About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy CEO this is an exciting role supporting one of the UK’s leading social investors.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the work we do, is organised and has excellent attention to detail. Someone who is flexible with a “can do” attitude and who has a desire to get involved within a fast-paced team. Key responsibilities
1. To work closely with the Grants, Investments, and Development, Insight and Advocacy teams to ensure that SIB is well-placed to respond proactively and also reactively to business development opportunities.
2. To support the coordination and project management of existing business development projects in community energy, heating and cooling, social investment fundraising and capacity building.
3. To ensure that information is managed effectively, calls logged and tasks delegated, progressed and completed, feedback collected and meetings scheduled and facilitated across the wider business development team, particularly in relation to the CEO, Deputy CEO and Director of Investments, ensuring their input is sought in a timely way to progress key decisions.
4. To manage a calendar of events, calls and contacts across key areas of business development.
5. To take a lead (where appropriate) and/or work alongside others to create and/or deliver presentations in new and existing business development.
6. To manage (where appropriate) and/or work alongside others maintain long-term relationships with both current and new clients and partners.
7. To monitor tendering opportunities and manage and update the new business development pipeline.
8. To implement new systems to improve the efficiency of the business development processes, alongside business systems.
9. To work with the financial team to build costing models for new proposals and programmes.
10. To coordinate high quality bid responses for invitations to tender from funders, investors and other key client groups, to ensure that these are well-written and professionally presented.
11. To coordinate and contribute to a clear strategy and objectives for the business development function at SIB.
12. To attend relevant events or conferences and to keep up to date with the sector.
13. To adopt our continuous improvement and learning ethos.
14. To support and embed equality, diversity and inclusion into day-to-day behaviours and activities within your role as well as contributing more widely across SIB’s commitment to E, D & I.
15. To support and contribute to the implementation and delivery of SIB’s strategy.
16. In agreement with manager to undertake other tasks and work on cross team projects that support the objectives of SIB as required.

Samaritans is looking for a driven and user-focused Website Manager to join our talented Digital Engagement team, for 12 months covering maternity leave. You will play a critical role in developing and optimising the content and functionality of our website to deliver impactful online services and information to our supporters, volunteers, and those in need of emotional support.
You will lead a small team and work collaboratively with colleagues and our external development partner to deliver products and campaigns that grow our reach and maximise conversions.

About SRUK
Scleroderma & Raynaud’s UK (SRUK) is the only charity dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by Scleroderma and/or Raynaud’s. We exist to improve awareness and understanding of these conditions, to support those affected, and ultimately to find a cure.
The role
You will be working with an ambitious and diverse team to lead, shape and deliver communication and campaign strategies to raise awareness and understanding of Scleroderma & Raynaud’s. You will grow brand awareness and increase SRUK’s impact in achieving recognition for the needs of the community and the urgency of the cause. You will oversee SRUK’s communications, campaigns and marketing activities. A highly autonomous role, you will work closely with our research, services and fundraising teams, to drive forward a digital approach for all engagement and development activities. You will also line manage a Press & Social Media Officer and a Marketing Officer.
Requirements
· At least 8 years’ experience in a similar manager role or a senior officer ready for the next challenge of managing a communications and campaigns team.
· Strategy development, objective setting, planning, delivery and monitoring to reach organisational growth and engagement targets.
· Experience of leading communications & campaigns projects to inspire action and drive change.
· Commitment to and proven experience of engaging people with lived experience in communications activity.
· A proven track record in achieving positive coverage in a range of relevant media.
· Experience of social media strategy development and management to achieve growth and engagement.
· Experience of developing a range of content for different audiences and channels.
· Experience of using communications planning tools or systems (e.g. planning grids, Asana, Hootsuite).
· Experience of tracking and reporting on social media and website analytics.
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and experienced corporate partnerships new business expert to join our team.
This pivotal new role will be responsible for securing high-value, seven-figure (financial and non-financial) partnerships with corporate entities that protect and empower refugees globally.
The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of strategic partnership prospecting, manage relationships with key corporate prospects, and line manage a Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer.
This role is an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a new comprehensive business development strategy that will lead to seven-figure, sustainable corporate partnerships, delivering both unrestricted and restricted income.
- Coordinate market research to identify potential high value, strategic corporate partners that can deliver income, visibility and shared value for UK for UNHCR and UNHCR.
- Proactively approach prospects for partnership discussions.
- Develop stewardship plans for top prospects, ensuring full use of senior leadership, technical colleagues and established private sector network.
- Develop unique combined financial and non-financial partnership propositions that lead to transformational partnerships.
- Lead the prospecting cycle: from first meeting, through to opportunity development, through to negotiation and contracting.
- Supervise and mentor a Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Philanthropy and Communications, to align partnership efforts with organisational priorities.
- Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying and responding to fundraising opportunities at pace.
- Represent UK for UNHCR at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build connections.
