As a CRM Project Data Lead, you will support the successful migration of data to our new Dynamics 365 platform on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of data.

Your key responsibility will be leading the data migration process, from mapping and cleaning data, to ensuring it aligns with our new CRM structure. You'll work closely with our delivery partner to transform data from Raiser's Edge into Dynamics 365, ensuring all data is correctly mapped and validated before migration. Part of your role will involve minimising disruptions during any downtime and advising on potential risks or training gaps that may arise throughout the project.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the migrated data, checking for losses, inaccuracies, or duplications, and developing a robust recovery plan for the migration process. You will also work alongside our delivery partner to carry out thorough testing and validation to ensure the data transfer is accurate and meets the needs of the organisation.

Additionally, you'll support the documentation of data structures and migration processes, keeping stakeholders informed of any data changes or updates. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will provide advice to guide data-led decision-making throughout the project.

This role also involves supporting team training on data standards and the use of Dynamics 365, helping the organisation transition to the new system smoothly.

What are we looking for?

Experience within a Data Lead or Data Manager role and a strong background in CRM migration projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Your experience working on large-scale CRM implementations with third-party delivery partners will be essential, as will your ability to manage data validation and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

About the role

The Digital Fundraising Manager is a key member of the Philanthropy team, responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising digital fundraising campaigns in the UK and US. This role will drive revenue growth through online channels, including email campaigns, social media, website fundraising, and other digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital fundraising tactics, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.

You’ll report to our Head of Fundraising - setting your strategy, reporting on whether plans and income are on track, and discussing how you’re dealing with any financial shortfalls, with a mindset focused on significantly expanding our unrestricted income streams.

In 2024/25 the Fundraising Team is aiming to raise circa £1.9m – a critical element of Restless Development’s overall income of around £10m, the rest of which primarily comes from institutional funders and trusts/ foundations and is restricted to particular programmatic work.

Key responsibilities

• Digital Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. Identify key digital fundraising opportunities and implement strategies to optimise online giving.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing engaging emails, segmenting lists, and conducting A/B testing to increase donor engagement and conversions.
• Social Media Fundraising: Oversee social media fundraising campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to drive donations and supporter engagement.
• Website Fundraising: Manage and improve the online donation process on the organisation's website, ensuring an easy and secure donation experience for supporters.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a new programme of donor engagement, propositions, and stewardship for a highly valuable and important segment of our Major Donor audience.
Focused on individuals with capacity to make annual donations between £5,000 and £50,000, you will drive the creation of a new giving club with the aim to establish vital new relationships, drive retention and grow income. Working closely with the wider Philanthropy and Prospect Development Team, you will also support the identification of new high value relationships and opportunities.   
In this role you will lead the delivery and implementation of a new high value giving club. Develop new propositions, communications, and engagements to retain and grow income. You will support the identification and solicitation of new high value supporters and implement processes and ways of working to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Major Donor programme.

As Supporter Care Manager you will play a key role in Viva’s Fundraising & Engagement team, building relationships with and providing exceptional supporter care to our donors – including individuals, churches and community groups. Job Summary

The SLF team looks after all supporters choosing to fundraise for Anthony Nolan through Challenge Events, Community Fundraising and those taking part in our products. This role leads the product stream and manages a team of 4 to create, test and deliver new fundraising products, and stewards all the supporters taking them on. The role also manages two of the SLF assistants who work to welcome all supporters to Anthony Nolan, and assist on the delivery of the Challenge Events and Community programmes.

Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, you will work as part of the Individual Giving Team, stewarding existing supporters and maximising income across a variety of direct marketing campaigns and activities, including: direct mail, email, digital, telephone campaigns, and the national fundraising Lottery.

Key Knowledge and Experience

• Experience of Individual Giving fundraising or transferable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivery of multi-channel direct, telemarketing and digital marketing campaigns; to include briefing in new products, managing timings, campaign budgets, collating feedback and approval from key stakeholders, liaising with suppliers and ensuring materials are compliant and on-brand
• Work with the Individual Giving Retention Manager to forecast income and expenditure for campaigns and ensure spend remains within budget.
• Manage all aspects of effective and inspiring supporter journeys. Reviewing data, cancellations and implementing communications to reduce attrition accordingly
• Responsible for retention telemarketing campaigns, including delivery of fundraiser training, campaign briefing, day-to-day agency management and overseeing compliance

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Fundraising Team as the Community and Events Fundraiser. You will lead, plan, cost and deliver an exciting and varied community fundraising programme to grow income and a strong return on investment. You will need to work closely with the Director of Fundraising to shape the plans and resources required for the future.

The post holder will require a good knowledge of fundraising and considerable energy and enthusiasm that will inspire patients, visitors, hospital staff and the local community to choose Southampton Hospitals Charity as their preferred charity.

Main Responsibilities

Hospital engagement and Community Relationships

• To create and increase awareness of fundraising for Southampton Hospitals Charity across all University Hospital Southampton sites working closely with the Marketing and Communications team
• To foster effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, doctors, nurses, care group managers etc
• To ensure visibility of fundraising materials including poster sites and leaflet holders in the hospitals, community etc and ensure they are kept up to date and relevant
• To create a Fundraising Hub out of Unit 2 by driving supporters and stakeholders to the office to build a real sense of community spirit and a hive of fundraising activity
• To be proactive in seeking out new fundraising opportunities, relationships, and networks.

• To be responsible for the input and maintenance of the fundraising database and ensure records are kept up to date in a timely, accurate and consistent manner
• Be aware of income and expenditure budgets working to ensure all activity achieves a return on investment of 3:1
• To be aware of the changing external environment to pick up on opportunities and keep abreast of current trends, circumstances or topical issues that will enhance the event or the charity.

Person Specification:

Knowledge and experience

• Experience of increasing income through successful community, events, corporate or volunteer fundraising programmes or equivalent transferable experience from another sector
• Experience of successful project management including planning and delivering projects within budgets and on time to meet departmental, team and personal objectives and KPIs
• A proven track record of delivering an excellent customer/supporter stewardship experience
• Experience of managing multiple projects and budgets
• Demonstrable experience in using data insight and analysis to inform decision making
• Excellent IT skills including using Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point as well as experience of administering and maintaining dedicated supporter CMS databases
• Knowledge of a Fundraising Database and knowledge of fundraising regulations e.g. GDPR
