Role Requirements
- Lead on the implementation of JustMoney Movement’s communications strategy, raising the profile of the organisation and our work, growing the scale, depth and diversity of engagement from across the UK churches, and ensuring the organisation remains on message both in content and visually.
- Oversee and develop our communications, including producing clear, consistent and credible copy, across media channels (including website, social media and email newsletters), to a variety of audiences, ensuring greater engagement and meaningful supporter journeys.
- Responsible for managing the delivery, administration and evaluation of JustMoney events including our annual conference, occasional online webinars and trainings, and overseeing our participation in external festivals and events such as Greenbelt.
- Project manage the production of resources and campaigns including our annual Tax Justice and Good Money Sunday packs and regular campaign actions, involving strong collaborations with external partners where possible, to create engaging content and reach new audiences.
- Have oversight of the JustMoney website, taking responsibility for its maintenance and development, ensuring that it is kept up to date with relevant, engaging content and is user-friendly to a wide range of audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the media, acting as a primary press contact and proactively drive press coverage locally and nationally around key moments and campaigns.

Role Requirements
- Working alongside the Head of Public Fundraising, you will strengthen and implement business planning, pipeline and budgeting processes as well as devise comprehensive audience-led stewardship plans, maintaining momentum and focus to achieve targets.

- Be responsible for the implementation of the budgets and delivery of income and expenditure against the plans
- Bring the Events and Partnerships teams together to ensure that we are seizing opportunities to integrate the programmes, for instance through corporate sponsorships of events, employee volunteering or participation, donated goods for raffles and auctions, match funding and more
- Develop relationships with colleagues across the Public Fundraising Team, wider directorate and organisation to ensure that opportunities for engagement, integration and promotion of events and partnerships are maximised and publicised

This is a really exciting time to join the gambling support sector, we are at the forefront of providing new and innovative services, supporting gamblers, affected others and organisations in different communities and sectors.
We are seeking one candidate, who has proven experience of delivering support and training services for vulnerable adults, such as in the mental health or addiction sectors. We have an annual calendar of both internal and external events, including our annual Mental Elf run, as well as challenges such as the York 10k and Yorkshire Marathon. Your role will be to fill events, and effectively steward and support people to raise as much money as possible through their participation. As part of your role in event coordination, you will be responsible for our fundraising volunteer base, including recruitment and effective utilisation of volunteers at our various events. Flexibility will be key, as some events happen on evenings and weekends. Another important part of this role will be engaging and developing relationships with community supporters. You should have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy getting out and about in the community (eg. sports clubs/community organisations) to grow our supporter base and look after those who we currently work with. Finally, the Corporate Wellbeing Services Team work collaboratively and therefore you should be able to work effectively as part of a team and be willing to support others in their roles to ensure the effective running of the whole department. For example, you may be involved in running campaigns and referring individuals to our training courses. This will require someone who is adaptable and supportive.

Fulfilment and Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of fundraising products and campaigns. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure operational processes run smoothly and fundraising income is maximized. By streamlining operations and enhancing quality control, your work will directly impact Marie Curie's ability to raise funds and provide critical services to those in need.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the operational processes for fundraising campaigns, ensuring data management, product delivery, and reporting are executed efficiently.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers (fulfilment houses, print suppliers) to deliver high-quality products and materials.
- Collaborate with product owners to capture operational requirements and deliver solutions that enhance campaign performance.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate orders and high-quality products.
- Provide training on software systems and equipment handling to internal teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the creation of best practices in project management and process development across the Fundraising Operations team.
Key Criteria:
- Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating multiple work streams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of data literacy and experience working with database systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing suppliers and negotiating service agreements.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and other computer software, with experience in process design and improvement.
- Experience in supporting fundraising campaigns or similar operational roles is a plus.

Our Gambling Outreach And Living Support service GOALS is our community-based support service that provides bespoke and holistic 1:1 and group support to individuals and affected other impacted by gambling harms.
Our aim is to deliver an impactful GOALS service across London which builds effective networks of support for people before, during and after treatment.
A main aspect of the role will be to support and work closely with individuals presenting with lived experience of gambling harm issues and/or people affected by this issue. The GOALS Supporter will understand gambling related harm and dependency issues and be able to ensure safe working environments and take a robust lead on safeguarding and harm minimisation procedures and policy.
The post holder will work with the Head of Support Services and GOALS Coordinator to support the development and maintenance of the systems and structure of the service, ensuring that governance and polices are implemented, safeguarding and safe working practices are systematic and develop a clear understanding of how the service integrates with the national gambling treatment service.
Other support activities will be developed, such as group support and weekly meet ups.
The post holder will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, deliver presentations and other promotions within community, education and health centres to help grow and develop the service.
