To be successful in this role, you’ll bring experience in managing programmes, events, or courses, along with an ability to use technology and learn new systems. Experience with customer management systems for project coordination and reporting will be valuable.
You’ll be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and will have an understanding of learning priorities for charities alongside a strategic mindset. Above all, you’ll be motivated by delivering excellent support and creating meaningful impact for our learners.

The Stories Officer sits in the Marketing and Communications team and will focus on:
· Assist in managing storytelling requests from across RNID, providing vital support and crafting impactful and compelling narratives.
· You’ll be gathering and shaping powerful authentic stories that highlight the impact of RNID’s work, supporting RNID’s strategic goals.

· Manage and update our centralised database of case studies, celebrities, and influencers, ensuring all stories across the charity are recorded for effective stewardship. Maintain storyteller profiles, contact details, permissions, and consent forms while ensuring GDPR compliance in data collection and storage.
· Collaborate with PR, fundraising, digital, and campaigning teams to integrate storytelling into their work, identify their needs, and match case studies or celebrities to relevant projects.
· Support the development and delivery of storytelling content across multiple platforms, including social media, website, press, and marketing materials, ensuring content meets accessibility standards.
· Manage multiple internal and external storyteller requests.

As Communications and PR Manager we are looking for an experienced and high-achieving individual with exceptional written skills to work closely with our Director of Communications and Fundraising. Sundial Centre for Education on Harmful Practices (“Sundial” previously called Oxford Against Cutting) delivers high quality education and training on harmful practices, such as female genital mutilation (FGM), ‘honour’-based abuse (HBA) and harmful body alterations. Job Description
The charity would like to increase our digital footprint by 50% and in order to do this we need a highly motivated communications lead to boost our profile. Person Specification
