CISV International are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Risk Management and Safeguarding team as the Risk Management Support Officer.
The role will focus on supporting the International Risk Management and Safeguarding Lead and the Safeguarding Support Officer to handle the smooth running of the department as well as to help develop the Risk Management provision for our global members.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading on Risk Management administration projects
- Being the gatekeeper for the incident case management system, ensuring all reports and evidence are logged appropriately
- Helping to ensure volunteers comply with training requirements and supporting the development of training resources including online training packages
- Analysing data and statistics to assess seasonal performance of programmes and events
- Using standard Microsoft Office software to produce accurate reports and spreadsheets
We are looking for someone who is experienced and enthusiastic about joining an exciting, international organisation. You will need to be sensitive to working with people from different cultures all around the world. An understanding of working with volunteers would also be of benefit. As this role will be part of the Risk Management and Safeguarding team there is sometimes the potential to be dealing with very sensitive material involving safeguarding or child protection issues so you will need to be both resilient and adaptable.

About The Role
The Help for Heroes Community Development team are looking to recruit a team of Community Development Managers to assist in their reshaped participation and connection strategy. Using Asset Based Community Development, we seek to support the charity’s objective to enhance reach and positive impact for members of the Armed Forces Community facing challenges within their local communities.
As a Community Development Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Community Builders, fostering collaboration, innovation and commitment to community impact working in an ABCD informed way. The aim is to connect and re-engage members of the AFC with the services at Help for Heroes and within the wider community.
This is an exciting and varied role for dynamic and confident individuals, in which the right candidate will work directly within communities across the UK; bringing the Armed Forces Community together to improve wellbeing and make the community a better place to live. About You
You will be responsible for the effective line management of a dispersed community-based team and have experience managing co-designed/co-delivered community development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

You will join the Development team at an exciting time for the School. Under new leadership and with pupil numbers at an all-time high, fundraising continues to play a crucial role in securing the future of musical education and helping to develop the next generation of classical musicians. You will build on an existing portfolio of organisations that donate between four and six-figures. Your ability to develop significant, multi-year relationships with new trusts and foundations will be critical to your success. The School has also previously secured a grant from the DCMS Culture Recovery Fund, managed by the Arts Council, opening the door to possible future funding from statutory sources, which would also fall under your responsibility. The British Science Association's mission is to transform the diversity and inclusivity of science. The Community Engagement Manager will specialise in growing, diversifying, and supporting our community engagement programmes.

- increase community voice and representation in the science engagement, research and innovation sectors.
In addition, the post-holder will be expected to:
- Support the Head of Community Engagement to proactively strengthen the organisation’s profile and reputation among external partners and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Head of Community Engagement, other managers and teams (particularly The Ideas Fund) to develop new programmes and improve existing ones and share best practice in community engagement across the organisation and with the wider sector.
- Support with writing funding bids that lead to the growth of the community engagement portfolio.
- Seek meaningful feedback from the communities that will be affected by planned activities (e.g. underserved audiences).
- Other duties as reasonably required by the line manager.

The Philanthropy Manager is a key member of the Philanthropy & Partner Engagement Department within War Child’s award-winning Fundraising team. We’re here to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by finding out what works and building a movement to put this knowledge into practice.
Absolutely central to this is designing, commissioning and managing complex and rigorous impact evaluations with experts in the field. The new government has an ambition to halve knife crime within a decade, and we’re anticipating opportunities to work with them to build evidence on new approaches to tackling violence involving children. Your role will focus on creating and making the best of those opportunities. You will:

Serve as a senior member of the team. YEF is buzzing with activity and in order to prevent any bottlenecks, we need to expand our senior capacity.

Run and manage closed calls for complex evaluations commissioned under Targeted Projects. For each of the programmes we work with, we find and appoint independent evaluators.

Expertly manage relationships with key stakeholders. Aside from evaluators, we work closely with other grantees and partners.

Provide support and counsel to our team of Senior Evaluation Managers and Evaluation Managers. This team closely manages over 35 efficacy trials, over 20 pilot studies and even more in the earlier stages of evaluation.

Art Explora is looking for an experienced Community Programme Manager with a passion for arts engagement and cultural outreach to manage and build our innovative Community Programme for Art Explora in the UK.
The Community Programme Manager will lead on and develop Art Explora’s key community programme streams – Arts at Home, Theatre at Home, Music at Home, Mini Art Explorers and Art Explorers at..., and manage Art Explora UK’s growing volunteer community.
