influencing for system level changes whilst ensuring strong contract management is a critical part of the role.
About you
