About the role
The Corporate Relationships Executive provides administrative solutions and support to the Business and Industry (B&I) team, with a particular focus on supporting our work with Corporate Members. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Relationships, this role works closely with the Head and three Corporate Relationships Managers, and the wider B&I team, to ensure the smooth running of our membership network and other stakeholder relationships. This includes taking the lead on planning and drafting all communications, event and meeting management, project managing the development of new materials, and being a point of contact for our members internally and externally.
The role is London based at the EngineeringUK offices at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and will involve some (approximately quarterly) travel in the UK (including overnight). We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a minimum of 2 days (or 40%) a week in the office and core hours of 10am to 4pm.

Essential skills/competencies
· Strong administrator with ability to suggest and implement improvements to processes

About you
We are looking for an exceptional self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills who will be required to present and research topics with high attention to details and accuracy. The role holder should be educated to degree level with experience in project and process administration and delivering pieces of work to time, budget and standards agreed. You will need to have an understanding of accreditation processes or other quality systems as well as general health and cancer knowledge. Purpose of post
In 2022, IMO decided to develop deep and focused youth employment programming
to address the significant need in our community. To deliver this, we are partnering
with Impetus. The new programme supports young people from South Asian
backgrounds to bolster their opportunities for sustained education, employment and
training (EET) by providing 1:1 mentoring, family engagement and practical experience.
We are excited to recruit a leader for this programme, to develop it beyond the initial
pilot phase into a long-term, sustainable provision, build and manage local
partnerships, work with others to develop a long-term funding model, and ultimately
to support young people in securing and sustaining employment.
This is an exciting and new type of work for IMO Charity, and we are looking for

Leadership and line management

Hours: 21 (0.6FTE). The post holder will also be expected to attend and support the PSA25 Annual Conference taking place in Birmingham from 14 -16 April 2025.

Location: All roles are based at our offices in Camden London but the PSA currently supports its staff to work remotely. These include: membership, networks, specialist groups, programmes, communications, events including the Annual Lecture and PSA Annual Conference. A small, dedicated team of Lawyers central to the work of Mencap across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The Senior Legal Advisor will provide high quality commercial contracts and documentation, advice and assistance to support all Directorates across Mencap, as part of Mencap’s internal procurement process and Fundraising Teams.
The Senior Legal Advisor will be required to work with different Teams and Directorates across Mencap to draft suitable and robust commercial contracts (including IT contracts); and standard terms and conditions; or review third party’s contracts and terms. Qualifications:
