As the role of Social Media Officer, you will create, curate and commission engaging content. Using a data-led approach you will help build a supportive and vibrant online community.
You will need to effectively communicate our key messages and the heart behind what we do, helping to grow new audiences and deliver content to them that is inspiring and informative.
Main Responsibilities
- Creating, curating, commissioning and scheduling engaging posts that help to grow new audiences for Church Army
- Developing and managing a content calendar for Church Army’s social media content
- Monitoring and engaging on social media channels with audience comments, questions and interactions
- Build and maintain a strong online community that supports Church Army’s values and enhances audience engagement and retention
- Working with the digital analyst to regularly analyse engagement data and metrics to assess performance of social media activities
- Participate in regular team meetings and strategy sessions, providing updates and insights on social media trends
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and how social media fits into broader marketing strategies.
- Awareness of social media trends and their implications for engagement and content strategy.
- Experience in managing social media accounts for an organisation or brand and experience in creating and executing a content calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for audience comments, questions, and interactions (including during crisis communications events); engage with the community to foster a positive atmosphere and provide timely responses.
- Build and maintain a strong online community that supports Church Army’s values and enhances audience engagement and retention.
- Work with the Digital Analyst to regularly analyse engagement data and metrics to assess the performance of social media activities
- Utilise insights from data to refine and optimise social media strategies, ensuring alignment with Church Army’s overall digital objectives.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to align social media strategies with broader digital and communication goals.
- Contribute to the development of social media strategies using insights and data to support decision-making and creative processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings and strategy sessions, providing updates and insights on social media trends and audience preferences.

Overview of Role:
CAT is entering an exciting phase in its development. In recent years the organisation has achieved significant growth in student numbers, membership and fundraising income. We have ambitious plans for a transformative project, Cynefin: a flagship, sustainable Welsh visitor attraction and skills hub which is included in the portfolio for the Mid Wales Growth Deal.
The Head of Communications will be a member of the Project Management Team contributing to developing the vision, strategy and business case for Cynefin, supporting the capital fundraising campaign and leading on the engagement and communications.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of CAT’s marketing, policy and communications (internal and external).
- Liaise with key stakeholders, represent CAT at events and act as media spokesperson on behalf of the organisation when required.
- Line manage, lead, support and motivate the marketing and communications team.
- Set, monitor and report on team and individual goals and KPIs.
- To procure, brief and manage relationships with external agencies including creative, PR agencies etc in order to deliver strategic objectives.

- Manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the organisation’s vision, mission and values across all channels and to ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and promoted at all times.
- Put in place effective systems, policies and procedures for the effective management of CAT’s policy, communications and marketing work.
- To carry out research and analysis to improve our understanding of our target audiences and develop products to meet their needs.

Job Purpose:
WomenMATTA delivers innovative services to women in Manchester and Trafford who are in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with, the criminal justice system. This includes one to one practical and emotional support, advocacy, and group work.
This post is two-fold; the post holder will provide in-depth, ongoing support to a caseload of complex cases, in addition to supporting the WomenMATTA Programme Manager with the operational management of the Programme, including the the coordination of the ‘Women’s Hubs’. Who we’re looking for:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing The Brain Tumour Charity brand, devising new, and building on strong existing awareness campaigns and leading on capacity and marketing planning for integrated campaigns across The Charity.
You’ll help bring strategic thinking to the Marketing Team and be part of an Extended Leadership Team, balancing the needs of your own department with those of the wider mission and organisation whilst also supporting and developing your team.
You’ll oversee all branding activity to help us advance our mission and will be required to work closely with the fundraising and CX teams in The Charity to help deliver a sustainable model for funding and engagement.

· Work with the Director of External Affairs and Strategy to develop and lead marketing activity for all parts of The Charity
· Manage design, copy and campaigns functions within the charity, including capacity planning and execution

JOB PURPOSE
UK for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency's national charity partner, is looking for an ambitious and proactive Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to join the Private Partnerships & Philanthropy team.
ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES
- Account management of a portfolio of high value partnerships, providing first-class relationship management and maximising value, including financial, advocacy, pro bono and in-kind support.
- Work with existing corporate engagement products and support the development of new employee fundraising ideas.
- Research new trends and innovations and emerging areas of interest for corporate partners.

This role will join TCV at an exciting time for our charity. You will be central to a small immediate Fundraising team and a wider income generation directorate. About the role
Peer support roles are specifically for people who have lived experience of mental health problems. Through sharing wisdom from their own experiences, peer support staff will inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible in others. You will work with the Wellbeing Assessors and Team Leads to provide wellbeing support to patients within your particular Primary Care Network (PCN). This part of the Solent Mind Wellbeing Service provides one-to-one wellbeing support within the GP practices, working alongside the wider Primary Mental Health & Wellbeing Service.
Peer support is short-term support given to people who need extra support with the ‘doing’ side in their recovery journey. By using their own experiences to help each other and providing a safe space where people feel accepted and understood, Peer Support Workers encourage participants to identify their own strengths, triggers and life goals and support people to develop and use a range of skills and techniques to help their wellbeing.
This is a part-time role for 22.5 hours per week (three weekdays including Wednesday) working across the Coastal PCN (New Milton/Barton-on-Sea/Lymington).
About you
Educated to a minimum of level 2 standard or extensive relevant experience, you will have lived experience of mental health problems and using mental health services. Experience working with people with mental health needs in a paid or voluntary capacity is desirable. You’ll also have excellent team-working skills, including listening, constructive feedback, respect and dignity, and skill-sharing.

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of leadership of a small to medium size human rights or similar charity, preferably with some international operations. We are currently recruiting for a Fundraising Officer whose principle role will be to develop, support and champion Individual, Corporate and Community Fundraising activity.
