· Manage the Charity’s Give As You Earn portfolio.
· Effectively manage external suppliers, including the digital marketing agency to optimise results and learnings.

This role is maternity cover for the Head of Fundraising.
The Fundraising and Business Development Manager is a really exciting position which will play a key role in driving growth and sustainability for FearFree by identifying and securing new funding opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our service delivery.
The successful candidate will work across the senior leadership team, service teams, the fundraising team and the marketing team to ensure that FearFree is well-placed to respond proactively and also reactively to business development opportunities.
The role can be hybrid, with attendance at our office in Exeter or Trowbridge. The candidate should be willing to visit the fundraising team several times in the other office during their tenure.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real meaningful impact on the lives of those impacted by domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Fundraising and Revenue Generation:

- Support the fundraising and service teams to identify, research, and secure funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, government grants, tenders, and corporate sponsors.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and funding bodies to secure ongoing support.

Strategic Partnerships:

- Monitor trends and changes in the domestic abuse sector and charity sector to identify new opportunities for service improvement.
Marketing and Communications:

We have an excellent opportunity at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association for an experienced CRM Project Data Lead. As a CRM Project Data Lead, you will support the successful migration of data to our new Dynamics 365 platform on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of data.
Your key responsibility will be leading the data migration process, from mapping and cleaning data, to ensuring it aligns with our new CRM structure. You'll work closely with our delivery partner to transform data from Raiser's Edge into Dynamics 365, ensuring all data is correctly mapped and validated before migration. Part of your role will involve minimising disruptions during any downtime and advising on potential risks or training gaps that may arise throughout the project.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the migrated data, checking for losses, inaccuracies, or duplications, and developing a robust recovery plan for the migration process. You will also work alongside our delivery partner to carry out thorough testing and validation to ensure the data transfer is accurate and meets the needs of the organisation.
Additionally, you'll support the documentation of data structures and migration processes, keeping stakeholders informed of any data changes or updates. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will provide advice to guide data-led decision-making throughout the project.
This role also involves supporting team training on data standards and the use of Dynamics 365, helping the organisation transition to the new system smoothly.

Experience within a Data Lead or Data Manager role and a strong background in CRM migration projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Your experience working on large-scale CRM implementations with third-party delivery partners will be essential, as will your ability to manage data validation and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

About the role
The Digital Fundraising Manager is a key member of the Philanthropy team, responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising digital fundraising campaigns in the UK and US. This role will drive revenue growth through online channels, including email campaigns, social media, website fundraising, and other digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital fundraising tactics, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.
You’ll report to our Head of Fundraising - setting your strategy, reporting on whether plans and income are on track, and discussing how you’re dealing with any financial shortfalls, with a mindset focused on significantly expanding our unrestricted income streams.
In 2024/25 the Fundraising Team is aiming to raise circa £1.9m – a critical element of Restless Development’s overall income of around £10m, the rest of which primarily comes from institutional funders and trusts/ foundations and is restricted to particular programmatic work.
Key responsibilities
- Digital Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. Identify key digital fundraising opportunities and implement strategies to optimise online giving.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing engaging emails, segmenting lists, and conducting A/B testing to increase donor engagement and conversions.

Individual Giving

Key Activities:
