It replaces traditional Maths and English homework with fun activities which have parent-child interaction at their heart. Through behavioural insight research, innovative technology and teacher training we ensure that as many families as possible are supported effectively.
We are working to improve parental engagement across the sector, by producing evidence of parents’ impact and generating insights into how schools can best support them. Learnings are disseminated through the Parental Engagement Forum and amplified through the Fair Education Alliance.

About the Role
Learning with Parents is recruiting for a School Partnership Manager to work closely with the Schools Team to develop partnerships with new schools and support them as they launch our programme. As School Partnership Manager, you will have a key role supporting schools through our Learning with Parents programme to ensure learning spans a meaningful partnership across schools and homes.
We are scaling the number of schools who use our Reading Log in September. To ensure the success of this exciting development, we are increasing the capacity of our Schools Team to engage with new schools and onboard them onto our programmes.

About You

Main Areas of Responsibility
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced data protection and compliance professional to join our central Head Office team in East Croydon. The Data Protection Compliance Manager role is key to the Federation, as it helps facilitate and assure the organisation’s ability to meet its data protection obligations, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for all matters related to data protection, encompassing the responsibilities of raising awareness, providing training, managing data incidents, and maintaining data protection policies. As the manager, you will also work in collaboration with all Head Office departments and academy Data Champions to enhance data security measures and mitigate legal risks.
This role is essential for safeguarding the interests of students, staff and stakeholders; and reinforcing the Federation's commitment to safeguarding personal data and upholding rigorous standards of data protection compliance.

We are seeking our first Philanthropy Manager to cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of donors and prospective donors (including alumni and other individuals, companies and charities) to generate major gifts £10,000 - £1 million+ for the Trust.
The successful candidate will join a small Executive Team of two (Director and Stewardship Officer) and work closely with our newly appointed Chair (from 6 July 2025), the Board of Trustees, and members of its sub-committee for Alumni Relations, Fundraising and Communications.
The first Kennedy Scholars departed for Harvard and MIT in 1966. In 2026 we will celebrate the 60th anniversary of this significant milestone in our history. The impact of this life-changing opportunity over the past 60 years will feature strongly in our new fundraising campaign.
Reporting to: Director of the Kennedy Memorial Trust (KMT)
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week. We understand that full-time hours may not suit all candidates, so there is some flexibility in the hours and work schedule.

Compensation: Salary £45,000 FTE, 30 days holiday plus bank hols (FTE) and 8% employer pension contribution after 3 months’ service
Location: Home-based but within easy access to London. The post holder can work on a hybrid basis, combining predominately home-working with regular in-person meetings in London. Travel from home to London for work and meetings will be paid in accordance with any expenses policies in force at the time.
The role involves some travel, in addition to the London working requirement, for meetings/events with donors, scholars, trustees and other stakeholders – ie monthly within the UK and twice a year to the US. There will also be occasional evening and weekend commitments.

About the Kennedy Memorial Trust
The Kennedy Memorial Trust funds exceptional UK students to pursue graduate studies at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Established as a ‘living memorial’ to President Kennedy following his assassination, the Trust has supported around 600 Kennedy Scholars since the first cohort in 1966. In addition to the scholarships, the Trust manages and maintains a memorial at Runnymede in Surrey.

The role
1. Fundraising activity
Contribute to the development of the new fundraising strategy.
Research, identify and pursue fundraising opportunities that meet the Trust’s strategic objectives.
Lead one-on-one and small group meetings with Trustees and key supporters to identify, develop and deliver fundraising objectives.
Assist Trustees in developing and maintaining their portfolios of prospects and donors.
Write compelling fundraising proposals and applications for funding, including bespoke proposals tailored to specific individuals.
Initiate and nurture relationships with potential high-level donors aiming to establish a strong and long-term philanthropic relationship
Lead one-on-one and small group meetings with high-level donors and potential donors and ask them for significant financial contributions.

2. Processes and Procedures
Ensure the Trust is compliant with all relevant aspects of the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice and the Charity Commission.
Maintain a professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information, complying with privacy and data protection legislation.
Maintain the Trust’s suite of policies and procedures related to fundraising and donor engagement.
Actively engage in external networks to identify new prospective donors.
Contribute to monthly and quarterly fundraising performance reports and present progress to the trustee board and its committe
Accurately record donor interactions in the CRM database and contribute to improving data management and analysis processes.
Regularly update the Executive team on fundraising activities and seek their input and support as needed.
Work closely with the Stewardship Officer to develop and implement solicitation and stewardship plans for donors and prospects.
Participate in team decision-making by suggesting creative solutions and engaging in strategic planning discussions.
Any other duties which may be required by the Director.

Experience and education required:
Experience of professional fundraising, with a track record of successfully securing major (£10k+) gifts from individuals, Foundations and businesses.
Educated to degree level
Experience of delivering a fundraising programme and pipeline to meet financial targets.
Experience identifying, negotiating and managing resource requirements in support of fundraising activity
Experience of having worked with high-level donors
Demonstrable understanding of higher education in UK and US

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role and your key responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to line manage a regional team of Account Managers to maximise partner engagement and ensure we retain sky-high resubscription rates. You will manage your regional team’s objectives and regularly monitor and report on progress towards this.

To work as part of the Grants & Programmes Team to support organisations applying for funding each year through the Foundations grants programme. The post holder manages important relationships with potential and current grantees, building trust and an understanding of their purpose and aims and supporting them to submit appropriate and high-quality applications for funding against the funds criteria and Foundation’s priorities. Responsibilities
To undertake all tasks associated with BLCF's grantmaking functions including carry out assessments of grants applications and work alongside donors on donor-directed funds as required.
Work alongside members of the team to maximize use of our in-house CRM database for monitoring and impact reporting, working with the Head of Impact.
Provide grant-making support and advise to potential and existing grantees on our funds and programmes, to ensure open and transparent access to our programmes and proactively looking to address inequality and fairer access to opportunities the Foundation offers.
Process all grant applications within agreed timelines, working alongside Fund Leads to review and assess grant applications effectively.
Co-lead delivery of fund programmes, contributing to their strategic direction / donor engagement.

Performance & Monitoring
Track and review monitoring submissions, working with the Grants Officers to send out reminders for monitoring forms to be returned where required, and sign off monitoring forms from applicants.
Production of delivery/donor reports as required to funders, as requested by Senior Leadership Team.
Ensure appropriate levels of training are maintained and a good working understanding of the policies and procedures of the Foundation.
Relationship Building
Listen, learn and share the needs of communities back into the work of the Foundation to ensure we are always 'needs led'.
Maintain and share our vision and value and help those who wish to work with us understand the processes and requirements we have.
Make regular visits to funded projects as required.
Regularly connect and engage with charity forums and networks to promote the work of the Foundation and help raise our profile.
External Representation

Our mission is to close the reading gap by providing children with one-to-one support at the time they need it most. We work in eleven areas/regions of the UK and will support 3250 children in 2024-25.
Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme pairs struggling five to seven-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who are working professionals. The volunteer ask is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. The results are transformative, boosting children's reading confidence and ability.
From a school perspective, online reading volunteers provide direct, meaningful literacy support for up to 10 pupils per class. The programme is particularly suitable for communities where it might be challenging to find parents and other volunteers who can commit to physically visiting schools to boost reading.
Job Summary
Chapter One is seeking a Manchester Programme Manager who is an excellent communicator and is able both to motivate and support schools and teachers to implement our online reading volunteers programme, and also to ensure that the programme’s impact and benefit to children facing disadvantage communities is maximised throughout the academic year.
The post is ideal for someone looking for part-time, flexible, term-time only work from a home base, but who is also able to travel frequently around the Greater Manchester area to visit schools.The postholder will be joining a team of established Programme Managers (also part-time) who work in different parts of the UK and will need to have some flexibility to work additional hours during busy autumn months, and conversely to work fewer hours during quieter periods of the year.

The Events & Community Manager role is a new position, created to give the attention and expertise needed to our large and profitable portfolio of virtual challenge events, which have collectively raised over £1m gross income per year for two years. It is a crucial role within the team, overseeing the innovation, planning and delivery of all virtual challenges. Job overview
The Digital and Content Manager is responsible for the development and execution of BeyondAutism’s digital strategy, ensuring all online content and campaigns support the organisation’s strategic goals. The role owns and manages all digital platforms, including the website, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring content is engaging, optimised, and aligned with BeyondAutism’s brand identity. This role works closely with the Outreach and Revenue Marketing Manager (ORMM) to ensure digital content and campaigns are effectively aligned with lead generation, outreach, and revenue-driving activities. Together, they will develop, execute, and optimise digital strategies that drive MQL to SQL conversion, audience engagement, and brand awareness.

About the role
Channel ownership and development
- Develop and execute a digital and content strategy that aligns with BeyondAutism’s overall marketing objectives.
- Actively manage and grow the website, social channels (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and email database, ensuring all content and contact lists are up to date.
- Own the technical maintenance and development of BeyondAutism websites (WordPress), working with external developers when required.
- Ensure all digital activity is integrated and aligned, supporting schools, outreach, fundraising, and admissions.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximise engagement on both paid and organic content.
Website and SEO management
- Manage the BeyondAutism websites, ensuring they remain compliant, up to date, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions.
- Apply SEO best practices (both technical and onsite SEO) to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Develop and update landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Liaise with external agencies as needed to enhance website functionality.
Social media and digital engagement

- Track and optimise email performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates).

Paid advertising and Google Ad Grants
- Manage Google Ad Grants, ensuring compliance and maximisation of the allocated budget.
- Set up, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Continuously track performance and adjust campaigns to improve cost-per-click (CPC) and ROI.
Reporting and analytics
- Establish KPIs for each digital channel in agreement with the Head of Marketing & Communications.
- Monitor website, email, social media, and PPC analytics, converting findings into actionable insights.
- Provide monthly performance reports, assessing the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
Marketing and outreach campaigns
- In consultation with ORMM, lead on digital marketing campaigns to drive leads, registrations, and awareness.
- Implement digital aspects of the lead generation strategy, including Lunch & Learn webinars.
- Consider the customer journey and experience in all digital marketing activity.
- Support fundraising and outreach teams in promoting campaigns through digital channels.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The External Training Manager will work with internal subject matter experts to develop and implement our programme of external training which is aimed at building knowledge of older people’s options when experiencing financial hardship.
Our training is aimed at professionals and trusted intermediaries working in the commercial, statutory and not for profit sectors. Our ambition is for everyone who works with older people to know what older people may be entitled to, how to support them to claim and where to get further help.
You should have extensive experience of designing and delivering training to a range of audiences, along with experience of developing resources and of training evaluation. Knowledge of how to ensure training is inclusive and accessible, along with excellent communication and relationship building skills is essential. Prior knowledge of financial hardship topics relating to older people is not required, as you will be working with subject matter experts.
